Only place to get a quick oil change where they actually show you the dip stick and filter. Never have to worry if my car had the oil replaced. Also have great sales and coupons. I have never waited in line more than 5 min at this location. The staff is awesome. They are kind patient and knowledgeable.

Valvoline does all my oil changes From NH to Oregon they haven't messed it up yet and are always friendly

Would give 0 stars if I could, couldn't get an inspection simply because I had 20 day plates. News flash, you have 10 days to get inspected, so it's definitely possible!! Asked for a manager and was met with the same stupid response. You couldn't pay me to go back. Learn your job, and do it properly. Go 5 minutes down the road and use Meineke.Service: Oil change

Couldn't get a late appointment where I usually get my oil changed to stopped in here on a late Saturday morning. A few people ahead of me but the lines moved quickly and they pulled my vehicle in within 10 minutes. Oil change service was fast and efficient due to several employees working each car. Checked all fluids and lights as advertised (though didn't see anyone check my tire pressure). A bit more expensive than where I usually go but all in all a very positive experience.

Went in for an oil change and when they were doing the checks for all the lights/ blinkers they said both of my low beam bulbs were out and they offered to replace them. I was a little skeptical because I knew they were working last time I drove at night so I declined and figured I d check myself once I got home. Looks like they re working alright to me.Service: Oil change

I just to get an oil change and all of the workers were so helpful! I wish I had gotten their names! I happened to have acorns in my air filter and one of the staff members picked each one out by hand to make sure there weren t any left in the fan! Quick and easy and so kind!

Very unhappy with this company. The amount we pay for an oil change you would expect to get a professional job done. Started noticing spots on my driveway so I brought my Tahoe in a panic to a local shop. Paid a diagnostic fee for them to tell me whoever did the last oil change didn t tighten the oil drain. This is what happens when companies hire kids and don t drug test. I ll take this review down when you do something about all the oil in my driveway.

They don t have premium Valvoline oil product lines you only get 2 choices. They also do not let you use your own OEM oil filter. So basically you only get a communist take or leave it choice, unfortunately they had already taken out my oil filter otherwise I would have left and not completed the service.

This place came highly recommended by several people I was absolutely blown away by how efficient these guys were. They not only change my oil and accepted my coupon but they filled all the fluids that were low in my car and I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. It was so convenient. I don't feel like it cost more than other places even though synthetic oil is still expensive. This place was clean and everything seemed new. The guys seemed so young but all of them were very confident and I didn't doubt at all that they knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely return here

Just went in for an oil change there. Haven't been to that location since they bought out Greased Lightning there. Shop was immaculate and the floor was squeaky clean. The techs that worked on my car were super nice and weren't forceful on upselling me on things that I could replace on my own. They took a coupon I found online with out any hassle. In terms of speed, they had techs swarming all over my car checking things. I'd say everything was done in less than 10 minutes. What a great crew at this location. If I can get another coupon I will surely be back soon for another oil change with them on my other car.Back for another oil change. Not as good of an experience this time. Dude with well groomed black beard led me into the oil change bay. Had a serious face and a tone that made me feel like I was going through airport security. Manager with the red / brown beard was a nice guy. Kid from Puerto Rico who did my oil change was really nice, but either he or someone in the three man crew that swarmed my car overfilled the oil. Manager let me know about this. Kid showed me the dipstick after the excess oil was siphoned out, but it still looked outside of the range to me. Manager did say they have systems in place to make sure the oil was the right level after it's been siphoned. Hopefully we're good.I'm going to give these guys another one of my cars soon and see how that goes.Service: Oil change

Great & efficient workers. Had the line of customers in & out, never experienced anything like it. First time, never had to pay for a synthetic oil change before I wasn't expecting such a high bill, so I did the mix of synthetic and regular hyphen my car is a turbo but not like a racing car hatchback thing It's just a little Kona so they thought it would be fine. I have an excellent team working on my car very polite and as I mentioned efficient.

Wanna be mechanics who said my truck had a knock that literally no one else heard. So I brought it to real mechanics to get an oil change. They said they had no idea what the guy was talking about. My truck just needed oil. Hence why i went to get an oil change. I'd reccomend going to people that actually know what they are talking about. I guess I should thank them tho. I got an oil change for $35 instead of the 65 they charge.

Frank, Gabe, Justin, and Tyler. Wow!! I was in a hurry on my way to El Paso, and they said they could get it done quick. Not only was the oil changed quick.They are extremely good and their work is thorough. Also helps that there's good comaraderie among the crew and they communicate to each other about their portion of the job they are currently doing on your vehicle.I'd like to add that this is an oil change place. Yes the floor and the building are extremely clean. Thank you everyone for a job well done.

I do not tend to review businesses unless there was exceptional service provided, or a serious issue May have resulted from my experience.That being said, I tend to avoid chain location businesses priding themselves on quick car services while maintaining peak professionalism.Overall to an unbeknownst consumer, Valvoline is a fine business. I do not utilize them unless there is an emergency or my hands are full. Having been to another location before, I was comfortable stopping by after work since my oil levels were low and my sensors were unable to detect appropriate oil levels.The service began as usual. They detected a fused headlight bulb which they were willing to replace- but somehow ended up not doing.They did not drain my oil as the invoice indicated the seal wasn t opened during service. Upon filling all the cars necessary fluids, the technician forgot to close my coolant reservoir. This resulted in a somewhat burning smell coming into the car cabin upon throttle use. Luckily I was quick to find the issue at hand and tighten the reservoir cap. The unnecessary need to be quick lacked the need to be thorough by this valvoline. Excessive coolant leaking into an engine bay is detrimental to engine components and can even block the radiator.The haphazard manner in which the service was done could ve been a much more expensive trip. Consumers beware.Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service. Honored $12 coupon, with no issues! Quick and efficient. I will definitely return, only if a coupon is available. They are pricey. HOWEVER, you get what you pay for... especially in automotive industry.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The guys there are super friendly, courteous, and patient. They answered all my questions and walked me through everything I had to do to pass inspection. They gave me tips and welcomed me back for reinspection for no additional charge. I passed and received more answers to my car questions. This was my first experience with Valvoline and I couldn t be more happy!!

Had a bad experience at a different location before, so I was hesitant to Valvoline again. My appointment with the dealership was too far away, and I needed my oil changed as soon as possible. Looked at the nearby Google reviews and saw a 4.2 rating, so I thought I was safe.Probably one of the smoothest oil change experiences I've had. No pressure to buy extra like these shops are sometimes known for. Maybe I had a one-off, but my experience was better than dealership.Service: Oil change

Went back to Valvoline for my first oil change in a recently purchased 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. The rep let me know that the oil plug was screwed on, maybe too tight, before any work was done. The crew tried for 20 minutes to get the plug off and complete the oil change with no success. A small disagreement followed with the rep over who will complete the oil change or account for any damages. The crew manager, Rob Martin, quickly stepped in in a very professional manner and took ownership of the situation. Rob contacted the store management and was able to quickly get my car into an alternate shop, remove the oil plug, and complete the oil change.This situation could have gotten contentious but due to Rob's quick action and very professional manner it did not.I'm very happy with the service and outcome today. I highly recommend Rob and his crew, and I will continue to bring my business to this Valvoline shop.Thank you!

I m constantly impressed by the sincere dedication to customer service, efficiency and the quality of the workmanship. It s priced competitively and you certainly get what you paid for. The employees engender a level of trust that is priceless. As an Uber driver who s mileage is starting to get up there and two years to go in payments, I won t go anywhere else or trust anyone else!

Prices go up, and quality goes downSixty bucks for a state inspection here. 110+ for an oil change. I have been coming for years, but not anymore. Dealer is half the price and I get a car wash and detail . Can't wait for the stupid ai to auto respond

Oil Change accomplished!! I don't know why but I have this weird phobia of getting my oil changed or doing anything with my car, but I overcame that today and pushed myself to do the uncomfortable. Thank you Valvoline Instant Oil Change (504 Amherst St., Nashua, NH) for being so nice and making the experience smooth for me!! (PS. Went here to get an oil change and they did their checking everything offered a bunch of stuff (which I declined respectfully) they seemed annoyed and then had mentioned they can do something for my trucks coolant tank (flush it) which I know you are not supposed to do with high mileage vehicles without risk of damage and they quoted me on that which was $200 more $$ than I could get it done at my mechanic. I believe they tried to take advantage so ladies be mindful. Regardless, they changed my oil quickly and I was in and out in about 15/20 minutes. They also charged me for extra oil which I didn t notice until after I saw my receipt.

In and out should be there name but I guess it's already taken not sure how the would keep the grease down off the burgers either, anyways want to say that there employee's are definitely above and beyond what you would expect to encounter at one of these quick oil change service shops
