I bought a 2012 Audi A4 from Kevin which need it few items fixed up he had them done before I picked the car up. I found another issues on the way home and I called him he had told me to come back in a few days if the problem persist and he will take a look at it. He fixed it right away no hassle. He earned a new customer.

I have been a Goffstown resident for 15 years, but to this point I have always used a mechanic in my hometown in the Lakes Region. In the last month I have needed to schedule an oil change, and have someone look at a lot of road noise from a tire. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days, oil change went well, price was right. Their opinion was that I was in need of four new tires and an alignment. Scheduled it within the week, they kept me in the loop on the service, and the price of four new tires, mounted and balanced, and a wheel alignment was very competitive. Extremely happy with the experience, and I will be returning for service in the future.

The people here are amazing. I went in for a pre-purchase inspection which led to a conversation about my current vehicle which I was told by my current shop was very rusty. As shields covered the bottom of my car, I couldn t verify that. On a whim, I asked if they could look at my current car if I came right back and confirm that finding. They agreed and the rust was not an issue! So, I decided two things. One, to keep my current vehicle for a bit longer and two, when I m ready to buy, I will call Kevin who agreed to find me what I m looking for. I should also mention that while I was waiting, I saw and heard them interact with at least five customers and that immediately gave me a good feeling about this shop and the people that work there! I live an hour away but that won t stop me from bringing my business here!

We love this shop. They are fair and honest. They do good work and Kevin is very easy to communicate with. We have had lots of work done with them. Their price is consistent with the estimate. They just replaced my daughter s transmission and did an amazing job getting the car ready for her to go back to college. Thank you KRG! We love doing business with you.

My family and I go here. We ve gotten a few good cars here. And we love it! Everyone is so nice! Kevin especially, he really leaves me feeling educated about the service I ve just got done! Only good experiences here. 10/10

Great place for a used car mostly newer models within the last 5 or 6 years. The owner Kevin is very easy to work with always keeps the the customer first. If you have any problems he is right there to fix them. I have purchased 3 vehicles from him in the last 5 years for my wife myself and my son. Absolutely no complaints.

My original mechanic was a good mechanic. But because of the frustration of where his garage was located and the sometimes lack of enthusiasm in caring for my car; I recently had an emergency and was told he couldn t even look at my car for two weeks. I was then referred by friends to another mechanic who not only misdiagnosed the car s problem but even so much as admitted they didn t like working on my make of vehicle (my car is a 2011 Volkswagen CC). So I was then referred again. And thank God I was referred to KRG. In addition to their obvious knowledge about my car they knew exactly what was wrong with it and was able to fix it right away. They re friendly, accommodating and professional. And above all they seem to love my car as much as I do. Finally my car has found it s new mechanic. It can sometimes be hard to find the best mechanics out there but I highly highly recommend KRG to anyone out there who don t just want to settle on second best.

Everyone at this shop is great! They always go above and beyond to make sure you, the customer, are completely satisfied with their service. Never have I left there feeling like I was taken advantage of or sold something I did not need. Very accommodating, and understanding of your situation. Just a great place, with great mechanics, and great people.

Bought my first car from these guys, and they've been nothing but friendly and helpful the entire time I've had it. There was once a leak in the brake line, and when I brought it in to repair it, they didn't even charge me for the fix because it was such a simple process.

Absolutely horrible experience buying a car. I brought it in after buying it because it had an oil leak. Brought it back three different times they told me it was fixed but nothing changed. Brought it to my own mechanic and he said not a single thing was ever fixed on the car. Have spent hundreds of dollars in oil because they lied to me.

This is family owned dealership/ mechanic garage with excellent customer service. Mr Brian , kevin , Tom and Mr. Sterling r few with exceptional qualities that help people on regular basis with their needs. I have going to them since 2 years and i always take my business to them because they r very reliable mechanic and Mr. Brian is with exceptional knowledge of German car. So, go ahead and give them a try.

Great place to find a quality used cars. A full garage for repairs and detailing your vehicle. Professional mechanics and super friendly and efficient employees! You can't go wrong at KRG!

This is a family ran auto shop and used car dealership they are great. I took my girlfriends car in to have looked at because it was vibrating to much and they spent 90 minutes on it to make sure, the programmed the computer and the car has been running better than it ever has.Thank you.

These guys are great! I've know the Georgantas family for about 15 years. They are an honest, ethical business and they do a lot for their customers. I highly recommend them

BAIT AND SWITCH ROUTINE. I called and got a quote to have my girlfriend's car repaired. I had offered to pay to have her care repaired for her birthday. I talked to the owner - Kevin, and he told me it should take about an hour to replace the part, and that they charged $78.00 per hour. He did inform me that if it took longer then they would charge more, since it was an hourly rate. She brought in the car, and it took an hour to install. They charged her $150.00 to install the part, which took an hour! The man that charged her told her they charge by "the book rate" not the actual time it takes! The book time for this job is 1.9 hours. SO, even though it only took an hour they doubled my bill, with no call or authorization! Who else charges double their hourly rate just because they get it done faster than the book rate?! It is my understanding this book rate is just a guide to quote repairs, not a license to charge double. I called Kevin the next day, and he told me he wouldn't give me a refund, and that I had "misunderstood" his original quote! Which I didn't of course. They DO have a hourly rate, which is $78.00 per hour NOT $150.00 per hour! He then informed me they were doing a "favor" even repairing my car because I had provided the part! I couldn't beleive that he told me he was doing me a favor. I am also complaining to the BBB for this company's DECEITFUL practices. STAY AWAY!

Second time using KRG and I cannot say enough about the level of customer service, and the quality of work being done!!! Being new to area I am breathing a sigh of relief knowing that I have somewhere to bring my car where I can trust I m being treated fairly!!!!

Staff was great they looked at the problem on the vehicle, gave me 2 solutions and let me choose the one o wanted. It was the better of the two, and erraticated the rust spot.

I got there just before they were scheduled to close.. they stayed to fix my problem.. the repair was a quick fix for a major problem.. at a fair price .. saved my weekend.. thanks guys..

Horrible I told kevin my situation and asked him if there was anything he could do to help me before I drove over an hour forcing reason I got there waited over 30 minutes for anyone to even introduce themselves then I meet Kevin and he tells me he can't help me so I drove over an hour for nothing even though I told him my situation and he promised he could help horrible service I'd give them 0 stars but it won't let me leave a comment with out choosing 1 star
