I got to trade in my old vehicle today for my new Santa Fe. I worked with Tom Whitney and he was awesome. It was my first time going to Irwin, but my 4th time financing a vehicle and this was definitely the best experience I've had yet. Other dealerships I've been to made the experience exhausting and something I was not looking forward to, but this time was not like that at all. Everything was very easy going and straightforward. The whole process went super quick once I got an approval and the whole team there seemed really great.

I wanted to make sure and leave this review. I was in the market for the all new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. After looking at a competitors offer which was way way off in price, I remembered where I had bought my first brand new vehicle ever! That was Irwin Ford/Hyundai! I was treated extremely well by Tom Whitney in person and online by Kyla Viana. They both worked very hard to make the process as easy as possible. It does take time to buy a new vehicle, that's just the process so I made sure to have plenty of time. I would like to personally Thank Kyla and Tom for a positive experience as well as the finance woman who completed my paperwork down at the Ford dealership. She was very personable and made me laugh and actually enjoy doing the paperwork!! Lol Thank you to the fantastic Irwin Automotive Group in Laconia N.H. I absolutely Love my new Stormtrooper white Santa Fe!! Keep up the great work

My partner and I went in to Irwin-Hyundai planning to do what we ve always done: buy a cheap car that we don t need to finance. Financing has always scared us both and we kept talking ourselves out of it. We were looking at cars with a lot of other salespeople and none of the cars that we were shown felt good or right for our needs. Then we happened to walk in on a night when Spencer Boggis was the salesman assigned to us. And that changed everything.Spencer listened to our needs and helped us learn that we could in fact finance a car and do so in a way that keeps our payouts low. We found a beautiful car and we finally realized that it was time to invest in ourselves and our future.For a purchase that was supposed to just get us by, we ended up with a car that will actually last us, and has features we ve never had before!And as a woman who was a part of this purchase of the car (I m sure other women will know what I mean), I have bought many cars over the years, and dealt with even more pompous men trying to sell a car to my male partner rather than me, the one purchasing the car at the time. But Spencer was a breath of fresh air. My partner and I came in together, and even though it was technically my partner s name on the car, he made sure to speak to both of us as equals and engage us both in the process. Spencer consciously ensured to include me, and that fact was certainly not lost on either myself or my partner.We couldn t be happier with our experience working with Spencer at Irwin. He made every aspect of the process joyful, exciting, and digestible. If you need to buy a new car, I highly suggest you reach out to Spencer. He ll make your automotive dreams come true!

Irwin Hyundai made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Hoon, my sales specialist was such a pleasure to work with. I was purchasing from out of state and had to travel 3 hours to get there, but It was well worth the trip. There was no pushy sales. I received the best price upfront. They had paperwork ready for us to save time and most importantly Hoon spent a lot of time going over all of the features of the car. This was my first Hyundai so it was nice to have someone so passionate about the brand share valuable info and show me how everything works. I highly recommend you go there if you are considering. You will not be disappointed.

I just purchased a vehicle from Irwin and while I dreaded the whole buying process in general, our salesman Hoon was amazing and made it a great experience. He went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted. He was very responsive to messages and was not pushy at all. The finance guy was great too. He kept us laughing the whole time! I had looked at several other places, but decided to purchase from here because of the great prices and excellent customer service. I'm so happy with my new vehicle and I will definitely be recommending Irwin to others!

I went in to have work done on some warranty issues expecting to have to wait a long time for scheduling. They were great! Same day I came in we were able to schedule an appointment for them to go over the issues. A couple days later we were able to get my car in and fixed within a couple hours. Great communication fast service highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Irwin and product specialist Alex Thornton. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with us to make sure we had a good purchasing experience and understood all the details about the car's technology and warranty. Bought a used Hyundai and wanted to make sure it was up to par. Found that Irwin Hyundai had an appointment available the next morning to look it over and provide a state inspection. (Tried to get it into Grappone which is much closer but they had a two month wait)Made the appointment online easily. When I arrived, was met by one of the nicest service advisors that I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Left the dealership with much needed repairs and the confidence I needed to have my family drive this used car.Great job Irwin Hyundai! Your tech and service advisor did a great job and this shows your commitment to customer service.

I was very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and kindness I received at Irwin. No question or concern was ignored and my sales rep, Spencer Boggis, made sure I chose the right vehicle for my needs. Gary made sure I was able to receive the lease amount I was willing to pay. Always very respectful. Being in the older generation, I appreciate the attention. Also pleased to be contacted by the service department to introduce themselves. The car was delivered in pristine shape and Spencer took time to introduce me to all the technology in the car. Thank you Irwin, I will be back to deal with you again at the end of my lease and look forward to a long relationship.

I had been looking for a new car, visiting various dealerships and narrowed my search to 3 vehicles. In the end, I chose the Tucson at Irwin. I found Hoon Sang to be positive, professional, friendly, & informative from my first call to the final moments leaving the lot with my new car. Had my first experience using the service dept for service. Kaylann was very friendly and professional. I was sent a video from the technician that serviced my car. That was interesting and informative. Even though it took longer than I expected for my first service it was overall a better than average experience.

First and foremost Tom Whitney is the most amazing car salesman I have ever met. I am 50 years old so I have bought a few different cars in my time so far. I told him what we wanted and he went to work. We even got the next model up on our 2023 Santa Cruz at the payment we wanted. He was so thorough about everything from numbers to the car and all its features. He made sure any number AutoFair gave us he just totally smashed it. Tom, myself and my wife want to thank you so much for all the amazing work you did and we want everyone to know. I will for surely see you the next vehicle we buy with no second question. Keep up the amazing work you do at Irwin Hyundai. First service was today 10/04/2023 it was very smooth and minimal waiting.

Pleasant trade-in/new car buying experience. I feel like both sides got a fair deal. Alex Thornton and all other personnel I dealt with were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Alex was put in a stressful situation of serving me and other customers simultaneously when another employee had to leave hastily for an emergency and he handled it extremely well.

I commute 500 miles a week for work, so I m at Irwin Hyundai a lot for regular maintenance needs. Kaylynn and the entire team always take excellent care of me and my car, I ve never had a better service experience! They ve definitely earned my trust and my business for the long term.

Staff is so helpful. The mechanics send out a little video update on your car when they're working. The waiting area is super comfortable. The rate per hour is a little high but the quality of service is absolutely worth it, they also make sure that you have a quote BEFORE they do any work.Over all a great experience, I will absolutely go back when I'm able.

I hit a massive pothole that cracked my rim in MA.. I called this location to see how they could help me with my problem. I spoke with Joe and he was able to help me immediately! I was impressed with the customer service experience provided by Joe. I love this location and recommend others to this location (especially for parts!).

Tom was absolutely amazing. I will never ever shop anywhere else. Quick, easy, trust worthy. No pressure whatsoever. He went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible, showing me multiple vehicles I asked to see. Irwin and Tom care about the customer, not only focused on selling you a vehicle. My salesperson Hoon Sang, was very attentive and patient explaining the many features on two different models I was interested in. He explained the differences in great detail which I appreciated as it made my decision a lot easier. He also provided me his email that he said he would be checking even while he is away half around the World. Hoon was never pushy just listened to my questions and answered them without any pressure. This has been a great car buying experience and I would recommend Hoon Sang to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. He is smart and very knowledgeable about these cars which fits with his motto I m a Korean guy selling Korean cars Best thing, I love my new Tucson Hybrid! Thank you Hoon.

Recently bought a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, with Hoon Sang as the sales associate. Hoon did a wonderful job helping us through the process, promptly returning our calls and making sure we were well taken care of. Also, the sales manager, Gary Henry, worked closely with me to insure my complete satisfaction.
