Couldn t be happier with my experience at HK Laconia. Matt Kelley made purchasing my new 24 lynx snowmobile a painless and swift experience. This was my first time at this dealership so me being me, I was very pessimistic going into things. But Matt and the team quickly eased any concerns. The communication is absolutely unmatched and every request was handled immediately. I d give 10 stars if I could. Even Keith at the parts counter made registration a breeze. Very greatful overall. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market or in need of parts.

I cannot say enough about HK Laconia and the staff I have interacted with; Brandon and Drew have been exceptional in their customer service and follow through.I want to be clear - I had a motor blow on a brand new ski, a couple warranty issues, and then faced the dreaded Covid delay with my second ski, but through it all they were helpful, understanding, and willing to work hard to get me back on the water. I say this, because it is one thing to make a quick sale and leave thinking staff was friendly, but another to face challenge after challenge and have them step-up each time to make it right.I have also had them save me when I got a flat tire on my R6, so this is not limited to watercraft that is purchased through them.Bottom line, is that I bought a ski, but feel like a gained some friends in the process; that is a rare experience these days.

Very poor sales, and disgusting business practice they're running here. Accepting an offer and backing out in less than 24hrs, then you don't even reach out to let the buyer know! They just wait for you to show up hoping you'd just pay the asking price.

Stay as far away from this place as possible bought a brand new JetSki and it already having a ton of electric problems. JetSki was 20k they installed the battery so brutally that they stripped everything including fraying the wires. They should expect a lawsuit very shortly

Not usually they type to write reviews. But I can t thank HK enough especially dealing with Derek. They made everything so simple and the dealership is so organized and clean, really shows that they take pride in what they sell and do. Thanks again hk Powersports for my 23 xmr 1000

This was the best buying experience I've ever had the team at Hk power sport had my new 2022, kawasaki ninja 400 ready to pick up on Monday, after ordering it Friday, everything went smooth as pie, they are very experienced at what they do. I would, and will recommend them to all that I know..

Worst dealership in New Hampshire, topped with the worst sales group. Traded in my Jetski. They promised me a new one by the time season started. Of course they sold mine and never had one to replace it. Then I finally do get one that they had left on reserve and now it has all sorts of issues, including the battery not turning over ever. Avoid avoid avoid.

I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. The process was so easy and painless. I live 2 hours away and they made everything happen from over the phone. When I came in all I had to do was sign the typical paperwork for it and BAM! Very pleasurable experience.BIG SHOUT OUT TO BRENDAN HE WAS AWESOME!!

After calling the guys in service late the day before, they got me in the next morning and mounted/balanced new tires I ordered online and brought in with me with a quick 2 hour turnaround time. They were polite and professional. Cost was $59 per wheel, not the highest or lowest quote I got, but the quickest appointment and turnaround time. This was my first experience there. I will return. Thanks for the great service.

Just bought a new snowmobile and delt with Matt I call about a snowmobile I found on there website and they put it together so I could look at it and they were great to deal with would highly recommend them

Excellent experience Matt my sales man went out of his way to get us on our way. The boys even loaded my machine and straped it down. Due to an injury i have. 100% will be a return customer fastest sale I've been trough yet! Thanks HK powersports.

I drive 2 hours to HK in Laconia for good reason! They are exceptional at what they do. I have doing business with HK since 2010 for that very reason. My most recent experience, was Dec 10th. I purchased a new sled and other accessories, and the experience was super positive and fun. I interacted prior on the phone with Drew and her level of knowledge on different sled options was impressive. Upon picking up the sled, I was greeted with more technical knowledge about the new sled. Drew was excellent and I will continue to travel that distance as it is simply worth it. The process was simple as they are well equipped and organized. Also, Brendan took the time to go over the sled with me in further detail and he was excellent too. The sprinkles on the ice cream with regards to the service HK provides was Devin. I had trailer lights out on the right side. Devin took the time to fix them on the spot. this was very much appreciated, as I didn't have to leave there with trailer issues. That was awesome and appreciated. Lastly, I took the time to write this review because my expectations were exceeded. Not easy to do. Thank you Drew, Brendan and Devin. Oh yeah, Brain in service is excellent too. Sorry Brian. didn't want to leave you out. Always helpful.

From the moment Kate answered my email inquiry to the first time I was introduced to Derek all the way through vehicle delivery HK powersports/ Laconia went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We would recommend HK to anyone looking for old fashioned customer service and people who truly care. Thanks HK, see you on the trails.

I have purchased 2 motorcycles off HK and have had 2 good experiences. My only gripe with HK laconia is I feel like there selection of motorcycles is scarse at times when I am browsing and would love to see a wider variety of bikes.

Poor customer service. They would not sell a ski to a travel nurse working within their community because I do not live here .I even offered additional money, purchasing 3 oil changes up front, no go! Disaster speaking w Drew and her arbitrary screening process. I am just not use to this service in my industry. I m glad I don t have the practice of withholding service based on any of your demographics!Update: Offering to purchase additional services that guarantees my return is not a bribe. It s a negotiation. She asked where are you located? Not where are you from? The owner s response gives a clear reflection of the sales culture at this dealer. Beware of the stories that will change to reflect their needs in the future. Im certainly glad they didn t accept my negotiation as offered. And by the way - more skis are coming. Yamaha made an adjustment down ONE time - but they are not getting cancelled every day.

HK made the process of buying a jet ski as simple as possible. They are very responsive, returning emails same day or next day. They were also very accommodating with our schedule to pick up the ski. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a Yamaha Zuma125 scooter. Initially, I placed an inquiry on their website. Quality scooters are very difficult to find. In a short time, Kate replied with all information. They had just received one.I had a lot of varied questions, but she handled them all with no delay.When I decided to view it, Derek helped me with everything so professionally. The buying process and all info about my purchase was completely explained. There was no pressure at all. He went over all the features of the scooter on delivery. That s so different from their competitors.I highly recommend HK Powersports in Laconia. It was worth the short drive.

Great service, excellent customer service and our Salesperson (Derek Tarr) is always awesome. HK gives us the best prices and the best trade in value. Bought a brand new RZR 1000 and a brand new KX450 within a month! Highly recommend.

I inquired about a 2023 Polaris 570 atv online this am, (1/19/23), with a salesperson named Tim I believe. He asked me all kind of odd questions but once they found out I didn't live in N.H., the atv had a "hold" on it and in further texts it then became if it was available, it wouldn't be sold to me because of my location and other reasons. Here are some of the questions/reasons I was asked: because I live out of state, if I ever bought from them before, do I have property in NH, why don't I buy from my own local dealer, we rather keep business local, lenders wouldn't lend to me because I'm to far away (1-1/2 hrs.) and if something went wrong with the atv, they don't want to go that far to service the atv! Wow! I understand trying to keep it local to a degree but if your business is doing that well, then I guess you can pick and choose who you do/don't sell to! I don't understand how than can be legal? I NEVER for ANY purchase been asked those questions or been denied a purchase because of my location! I'm so disappointed with this company! P.S......Read the other reviews. This is a on going practice at this establishment with out of state customers!

I bought a Polaris general from Brendan. He was great to deal with and very helpful. After being burned by another dealership I was doubtful that they would actually be able to get me this machine. After many calls to Brendan following up to see if they were able to get the machine he assured me that it would be coming in. On Apr. 29th I got the call of happiness! My Machine Was In! Everything went so smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us the machine and go through all of the paperwork with us. I would highly recommend HK Power sports to anyone!

First let me say I amnot in the habit of complaining about services rendered.HK Powersports,Laconia. Brought my trike in for a inspection sticker. I am told I need new front tire. I understand. I need to pay for the tire to get it ordered ,$289. I understand. The following week. I get a call telling me the tire has been replaced. But the service tech says the mounting bracket for the front fender is broken. We discuss the issue and I say was it broken during the removal or replacement of the tire. The service advisor says "OH NO!". I keep pushing back.The service advisor speaks with his manager and they offer to replace the broken part at cost no labor. I agree. Additionally one of the directionals isnot operating properly. I authorize the repair. A week later I get a call saying the bike is ready. The new tire is mounted, the fender repair is made, the light is not fixed and no sticker.I feel they had taken a lost and wanted the trike out of their shop.Save yourself any frustration and stay away from HK Powersports.Very unprofessional.FYI a bad ground in the light. Easy fix.

We worked with Derek on the purchase of a new snowmobile and it was a long long process. Usually when that's the case, it isn't a good experience, BUT he set the expectations from day 1, explaining manufacturer deliveries and delays, he communicated and touched base frequently. Towards the end we played some serious phone tag (people are busy, be patient) And still, the communication prevented that from being annoying. We had a great experience!On pick up day, we got behind some serious accidents and the crew stayed a little late to help us get some new gear. They didn't rush us, were super friendly, and they explained everything on the sled (even the though they knew it was past closing and we were familiar with the sled)Everyone had on masks when we were there, if that's a heavy concern for you, and the price was exactly what we expected.We'll make the hour + drive to have them service our sleds and we'll be back as we expand the fleet !!Thanks to everyone at HK!

Was the only place around that had what I was looking for in stock! Very easy fast sale. I don't think I was there for longer than a half hour including signing!
