Wish I could give zero. Ordered a part for my car and the website clearly says the charge won't be taken out of you bank until the order is shipped. That's the first lie. Second I paid for express delivery. Now you can't track the order just see the status. Mine says processing and I paid for express delivery. I then called the customer service line and they tell me they can't find any information on my order. WHAT? How is that even possible? So not only did they lie and take my funds before the order was complete. They charged me for express delivery which wasn't provided. Now I have no part and have no idea where it is.. are you kidding me? Horrible experience. Awesome that I have to pay for services I don't receive.

My husband tan into an issue with a battery in our boat. He went to the store and worked with Ryan. Ryan was the kind of helpful you don t see anymore. Assessed the need for a whole new battery and then actually hopped into the boat and helped put it in! Thank god since we didn t have the proper tools!He saved our day and restored our faith in people! Thank you Ryan, your extra effort was shared with all of our friends! Amazing!

Called yesterday to order a leaf spring for my truck, was told they didn t have the part in store and would have to order it. I Was told it would be on the truck the next day and could pick it up in the afternoon. The following day I called early in the afternoon to confirm it would be on it way and was told it would be and they would call. Around five thirty I called again as I had not received a call. Not only did the part not come in but they had no record of me ordering anything and couldn t give me an answer as to how something like this happens. The guy said I don t know what to tell you. I sat around all day waiting on a part for my work truck to be able to work the following day only to have the day wasted and no closer to fixing my truck. Wish I could give zero stars.

Jhon the store manger bounces between the Laconia store and concord store and does great work at both. He has been extremely helpful and honest when it comes to handling my concerns. He is a tremendous example of how to handle a customer when dealing with an issue. Even when talking about general tech stuff about vehicles he puts his best past experience and knowledge on the table to help you trouble shoot and issue within reason. Furthermore he resolved an issue his employee caused me without issue and in a timely manner. More employees can learn a great deal from him. Definitely love coming to autozone now given this experience.

I was visiting family in NH when my check engine light came on. I found the nearest Auto Zone and they were able to tell me at least one of my cylinders wasn't firing. After discussing potential reasons why, I bought spark plugs and wires. Problem fixed. The gentleman who helped me greeted me right as I walked in, went over the results and gave me great advice of where to start.

Thank you so much Joey! Joey went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. He helped me pick out the best rotars i will need for my car. He was very helpful and made sure i had everything i needed to switch out my break pads and rotars for the first time. Very patient and understanding 10 out of 10 will be the place i get my car parts from for my car! Excellent work Joey!

Had the part I needed in stock. Was a reasonable price. I was greeted and got help locating the part immmediately upon entering the building. The staff was more than happy to help. Shelves looked well stocked. Clean and professional atmosphere was nice.

I had waited until the absolute last minute to replace the original 8 year old battery in my car. Unfortunately, they weren t able to install it due to coverage on the floor. As I got to my car with my brand new battery in the front seat, my original battery decided she was done. JoAnne and Mike (?) were great and helped me jump start my car. When I returned with the core, Ox saw me carry in the old battery and immediately came to me and took the heavy dirty core to the counter . It was a rough morning, but the staff was great and helped me in anyway they could to get me back on the road safely. I truly appreciate how they all came together and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience with them. I will definitely be back for all my automotive needs! Thank you!!!

I had just moved up to Laconia, and driving by on my motorcycle, I needed tools to take the plate off of my bike. The store manager had one of his staff take off my plate and put on the NH plate. He didn't want to sell me unnecessary tools and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! They will be my go to from here on out!

Great customer service, checked my car for me to see if it was early or late model because of differences in replacement parts, and then switched out a headlight bulb after I purchased it. Fair pricing and great availability of parts + ability to order for next day.

So, I ve been going to the Laconia NH Autozone for years and have always been polite and respectful to the employees, as I always appreciate their assistance.Well, the other day I went in and the NEW Store Manager, Rick (white hair and glasses), interrupted my conversation with an associate regarding bulbs that he knew nothing about and immediately jumped at me, claiming that it was illegal for me to buy LEDs for the interior (dome light) of my car. I politely responded to him informing him that these bulbs (that I spent 60 dollars on when I could have got them all for 10 bucks on amazon ) were NOT going on the outside of the car, but rather the inside. He continued to glare me down and then said nothing. Very strange behavior, especially for a store manager, and also strange considering I go there all of the time and have spent so much money it s crazy I went in again last night trying to resolve a trunk light ordering issue on their part (they kept ordering lights with a super large festoon). I told the associate that I planned to buy another trunk light, try it, and if it doesn t fit just return it so we can see what s going on. Then Rick, the invasive, rude and intrusive manager AGAIN interjected and began to aggressively explain that if I buy the light it cannot be returned no matter the case. I told him that makes no sense, if it doesn t fit then how would I know (especially when THEY are the ones ordering these wildly huge sizes)? He said there was nothing they could do and too bad. I stood there in absolute shock that this guy would just freak at me out of nowhere and make up some absurd rule that has never applied before. Even if it s a new rule, why be so rude and cause a scene in front of all of the other customers? I see people as I m waiting in line all of the time returning and exchanging items that they literally just tried to install right outside and they exchange it. He wouldn t even hear me out and was incredibly rude.So, that being said, I m finished with Autozone. I miss the old manager, as she was super kind, patient and responsible, where this guy just has a mini heart attack every time he says anything and is incredibly rude. I will never show my face there ever again!Say good-bye to a customer who was with you guys a LOOOOONG time. PEACE!I hope others see that this behavior should never be tolerated nor accepted, no matter the position of power a person is in. You go on ahead and flex your auto store power, meanwhile I ll just shop online where the prices are a FRACTION of what this store charges anyway.-Todd

Very professional and helpful I get all my parts there been going there for years also have a great point system that earns you 20.00 $ after you have 5 points which you earn a point every time you spend 20.00 $ or more doesn't take long to get to 5 points love it.

Hats off to Dan and the crew for an easy no hassle transition honoring a Lifetime warranty on an alternator and their assistance. I replaced the alternator in question with the new one right in the parking lot. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

So I ordered front and rear brake pads Wednesday morning and saw they had free next day delivery. Then I get an email saying that the rear pads will be delivered friday and the front pads will be delivered Monday. Had they not lied about next day delivery I would have picked them up Next time send theNext time send the deliveryNext time send the delivery guy insteadmyself Thursday. Now my car sits on the lift waiting for the pads. If you're not going to deliver next day, don't advertise it. Both sets of pads were in stocks at the store. Luckily I only needed the rears but you made this a prolonged job for me and that's not cool. Next day delivery should mean delivery driver not shipped from a warehouse through another carrier. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Ive been going to Auto zone for 17 years and it's definitely my go to parts store if I don't order offline. The AutoZone in Laconia is decent and up to par with the others. However, what sets this store apart from others is SUE, who is a sales associate. She's always extra pleasant and helpful, which you can't say for everyone. She always has a smile on and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Thanks Sue, YOU'RE AMAZING!!!

Great service awsome staff. They provide great service. I was having issues with my battery they saved me the time and money buy testing. It turns out it was just the altenator.

They went above and beyond their way to help me when I broke my side view mirror. I have also been able to run right in and find just what I need when in a rush. The store is convenient located on the corner of Gilford and Union ave in Laconia.

The phone may always be ringing off the hook but the few guys that are there working work hard and do their best to keep up with it all and always help you in the long run they're really kind no matter how busy they are and I highly recommend this store
