Delivered my expensive package to the middle of my driveway instead of walking the extra 50 feet to the front door.

By the time I get my package it will be 5 days from the first scheduled delivery date. It would have been quicker for me to drive to Littleton to pick it up. The last update said an attempt wasn t made to deliver due to weather. It was snowing like it does everyday on the North Country. The roads were plowed and so was my driveway. Good thing my life doesn t depend on this delivery but the next one might.

I do not drive so I depend on delivery each and every week that I have lived in New Hampshire for 5 years at the same address.Three out of five deliveries either never make it here or end up here totally destroyed and I have to reorder. FedEx is absolutely the worst delivery service ever but it seems like I have no choice.

We ordered several items, all but one was delivered without issue, the final item (which had the exact same address) was shown as having the "address corrected" and was sent back to the the sender without informing us. Best guess someone decided not to do their job and just sent back the item...which was extremely time dependent. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

I have lived in my home for 12 yrs now. FedEx is the only delivery service that have had a problem with. The last straw was to day I received a call that the driver was unable to make it up my road today before they left the shop. My road was in good shape when I left for work.

Fast, reliable shipping and friendly staff. I receive product at my shop regularly and I appreciate Fedex being prompt and reliable. With UPS, I never know who my delivery person might be or when they'll arrive--often after my business hours (5pm closing). Fedex is here in the morning and I appreciate that I don't lose an entire days work from not having product available.

I received someone else's package and cannot speak to anyone regarding picking it back up. The automated system has hung up on me 6 times, and the virtual chat service is literally computer generated responses that keeps repeating itself. I'm convinced humans no longer work at FedEx.

Texting people while at work,sitting on peoples brand new tires-has no respect for other peoples property, taking pictures and stuff of peoples addresses, phone numbers, names and personal belongings

So fed up with terrible service. This group seems to mess up 98% of my deliveries. When I have a choice in shippers, I use UPS and when I don't, I suffer. Today, they called saying I needed to be home in order to obtain a signature for an expected package. When the package didn't arrive, I called and they said, "we put it on the wrong truck". Well, after numerous terrible experiences, I really could care less as I waited home ALL DAY. They ought to have made a special trip or at the very least made a phone call to explain. This group in Littleton, NH from what I can tell, is incredibly poorly managed with people who care less about customer experience. Excuse after excuse seems to be the name of the game for these folks. Snow? Sorry can't make it. Mud? Sorry, cant make it. Funny how UPS with a much bigger truck seems to make it on the same exact days in the same exact conditions. I do not know a single person in my community who has anything positive to say about this particular groups service. I suspect in order to save money, they just do not come to our town unless they have enough packages to make it worth their while. I recommend avoiding Fedex at all costs in this area especially Caledonia County Vermont.

I called yesterday because they did not leave my package because no one was there. There is no required signature. I told them to leave the package on the steps whether anyone was there or not. It was not delivered today so I called again, they didn t even put it on the truck today!! I was understanding yesterday not so much today!

They keep picking random excuses why they cant deliver my packages which is completely unacceptable. They have been to my house more times than I can count. They used to be number one now id pick UPS over them and that says Alot!!

I had 3 packages that I wasn't expecting until Monday, and the driver Eric delivered them today, on a Saturday. I'm glad to get them early. UPS does not deliver on Saturday's for normal ground shipments. Thanks Eric.

OUR Fed ex delivery man is SUPERB. He even recognized us in town,cordial professional and ACCOMODATING. I'M disabled and he goes out of his way for delivery. I wish I knew how to tell his boss how much we appreciate him. 274 turnpike rd Jefferson NH 03583

Terrible ground transportation services. My package was supposed to arrive on Monday, but its been in Willington Connecticut for the past 3 days. For those three days fed ex has told me its in transit. Willington Connecticut is only 3.5 hours away from me. No excuses for this, i'm very disappointed in their inefficiencies.

I am giving this a two rating because the guy at the FedEx shipping Depot was nice everyone else and everything else about my package delivery with a really poor experience the fact they messaged me the day before saying my package was going to be delivered and then not showing up after I stayed home all day for it and the fact that they required me to sign for it even though I already had paid for everything and they had failed to deliver on the day that they said so then I talked with some broken English representative who refused to bend anything or make it easy for me to pick up my package without spending another entire day not working I will never use FedEx again for anything I've had ups people go out of their way for me on many occasions not this place

Went there to install drivecam cameras and took a long time due to VERY limited cellular signal. Barely any cellular tower (Verizon).
