Scheduled a SI & Oil change and had to change the date 2 days before. They were able to move me back to later in that day which was perfect. Happened to park the Mustang GT in there lot right at 16,000.0 miles kinda funny.

Such a great experience dealing with the service department and body shop! When my brand new van got hit the day I bought it, I had to wait two weeks before getting the go ahead from the insurance company to get it fixed, then the dealership I bought it from couldn't get it in for another 3 weeks! I called Hillsboro Ford and they had me drop it off that night! As soon as they got the estimate from the insurance company, they went to work and had it back to me within a week! I'm so thankful that they were so efficient!

Bought a used truck from Scott and the finance team at Hillsboro Ford. I was in a bad loan on my trade, lower than average credit, and the finance team not only got me out of a bad loan, they got me into an AMAZING used truck with low miles. They were excellent to work with, terrific communication, and not only did they pay off my loan, they got me a great deal by dropping the price $1500!!! I will never visit another one of those shady used dealers who promise low prices on high mileage, high interest loans again. The used trucks at Hillsboro Ford are all high quality, low mileage, high quality trucks. Do not hesitate to see these guys, this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. They earned a lifelong customer today. We will be back to buy again!

I have been going to Hillsboro Ford for many years. I have had consistently great service there and left a different dealer because I felt they wouldn't listen to me. I started going there becasue of their service department and ended up buying my last car from Doug. He had been there since they opened and was knowledgeable and not pushy. Before I ever bought a car from him we would talk about fishing when I was in for service. I like them because they seem like a normal group of people. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Was a pleasant experience purchasing our Ford Edge from Chris Brown at Hillsboro Ford.A nice low key dealership!Cris was not a hard sell salesman, he answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very helpful in setting up the varied electronics on the vehicle.Vehicle was priced right and we agreed to terms quite pleasantly and quickly!We will definitely come back again for our next vehicle.

I bought a new F250 last year. My selling dealer spends a lot of time on the radio telling people how differently they do things. It had always been a frustrating experience there to get a service appointment. Go online, choose your service, then make an appointment. Unfortunately the online system always scheduled me days or a week away- for an oil change! Yesterday I called them and asked if they could fit me in for an oil change as I was way overdue. "No, we can't do an oil change today, it would have to be next week". So I am done with my "different" selling dealer.I went to Hillsboro Ford's website, sent a service email around 10 AM asking for an appointment that afternoon at 1:30. I received a call less than 45 minutes later telling me to come in at that time. I arrived on time, my truck was taken in almost immediately. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, they offered to do my state inspection, and I needed an air filter. At 2:48 I was driving home. That's great service!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HILLSBORO FORD!!! I've boughten quite a few vehicles & know a great place for business when I see one. I had been browsing every website known to man to find a vehicle that fit my needs at the price I was willing to pay, needless to say I found it at Hillsboro Ford. These folks there know how to do business & for the vehicle I wanted, their pricing was VERY competitive which is something they display on their website. Even though Hillsboro is quite a drive we went anyways knowing we were going to get a great vehicle for a great price. After a little bit of negotiations we were able to get a great deal on my new Ford Escape. These folks were great getting me in my new car. I was already approved with my own loan office but they wanted to help me drive the vehicle home that night, so they were able to approve me for the loan with the same interest rate I was going to get with my own Loan Office. It was a wonderful experience working with the folks there & when its time to purchase our next vehicle these folks will be the first to know.

Best service dealer! Fair pricing and fixed right the first time! Stopped dealing with Grappones due to servicing issues.. they have a horrible very unfriendly service center to deal with... was never fixed right the first time....definitely recommend Hillsboro Ford! They have been great with my Mazda!

Hillsboro Ford is a wonderful dealership to go to!! People are kind and considerate and will help with anything! Kelly does a great job dealing with the public and she always gets me in when needed.. Mechanics are great as well.. They come talk to you about the issue and will actually show you the problem! Care and quality of service is excellence! I would highly recommend Hillsboro Ford for all your vehicle needs!!

Chris Brown is our go to Salesman at Hillsboro Ford. He sold us our first Escape when we traded in our Fiesta.I liked working with Chris so much I went right to him when we wanted to upgrade our other Ford Fiesta. I liked my wife's Escape so much that Chris helped me get into a 2015 Escape with a trade of our other Fiesta. Chris made the transaction so smooth and with a good sense of humor, yet is very professional.I highly recommend you ask for Chris Brown when you are in the market for a new or used vehicle at Hillsboro Ford.

Chris Brown was great to work with! We feel like we got a great deal on my wife's used Edge and the process only took a few hours instead of a full day like at other dealerships.. We would definitely recommend Hillsboro Ford and will go there first when shopping for our next vehicle!

I just purchased 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Van from Hillsboro Ford in Hillsboro, NH. I would like to commend all the personnel at Hillsboro Ford, Mark McComish (Sales), Bill Rowe (Sales Manager) and Billy Tolius ( Finance). They all did a great job of giving my wife and I a very good deal on my vehicle and made the purchasing process a pleasant experience. They were very friendly and went beyond what is expected of an auto dealership. Our thanks to Hillsboro Ford!

I never have a bad experience here! The Service Department is especially awesome! Kelly, Mike, and Llew go above and beyond every time for me! I would never imagine going anywhere else to buy a car or get my service done.I'll also add as someone who works in retail management it can be very hard to find a place that provides the level of service you expect and Hillsboro Ford always meets my expectations!

I recently just purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion at Hillsboro Ford. The whole experience was very positive. The sales associate, Justin, was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased at Hillsboro Ford. Car dealers can be scary. They have a reputation to swindle you into an expensive car. I did not have that experience here. I went in with a car in mind and they never once tried to get me in a different car. The sales rep we went through was Chris and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He worked with us, made sure our payments were in our range and showed us all the gadgets in the car we were wondering about. Overall I had a completely happy visit and am in love with my new car.

Good, friendly service. Service tech came to speak to me while I waited and explained things causing a delay. Louis from service also came out and explained a delay coming from a bad internet connection from Ford and they weren't able to do a download to reset my electronics. Not their fault, but understood. I have always had good service there l.

I was up in Sutton, NH, as I recently purchased a new home, which I am readying to move to. My engine stalled on my way back to Pennsylvania. I was towed to Hillsborough Ford, which was on a Monday. They could not begin work till the following Wednesday, as the Water Pump needed replacing, on a 2010 Lincoln.When they indicated the car was ready the Friday of that week, I drove up to Hillsboro Ford, from Pennsylvania, to pick up, that Saturday (I had to call to find out the status).Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up my car, the front desk individual spent a good amount of time with the customer in front of me, who was confused. Taking her time to review the service provided and what it meant. I was next, however, I was not given the same time or review. I left the dealership and within 5 miles from the dealership my engine light came on. I called the dealership and went back to the dealership. They came out after waiting for them 15 minutes, and connected the computer to the car, to find the diagnosis. I did not even address the filthy condition they returned my car to me in. My carpet, armrest, steering wheel and finder were full of grease. I m not sure I will ever get the grease out of my carpet.After the diagnosis, I was informed that it was an emissions/catalytic converter issue but was safe to drive back to Pennsylvania, which I did the following day.I took it to my mechanic and what they found was appalling! History code stored P0420 Cat efficiency below threshold B1. Very possible that it is related to the loose intake tube clamp. Engine coolant was over full, ground strap to RF strut tower loose, oil light was not reset, intake tube to throttle body not tightened, passenger front wheel was not torqued properly and engine and cradle were not cleaned of oil or coolant after repairs. Thank goodness my car was due for inspection or these things might have been discovered.I will strongly tell anyone asking about this dealership do not walk run away! They are not qualified and are inept...not to mention, they just want to get through the day, regardless of the customers expense.This dealership is a very poor example of quality, knowledge, and capability. I have never experienced a dealership so inept when I just spent $1,300.00 plus!!!!!!

As my closest Ford dealer, I have gone here a few times now for servicing my second hand Ford over the past year that I've owned it.Yesterday, having been to a local mechanic who let me know I needed to replace bald front tires and a battery, I called Hillsboro Ford for a quote on doing the work. I had a quote from my mechanic, but they were closed for the next two days so I wanted to compare the dealership price and see if it was worth just having them do the work.Kelly in "service" quoted me $134 per tire when I asked for the price of tires MOUNTED and BALANCED. I emphasized that I wanted the total price, including installation, at least 3 times on the call. For the two front tires, this should have amounted to $268.I then asked her how much it would be to replace the battery. She gave me two price options, with different warranty periods. I chose the more expensive option, at $119. Total I expected to pay was under $400.My husband took the car in while I was at work, and not knowing how much I had been quoted for the work, simply paid them what they said was due - a total of over $470!!!! They had charged $30 to put on the tires, over the price quoted to me, AND charged $45 to put in the battery, which was never quoted in the price when I requested it. I called them up when I saw the bill, and spoke to Kelly again. It's bad enough to be overcharged for services when you've gone through the trouble to compare prices and get a quote up front, but my complaint really begins here.Kelly was rude and unsympathetic when I explained why I was calling. She flat out denied that she had done anything wrong, and when I pointed out she hadn't told me the full price of installing the battery, when I was clearly calling for a quote, she responded rudely, with "well we're not going to just install it for FREE" -I told her I wasn't expecting or asking for it to be free. I called for a quote, and I wanted an honest quote of how much I'd be spending. While I was trying to explain my issue to her she continually interrupted, spoke over me, denied what I was recalling was true (ahem, called me a liar!!) and was generally the most awful example of "customer service" I've seen in a very long time. I did not call expecting a big company like Ford to give me a refund, I simply wanted to let them know my dissatisfaction with their dishonest billing practices, and expected at least an apology from them. Kelly was completely un-apologetic, and even accused me of making the transaction CONFUSING because I had called up a couple different times, and spoken to different service people regarding whether I should get an alignment done or not. I still am not sure how this has any bearing on why she did not quote me a full amount on installing tires and a battery which is what I called for in the first place, and is all I actually had done. I guess I'll never know, because as I tried to ask that she kept talking over me and wouldn't acknowledge what I said. Last time I ever walk through their doors. Absolutely infuriating experience and extremely stressful when money is tight.

We have used Hillsboro Ford body shop a few times. The work they do is great and it doesn't matter the size of the job. They treat every job that they have done for use the same. We will use them again

Dennis Jr. is a very respectable and honest dealership owner. Integrity is #1 with Hillsboro Ford. Relocated outside the area and no longer a Ford owner but I would still buy one from Dennis Jr. and his team. Thanks for everything!

Been going to Hillsboro Ford for 3 years. Have always had great service and have been treated well. Helpful, informative and patient staff. They even inflated the tire for my wheel barrel.

Watch out. The service department doesn't keep in touch with you throughout the repair process. Its on the customer to keep on top of service department and manager for updates on your repairs. Dealer is very wary to cover a rental vehicle during extended repair periods even when authorized by Ford. Customer beware this is NOT where you want to have your vehicle serviced. This will be the first and last time my vehicle is serviced here.

Lived here for 3 years and have all our mantaince work done here for our Ford Escape and Chevy Silverado 1500 truck. Friendly, knowadgabe staff give you good advice and recommendations, fair prices and good loyalty program that adds up and reduces your cost. Very accomodating.

Friendly customer service, but after 4 tries I had to switch Ford dealerships in order to get my differential issue resolved. It needed replacement as I have known for almost a year now.
