Blake Goodwin and his team did a fantastic job with my Mazda. They were thorough, honest, and turned the car around really quickly. Their online process was super easy, and the itemized service suggestions made it much easier to follow. And the photos helped me make an informed decision about repairs that were critical versus what were manufacturer- suggested.Great service, easy to work with, and a streamlined, clear process!

I have nothing but praise for the technicians at Meineke in Hudson, NH. I recently needed a check engine light diagnosed, and left my car for the afternoon. The problem was determined quickly, and communication regarding a costly catalytic converter replacement was initiated. The entire matter was handled professionally, with ample opportunity to ask questions. My car was ready by late afternoon, and efforts were made to save related parts, thus saving me some money. The crew was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I always feel that they do their best, and that excellent customer service is their priority.

Great customer service! Blake & his team got me right in to check my brakes. He called the next day when the part came in & worked with my schedule to get me in for an appointment. They worked quick & got me out of there in time to pick my son up from school. I ll definitely be coming back in the future.

I've been here a few time, but won't go back or to any Meineke ever again. Rather than letting me know if I wait 4 days for an inspection so it will be valid for over a year they inspected my car and I go out to see a sticker 7.2024 valid of only 3 months. I go in to question and someone from the back office just yell "its the state regulation if you waited until next month it would have been valid for over a year" He never came out, just talking to me from the office. Now I have to go back to another shop and spend more money in 3 months. This is exactly the reason people don't trust auto shops.

Great group of guys there! All of the negative reviews posted are just butt hurt customers. Did my inspection come back as failed? Yes, but for good reason. These guys aren t just going to send you on the road knowing that your car is a danger to you. They fixed what needed to be fixed in a timely manner and for a pretty good price as well. I appreciated the good company while waiting and the generous hospitality (thanks Blake!).

Blake and the group at Meineke are great! He was able to answer my questions and did not pressure me into making on the spot decisions. I have been going there for 4 years and the service and people have always been wonderful!

Blake and his crew are the best! Every time I visit the service quality is so awesome! They take the time to listen, they are thorough and I never feel pressured to make decisions. I truly appreciate these guys and love going there!

New to the area and first time needing an oil change. Customer service from Blake and Dillon was great and service exceeded my expectations. Got real time updates sent to my phone with pictures and complete transparency. Would highly recommend these guys great job!!!! Thanks.

Do not recommend. Spent $1000 on basically a 5 point inspection, oil change, and spark plug replacement, got nothing out of it.I came in because the engine was misfiring very noticably and knocking almost to the point of stalling. 6 spark plugs and a grand later I am left with the exact same problem, despite the technician telling me that the spark plug replacement "almost" completely removed the problem and the misfiring was almost unnoticeable now. This was a blatant lie. As soon as I left the parking lot it felt exactly the same.I will never, ever take any vehicle to this place ever again and I recommend no one else does either. Not only do they overcharge for parts and labor ($400 just for spark plug replacements) they don't even get the job done and fix the issue. 0/5.

Great car care center with trustworthy and knowledgable staff. However, the incessant badgering for a review is enough to infuriate even the most patient and kind hearted individual. One ask/reminder is enough; this relentless harassment to provide a review is annoying and BAD BUSINESS in practice.

This Hudson location is a favorite of mine, since I have been going there for service on my car over 11 years. All I had was an oil change, but I like the fact that they rotate the tires, put air in them, and check out everything else in the car to make sure it is safe. I did have a $10 coupon which brought my price to $40 which is not bad in this economy! I would recommend this MEINEKE Shop to all of my friends.

I would highly recommend not going to meineke or any other chain type shops. The amount of money they force outta ppl from people that don't know much about cars is absurd they literally take advantage of those ppl. They will fail u for inspection for things that aren't even safety related and when they give u the quote. For example. Let's say u needed a third brake light assembly they quote the price at 459 dollars and 109 dollars in labor. So 569 dollars just for a brake light. When if u simply call your local auto parts store u can buy the part for 120 dollars and watch a you tube video and install It your self in less than 30 minutes. That's just one thing they failed for many more making hundreds n hundreds off high priced parts and then the labor. For example. They quoted over 3grand to only fix the required amount to just get an inspection sticker on the vehicle. The parts alone buying yourself at your local parts store costed 400 dollars max. And 2 to 3 hours to do it your self for Install. Saved well over 2 grand that's not business that's robbery taking advantage of elders that live on a ss fixed income is unreal. U understand not everyone has the ability to do the work yourself but shop around ppl get quotes from some local private owned shops or shop the parts for prices on your own and maybe bring them into the shop save some money from being upcharged a ridiculous amount. Definitely don't recommend bringing a car here for inspection. Just trying to help the ppl out there that don't know much about cars and getting Taking advantage of. Hope this helps open your eyes and realize that places like this are trained to fail fail fail. Mark up parts and hit ppl in there wallets way harder than just to making an honest fair amount and getting good feedback and better relationships

I was very satisfied with the work they did on car. They did front and rear brakes and replaced left front axel assembly. They were very good and went over everything and it came to the exact amount they quoted. Thank you Blake, Dylan and J. Madden for excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Thank you Meineke in Hudson, NH, for an excellent repair experience! You were very straightforward with what my vehicle needed, you didn't leave me hanging, it was a nice surprise to get a loaner vehicle, there were no hidden chargesand I got my vehicle back when you said it would be done.

Thanks to Kevin for getting my car in no notice ,found a leaky bead on my front tire got it fixed and got me on the road,all while dealing with a couple crazy customers and their dogs. Leave them at home when it's oil change or inspection time,it's a garage not doggy day care.

I had bad experience with this car center twice.1. they installed a small oil filter which created a pressure in engine and oil was leaking2. I went for a mere puncture to be fixed and as the tires were not from them so they did not fix it and asked if we touch we would have to install all 4 tires....which just shocked me up.I would not recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely the best service I ve ever gotten. My power steering and my belt went off they fixed it promptly and notified me of the progress of my vehicle. Shane is the man and Kevin was very friendly and professional definitely will come back if anything else happens or need basic service. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road.

The shop was punctual. The lobby where I waited was clean and coffee available. They kept me updated throughout the process. No surprises.
