Five experiences overall leads me with a highly good ranking of the six staff I've been doing business on and off with this store for 20 years local store in town very convenient which makes it very pricey or pricier then others but that's the convenience I guess we pay for. I could drive a few miles more and with gas being over $4 a gallon what am I saving I was basically doing the price check thing and again these guys are not new to the auto parts business. I have to say they know their stuff, at least the few I go to I'm sure you have those that don't but their new. like I said I've been here before a good store good people you'll get what you need and you might even save on gas in the meantime

The counter guy and girl was very nice and very helpful as well. As a transplant from another North East state, I'm not used to people at an auto parts store so helpful. I'll definitely will be a repeat customer.

Very lazy and incompetent employee. I've gotten parts wrong from them multiple times but last time really did it for me. I asked for a headlight and they gave me a fog light. I also asked FOR FRONT BRAKES AND THEY GAVE ME REAR BRAKES. Now my car is stuck on jacks.The computer tells them exactly what they need and I gave them the exact make/model/year of the car and they don't even bother to check the parts they grab.It was the older gentleman driving the blue 1500 pickup.

Great staff helpful and courteous. They have just about everything you could need for your backyard mechanic and if they don't have it they can get it for the professionals.

I called to verify they had a specific battery needed for my tractor, and they.When I came in to get it the person behind the counter came around to make sure I got the proper one .

Used to Sanel before NAPA bought them. More than just a NAPA parts shop they still have experience and parts at good price and in stock.
