I purchased 4 tires here was quoted how long it would take and it was exactly that time that was quoted . Also the customer service was outstanding I m in the business and it definitely means a lot for great customer service!!!Also Fritz (the manager) went above and beyond with several other things during checkout!!!Definitely will be returning to get my tire rotations!!!

Best customer service! Our family has 3 vehicles and we take them all to VIP! They are always helpful and friendly on the phone. They accommodate my busy work schedule in order to get my car in! The pricing is great too! They don t gouge you like I ve had other dealerships in the area do to me to make a buck!

Very friendly and approachable. Explained everything clearly. I like that they walk you out to your car to physically show you what's going on, unlike at the dealership where it's all a mystery and then they hand you a bill for thousands of dollars. I will definitively be coming back to this place and recommending it to others. Very trustworthy.

Just got great customer service for the second time in just over two weeks. Thank you Fitzroy! Got 4 new snow tires on January 12. Did get the Tire Maintenance ++. So worth it! I got a flat tire on Sunday, January 28th. A trip to the town dump resulted in a flat piece of metal that punctured the tire. Unbelievable! My husband put on a spare, and by Tuesday I was back at VIP for a new tire covered by their tire maintenance plan. Fitzroy and VIP really took care of me and my car. I highly recommend their service.

I'm a long time customer, VIP Tires & Service knows how to treat their customers right! When you need service they will do their best to accommodate whether its tires, oil change or something major. I made a same day appointment for an oil change and they got me right in. Job well done! Highly recommend!

I ve been going here for years for state inspections, oil changes and random work on my car. Brought my car for suspicion of an oil leak on a long weekend so they had plenty of time to work on my car. 3 days in a row they asked to keep it longer as they didn t see any sign of a leak and wanted to keep investigating it . Then failed to inform me they were closed the afternoon of a holiday so I was left without my car to drive to work for a day. I pick up my car with the assumption nothing was wrong. I get an oil change somewhere else and it is denied due to a severe oil leak . One that SHOULD HAVE been discovered had the techs at VIP Laconia ACTUALLY LOOKED AT MY CAR. I m fully convinced my car sat in their parking lot and no one actually ever did any diagnostics on because when I got my oil changed a MONTH later the techs there showed me a video of oil everywhere under my car. I m lucky my engine didn t blow up on my commute to work during the month and a half between when I brought it in and my last oil change and it is now being fixed elsewhere. Be warned if they consistently ask to keep your car longer it means they didn t look at it.

I am a frequent customer and Jackie, Jeremy and Fitzroy always exceed my expectations. The Laconia location has top notch service tech's and service advisors! Never pushy about recommendations, more informative of what should be done and why.

I called the store on Wednesday and got an appointment for the car for the following day. The staff were friendly and the oil change and new battery were done I good time. All in all would definitely recommend this particular store.

These guys are great. Even with infrequent visits Jeremy can pull up my account info while I'm walking in the door. The winter tires he recommended have been phenomenal in the storms we've had so far.

This is the second time that I have been to VIP. The first time, they set me up with four new tires, and alignment and free rotation. After not being able to get an inspection at my normal dealership, I visited them again. They were extremely reasonable, efficient and we're within a minute of when they estimated the vehicle would be ready. I would definitely recommend this place for automotive needs.

We needed work done on two of our vehicles, one of which was unexpectedly going back to college with our daughter the next day. The folks at VIP Auto were great about getting us in and doing the work on our cars. We needed a number of services done. We were told exactly what was needed, how long it would take to do the work, and they made sure nothing else was needed on our vehicles. The staff was friendly and outgoing. They made sure we were informed about everything they were doing on our vehicles. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of car repair.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

My experience here was nothing short of magical! I needed someone to look at my brakes that were grinding - I was anticipating having to leave me car there until someone got a chance to check it out and then wait a few days for parts. They made time for me after hearing how bad it was and in one hour I was out the door with new rear brakes - it was amazing, beyond amazing! Everyone in the store was awesome and I will come back here all day everyday for anything my car needs!

Had an alternator, serpentine belt, and battery replaced over a holiday weekend. The work was done correctly, but the price ($872, not counting towing, after $50 off for AAA) was a bit above what I believe it should have been from asking around. Then I noticed they tacked on a $150+ "diagnostic" charge, despite my telling them upon delivery of the car that the issue was the alternator. Still, they were the only shop in the area that works the whole weekend so maybe that allows them to charge a premium.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance

We were in Laconia New Hampshire for vacation, a long ways from home in Ohio, and my tire was continuing to loose air. I thought we would need a new tire which would turn into 2 new tires. Jackie took exceptional care of us, communicated thoroughly and determined with the techs that they could simply plug the tire. She provided quotes for new tires in case we wanted to pursue that option as the tread was very low, but there was never any pressure to purchase them. She only provided much needed education and assistance. Jeremy also supported her assistance. Friendly and trustful service. Who could ask for more. The crew members at VIP Tires & Service in Laconia are top-notch. Each time I go there, it's very busy and the phone is usually ringing non-stop. However, somehow you always feel like you're the most important customer. The guys in the garage will always explain exactly what they've done under the hood, and will carefully explain any problems they found in the process. Prices are competitive for tires and oil change service. Recommended.Service: Tires

Brought our older car in after getting a laundry list of repairs to be fixed before it could pass inspection totaling over $3k from a local dealership. After putting in on the lift and showing me exactly was and wasn t necessary, we ended up passing inspection and saving literally over a thousand dollars in costs. They also honored the veteran in the family with a free inspection to top it off. Please consider using this valuable local small business for a second opinion and for all of your car service needs!!!

Rod at VIP was very knowledgeable and professional. He prepared a quote and held to it. Excellent choice in tires and replaced all 4 brakes. Car rides and stops very well. Terrific Job and very helpful. I would recommend this location!

I was coming all the way from NY to a family gathering in NH that happens once a year. I barely made it due to a flat tire. I was new to the area so I went to VIP tires and service. They had told me they were really packed and they ll see what they can do. My biggest concern was that I was going to be late to the festivities and I would have to find another way to get to my family reunion but the guys at VIP got me out as fast as a NASCAR pit stop crew. Not only did they save my trip and got me out at a reasonable time but they also did a great job with giving me details on the condition of my car while giving me options that I felt was accurate and adequate. They started working on the vehicle at agreed time. This means a great deal for people with busy lives. The vehicle was returned to us as clean as it entered the shop. The folks at the front desk greeted me with enthusiasm. I had 4 new Goodyear tires out on my car plus an inspection.Fitz & his crew are terrific. They are professional & funny. If Jake is single give him my number :) he's adorable.The crazy chicken lady

All the service people were very friendly and helpful, especially the person who was in charge of the service department. Had a seasonal tire and rim swap, oil change, and an inspection. Took about 2 hrs. Was very happy with everything !!! Was a first time customer.

This is the first time I ve been here and I will go here for all my truck needs in the future. I should have asked the guys name who took care of me because he was phenomenal. Great guy. They did my state inspection and took extremely good care of me when I said I was a veteran. What that guy did for me created a customer for life. I will bring my truck there for anything it needs in the future. I m quite sure he was a manager and I want him to know how much I appreciated his gesture.
