Irwin Ford gets 5 stars I brought my Ford F150 in for service and I was shocked at how I was treated and taken care of. Service like this is rare these days. They completed everything I asked for in a timely manner. They were kind enough to have their shuttle driver drop me off at the gym while I was waiting for my truck. They finished before I was done with my workout and said just text us for a ride when you are finished. They also kept me up to speed during the process with tex messages and even sent me a video of the service and inspection. I was in the car business for 20 years and I was extremely impressed Thank you, Irwin Ford, you have earned my business moving forward.P.S. They even gave me a free truck wash. Sam Young

I took the 2 hour drive from to Irwin Ford in Laconia because I seen the truck that I really wanted. What I didn t realize is how excellent my experience was. I was able to meet with Seamus McNally as my product specialist. What a great team member you have with Seamus. It had been 11 years since I purchased a vehicle and he made me feel at ease with the entire process. He explained everything to me and kept me posted on progress. Overall the experience was worth the drive and although I was wiped after the drive home, I was completely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend working with Seamus if you are looking for a new vehicle, regardless of how far you are from the Laconia dealership. Thank you for everything!

Service Center Manager, Eddie Withrow and his crew are exceptional! They are knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, trustworthy, prompt and will go out of their way to help you. Affordable pricing and excellent customer service!I also love their FREE pickup/delivery service. It really helps so I can go to work while they service my vehicle.I highly recommend!

A great convenience feature is setting up service appointments on line. I attempted to do that but was redirected to call in to schedule my oil change with annual state inspection sticker. I called and made the appointment to drop my vehicle off later that week at 7:00AM which was perfect because I can drop it off on my way to work.The day before my scheduled 7:00 appointment, I received a reminder text that my 8:20AM service appointment was approaching. I immediately returned the text to inform them that my confirmed appointment made via telephone, days earlier, was for 7:00AM not 8:20AM. I was informed of my 8:20 appointment once again so I had to reiterate that my work schedule wouldn t allow me to drop off my vehicle at that time, that s why I scheduled the appointment for 7:00AM.After the apology text, they reconfirmed my 7:00AM drop off. I ve had my vehicle serviced at Irwin Ford since I purchased it there in 2022, since that time, twice have my scheduled appointments been confirmed then changed prior to my initial scheduled appointment time. It s very inconvenient having to call to explain what the original appointment times were and why they had to be as initially scheduled.The service itself was top notch; no issues at all with the good service.

Lisa was absolutely fantastic! I was surprised to get an appointment for an oil change the same day. She called and asked about other items noted during the inspection, called when my car was done, and informed me of rewards dollars I had so my oil change would be covered. 10/10 would go back for Lisa.

Appointment for routine service on my F-150 was handled promptly. Service was done as scheduled and with no effort to upsell anything. Pickup was on time and check-out was easy. This good experience (consistently good) is why I still go to Irwin for automotive services after more than twenty years of working with them (sales team is also great).

We had an amazing experience with Adel Mohammed and Irwin!!!!! We highly recommend him. He is very knowable in the Ford products. No pressure to buy at all. He is an amazing communicator. Told us when we would expect a call, status of the vehicle and when the car was available for pickup. He was very respectful of our time which does not happen at many dealerships. The service team at Irwin did a great job addressing a couple of issues I brought my Lincoln in for, as well as performing a free tire rotation! The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because they did not have the thermostat I needed in stock and there was a bit of a wait for it but, in fairness, my car is 11 years old and they were still able to get the part while I waited and get me on my way without having to return. Overall I am VERY pleased with the quality and professionalism of the Irwin service team!

I purchased a used 2020 f150 with 13k miles and a plow from Adam A. Upon returning to get my truck a nasty e electrical issue manifested. Adam immediately got me a loaner truck ( nicer than the one purchased) and put the truck in the shop. After almost two months of chasing the issue and putting close to 8k miles on 3 different loaner vehicles Adam and Alan F located a replacement truck that is a 2023 with significantly more comfortable options. They handled everything like complete gentlemen and ensured the new truck was up to standard. I just picked up the truck yesterday and couldn't be more satisfied. They set up an appointment to get the truck side plow setup installed no charge to me. I will purchase all my vehicles through Irwin after the way Adam and Alan conducted business. It's easy to say you'll take care of an issue but Adam and Alan see it through!

The body shop expertly fixed my F-150. Matched the paint perfectly and the truck was taken in on time and was finished within the window they gave us. Also they found something splattered on the opposite side of the truck and cleaned that off as best they could. The service manager said to bring it by some day for them to buff that area out at no charge.

Upon entering the dealership to take a test drive, we were greeted by Adel, who immediately made us feel comfortable. He spoke with us about the vehicle that we were interested in and was able to answer any questions that we had. It was clear that Adel was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle that we were interested in. He presented various options for us to consider and, before the end of the day, we had come to an agreement to purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend Irwin Motors and, more specifically, I would definitely recommend speaking with Adel. You will not be disappointed!

Brought van in for simple diagnostic. I did not approve any work. The shop did the work (?) and called giving me a bill near $600. Work they never gave me an estimate for, work never authorized to be completed, and work that didn't make sense for the problem. The van was still not fixed and I was never given an option to even see the broken parts as they were thrown out. When I questioned the service guy (Steven) he threatened to put water in my engine if I didn t pay. Chris Irwin (owner of Irwin Automotive Group was made aware of the 2 laws his dealership broke and the threats made by service advisor if I didn't pay and this was the reply I received, "At this time I feel it would be best if you sought out another dealership to take your vehicles for your service needs." I have reported the dealership to the NH Attorney Generals office.

I have never had worse service3 recalls and a faulty hinge known issue and I ve waited 3 months for my appointment that they have no idea what I m talking about! There was no appointment scheduled. I ve been to everyone including Chris Irwin to no avail. Never again will I do business with this dealership and I m a third generation customer. So disappointed

Always friendly service and I like they keep in touch through text while your cars work is being done . Also very fast work never have I dropped my car off and they had it longer than a couple hours if that .
