Matthew Clemente worked with me to get an appointment scheduled to look for a new lease. He was kind and helpful and never pushy when scheduling which started this whole experience off on the right foot. When we got to the dealership yesterday, we were lucky enough to work with with Andrew Bailey and it was a great experience. He worked with us on payments, was personable never pressured us to make a decision. I really appreciated his patience as we worked thru several different payment options and getting us our new vehicle ASAP. Everyone at the dealership is welcoming and professional and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Andrew & the whole Bill Dube staff to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

After years of dealing with constant repairs on my first car, I decided to get a new one at Bill Dube the other day. These guys were great and Brian in particular is one hell of a salesman.Although I did go with my most expensive option, it truly seemed like these people cared about my financial situation as a customer, and steered me towards avoiding potential financial burdens. They presented various options and gave me enough time to properly weigh them all. It was a great experience. These aren't people who are simply trying to get your business and send you away. Even when I'd bring my previous car for repairs, I was always given great advice and alternatives to avoid over spending.Big thanks to Brian and the rest of the team. As long as I live in the area, I'll keep coming back to this dealership. Blessings.

Brian Doyle was right on top of all my questions and concerns. He listened to what I wanted in a car and what I didn't. He found the perfect car for us! He even sent us updates on what was happening with the car while we waited a few days. Even though he was super busy with others he took the time to check in with us and keep us on the loop. He worked with their financial person Sam and she was able to get us a loan and several perks! This was one of the best experiences we've had at a dealership. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone.

I would have probably gone with 0 star, but I am happy with the used truck I bought the buying experience, not so much. I chose Bill Dube over a smaller dealership. The sales staff was in constant communication about vehicles available, creating a real sense of urgency. I live in Maine so before proceeding with the truck I liked, I asked the sales rep if I could roll the sales tax into the financing of the vehicle. He said yes and recommended I put down a deposit immediately, as well as submit a credit check. The website I was sent to was non-responsive, which I told the rep multiple times, and he just kept telling me to try again. My monthly payment ended up being higher than what I told the rep I was looking for, but I figured that was because my trade-in value was less than expected and I had asked for sales tax with the financing. That Saturday, as I signed all my documents, the staff tried to upsell me on at least 10 additional warranties that would have added well over $150 to my monthly payments. I declined most and received the keys to my truck. I didn t think much else of the experience until I went through the paperwork Monday and noticed there was nothing about included sales tax. I messaged the sales rep asking about the sales tax and to let him know the passenger seat heater wasn t functioning properly (something I had no idea about until I had my first passenger in the truck). I was informed that they had not included the sales tax, even though I had explicitly asked for it, and that because I had not purchased the extended warranty, they would do nothing about the seat heater. Staff became extremely difficult to get ahold of and dismissive when I finally did. The ironic part is both the sales rep and manager (who I had never met) asked me repeatedly to leave them a 5 star review. I have other family cars that need to be replaced, but I will definitely not be going back to Bill Dube Dover to do it I think I will have a better experience at a mom-and-pop dealership (where I was offered more for trade-in).

Sara Klett (customer care rep), Brian Doyle (sales representative), Andrew Merritt (finance mgr) and the folks who work at Bill Dube Toyota are top notch. There is no pressure sales tactics used. They all did an excellent job of explaining and answering all of the questions we had. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend this dealership and ask for these folks by name. You will be very pleased.

Buying a car can be overwhelming! We had some negative experiences with pushy car salesman, but walking into Bill Dube felt like a breath of fresh air! Their staff is very helpful, but not pushy, which made it the most comfortable car buying experience. We worked with Brian and Devon and were very happy with the used Rav4 hybrid they helped us pick out. They have a great selection of cars, and take great care of their customers! We loved the small town feel of working with our neighbors here in Dover. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Excellent service experience from start to finish. A few years back what I considered then to be a pretty poor customer experience with this establishment. Poor enough that I posted a pretty negative review here. Fast forward to this week. I recently purchased a second hand Tundra elsewhere. The vehicle had multiple open recalls that needed to be addressed. I reach out to the Toyota owners web side one evening last week. The very next morning I received an email from Dan Lane at Bill Dube Service offering to look into the recalls for me. I ve dealt with company service websites before and most often I was fortunate if I ever hear back, let alone the very next day. Through a series of emails with Dan the open recalls were identified and before the end of the day I had a a scheduled appointment to bring the vehicle in not just to begin a process, but to resolve the open issues. He even offered their pickup service should I be unable to drop the vehicle. At my appointment I was greeted by Devon Hewlett in service. No waiting, he checked me in, patiently listened to an unrelated warranty concern, and promised my vehicle for later that day. And he delivered. I had my truck back as promised. Devon provided an understandable explanation for the completed work. He also explained the steps taken regarding my warranty inquiry. It may not be covered, but I ll have an answer. Between Dan and Devon, this was a very positive customer experience.I ve taken down that negative review from a few years ago. I m certainly happy that I decided to return to Bill Dube.

This review is strictly service related. I have been bringing my car and truck to Bill Dube for roughly about 2 years now with no issues. I take meticulous care of my vehicles and estimate we spend around 3-4k a year there. However, last week I brought my truck in for maintenance and state inspection and received green on all systems. 2 days later I was driving and my ABS, BRAKE, and Traction Control lights all came on. I used my code reader at home and saw no error codes from ECU. The next day my brakes went out completely, luckily I was backing up into my driveway at low speed and no one was injured. I called Bill Dube and told them I was having the truck towed to them for diagnosis. The woman I spoke to immediately said that there was no way this was caused by anything they had done during the last maintenance before seeing the vehicle ..After diagnosis, they told me my aftermarket brake line was leaking, told me they would repair it, offered an apology that it was not found previously, and sent me a $250 bill. I understand that aftermarket parts are not covered, however, a state safety inspection is required to check all components on the braking system to ensure that the vehicle is safe to drive and they failed to do so. I felt that they should have covered the repair and because they failed to make things right, I will no longer be bringing my vehicles to them for maintenance. I no longer feel comfortable putting my safety and the safety of my family in their hands.**UPDATE**My truck s brakes were still acting up so I brought it to Portsmouth Toyota and they found air in my brake lines which was causing my ABS to malfunction . Again, something that should have been caught by Bill Dube Maintenance Team when they fixed the brakes the first time. I was forced to pay more $$$ for something that should ve been done correctly. I only received ONE call from the manager, it was the day after I left this review and never heard from again.

I ll preface this review by saying I was a technician of over 7 years. I highly do not recommend going here for sales at least, not sure about service because I never got that far with them. Had to greatly negotiate for $12 touch up paint which is generally a courtesy at a legitimate dealership but was felt like I was being coerced into coming in for service in exchange for said touch up paint.. I was lied to about touch up paint: I was told many times it was ordered and it wasn t in yet, what they don t know is I called the parts department and they had one in stock the entire time. Was lied to about my trade in at point of sale and afterwards, and he knew I knew the second time.. terrible manners and communication. They don t care about you after you ve signed, terrible experience.

Absolutely the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! We walked in at 1030am and left at 130pm with the car of my dreams! Our sales rep, Brian Doyle, is top notch! He's very knowledgeable and accommodating, and funny to boot! He made sure we had everything we needed, right down to pairing the vehicle with my phone. Please ask for him! You won't be sorry! Big 10 out of 10 for the entire team! Thank you!

Came out to buy a car from a dealership for the first time. My sales rep Jon Connor took away all my nervousness and fear immediately. He did a great job of helping me figure out what I am looking for but also making sure it fit in my life financially. The whole dealership did a great job of making you feel important and that whatever your decision is they support it and you. If you are looking for a car I would definitely say check them out they are absolutely fantastic.

I came in with my daughter the team was very welcoming and Brian Doyle and gang put me in a truck I loved right off the bat. They took there time and with my credit I didn t think I would do to good. They not only kept me in a monthly price range I got a 2.9 percent approval which I was shocked with my credit history being shaky in the past but good for the last year or so.Brian Doyle did a great job,and he had his hands full and was busy with a couple other people I figured him wrong. I didn t think he would make this happen. And he did also helped me out like he said and kept his word with a line x for the Bed of my new ford 150. The whole gang was great Josh Lisa etc. Especially Brian Doyle of Bill Dube Toyota on Dover point rd in Dover NH. Thank you to Bill Dube Toyota of Dover NH.

I purchased a vehicle there last year, and have been in there for service (oil change, recalls , etc), twice so far and have had an excellent experience every time. My sales guy Daryl was excellent, and I'm very happy with the vehicle and the dealership so far. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle there and would have no hesitation to recommend this to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This place is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go in and ask for Brian. He is SO nice, and helped me with all my questions and killer deals. As a younger woman, it can be intimidating going into a car dealership to buy a car. He took such good care of me and made me feel so comfortable.

I ve been to Bill Doobie on three separate locations and each time it s always been the same story. It s always very difficult to get pricing on the first time entering the dealership. This last time I was very interested in getting a Toyota Corolla XS, and the salesman was busy with two or three other people and didn t give me the time of day basically, I figured if I m gonna spend 30,000 on the car at least give me 10 minutes of your time. It wasn t until the next day That the sales person called me, and offered me the same trade in as the other other car dealership. But at that point, they already made a deal and it was too late. I hate when dealerships try and play games all the time it said just giving you a fair price when you enter the dealership.

If anyone needs help getting into a reliable vehicle and may be nervous about the car buying experience, definitely talk to Brian Doyle at Bill Dube Toyota. Brian made the whole process very transparent and relaxed with no pressure. I simply found the car I liked that fit my budget, and Brian made it happen. He's the man, check this place out.

Last week I was searching for a new vehicle. So I reached out to Ms. Dube to see if she could help me get into a safer more reliable vehicle for me and my kids. She said " yes, is it okay if I have my sales manager reach out to you. He would be happy to help you not only ensure you're happy but to ensure the vehicle is a good fit for you." So of course I said " yes, please send him my number." Josh the sales manager reached out to me introducing himself right away. I gave Josh all of the details and specifications I was looking for in a rig. He was super easy going and easy to talk to. He wasn't trying to get me into anything I didn't ask about. When I made a joke he laughed but than continue to talk about the type of rug I wanted. ( I get side tracked easily) It was great to see that he was there as a actual caring human being and not just trying to make a sale. I told Josh, that I'd be there Friday between X time and only had a few hours before I had to be at work. Once I got there he and his sales rep Adrew B met me in the parking lot as I pulled up greeting me to Bill Dube Toyota. Josh said ill be here throughout your process, but Andrew will be the gentleman directly working with you. Andrew made the entire process very easy and stress free. When it got time to check out the vehicle they had lined up for me, Josh and Andrew happily showed me the truck inside and out and answered any questions I may have had. While Andrew was telling me about the truck and showing me all of the unique things it offered Josh was asking about my family because I mentioned having 3 kids. It felt super easy and easy going. After I looked at the first truck, I asked to look at the second one. As soon as I opened the door to the second one I knew it wasn't going to work with car seats. They were both super relatable and agreeing when I said it wouldn't be easy to get car seats in and out of the 2nd truck. They also seemed genuinely happy for me and being able to have something safer and more reliable for my family, you don't see that type of care a lot. So thank you for that. Not only was it the quickest purchase from a dealer I've been through but also the most smoothest as well. Both Josh and Adrew reached out to me directly to ensure I was happy with my new vehicle and how my kids liked it today. So again amazing experience and thank you Ms. Dube, Josh and Andrew for helping me find a great reliable vehicle that was under my budget as well as roomy for my family and meeting all my needs.

It was the only Dealership opened on Sunday which was very helpful to not take too much time away from work. Also, Brian Doyle helped me to get approval although it was my first financing (with a high interest rate, hehe, but that s not his fault and you just need to organize and pay quick). Also Lisa kept in contact. Thanks guys!

I can t say enough about Brian Doyle and the gang over at Bill Dube. Brian has put my wife and I in two Highlanders, a Tacoma, a 4Runner, and most recently, he set up my son with his very first used car. There s never any pressure to buy, they listen to you when it comes to crunching the numbers, and they make sure you re able to drive away in the car you want. If you re in the market for a car, head to Bill Dube, ask for Brian Doyle, and you will not find a better car buying experience.

This is mostly for the Toyota parts department. You can find my other opinion on the dealership side on here... The people that work the parts counter are great and were able to source me a part quickly. The hangup is the payment method headache. After calling them and ordering a part you have to go to a generic site and pay to an invoice number. If you have to cancel an order you have to go in person to get the refund. Why? No idea. But I when I finally got time to go and get the refund I had no issues. Just seems like they are adding steps to add steps.

Sam my sales advisor was awesome, I was in the market to buy a car. I was looking at new 2024 rav4 hyrbid limiteds and knew what exterior color I wanted along with options. They found me the car I wanted in less than an hour and secured it for me, they were friendly, quick and professional

In the year I ve owned my car I ve put around 4 grand into fixing things that should have been found on any inspection they would have done when they got in the vehicle. Car had dry rot on all 4 tires and service manager refused to replace them claiming they were safe when I had paperwork from a repair shop stating the tires were unsafe and rotten. The new battery they claimed to have put in was determined by another repair shop to infact not have been new and had to be replaced within a month. When I took it in for my first oil change I was told all the fluids had metal flakes in it due to never being flushed( the cars 10 almost 11 years old). I would not recommend purchasing a car here. On a more positive note the salesman we had was great

Brian Doyle is a middle aged white guy that addressed me as bro and dude like he was from the hood, and threw the f bomb around.I needed a new truck and supply was extremely limited, so I had to put up with price gouging and over pay. That clown called me today ( a year after I bought my Tacoma) and asked me if I was the one who gave him a #1 review?Really?
