I m late posting this, but I had to share my excellent experience at Profile Subaru a few weeks ago. My husband and I worked with Allan Frechette and we had, by far, the best customer experience we ve ever had. Allan was so knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond! We were so happy and will be returning for all of our future Subaru needs! Thanks Allan!

Allan was amazing to work with! He went through every feature in the car to ensure we knew what we were doing before we left the lot. He was patient and thorough when explaining the different elements of the process from paperwork to getting the keys. Also, thank you to Jim and Ryan who helped during the process as well!

I bought my Subaru Forester new from Profile and have had all service and repairs done there since then. My husband brought the car in for an inspection sticker. He waited for the car where this usually does not take long. After 1 1/2 hours they told him the car failed inspection because of a loose right ball joint. I looked back into my records and that ball joint was replaced by them 18 months ago and 30,000 miles. I went in today to ask them what they were going to do about it where it should have lasted for 70,000 - 150,000 miles. They told me that they only guarantee the work for one year regardless of the mileage. They either installed a faulty part or they did not perform the work correctly. They lost two customers today, my husband also brings his car there. BTW I can usually feel something when a ball joint is loose and there is no noise or vibration on the highway.

This review is really late but it needs to be done. Was searching for a van that I really wanted and found it here on web. I had to make an appointment within 1 week because the van was in the shop. I made the appointment with day and time of 10:30. Made sure that I was approved prior to going down because the travel was over an hour away from where I live. Showed up at 10:20 ( which was early) . They came to me to tell me that someone else was there already and needed to fill out paperwork for their new car...needless to say I was already there for my appointment but I let them go first because I thought they were going to be quick about it. 1:30 rolls around and I was still waiting to be seen. On top of that, the van they said was in the shop for over a week had damaged behind the passenger seat. The covers to the sliders were torn off. I asked them about it and they said they knew nothing and that I would have to make an appointment to fix it. I had already told these guys that I was only going to make one trip. So 3 months down the road after they were only able to find 1 piece versus 2, 1 is done and the other is still broke. Even though they had the van that I wanted, and I'm very happy with it, their customer service could use some working on. And when you make an appointment for a certain time you expect to be in and done not to waster half of your day there. So,would I recommend this dealership, probably not but thankfully I don't have to go there again. 1 good thing is...they ended up giving me my second key back for the van because when I first got it I only received one. On a recent vacation gone wrong, I had the great luck of getting my Forester in to Mark and his team at the Profile Subaru service center for repair. They were considerate, thorough, and extremely professional. To top it off, the service was fast! Mark, thank you for all you do for Subaru and for taking care of this tired customer who needed to get back to NC!

My wife and I bought our Forester from Zach in November. I am particularly impressed with the professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction that was exhibited to me during my most recent service interaction. Chris was most helpful with solving an issue I had. The dealership is exceptionally clean and neat. Thank You for taking such great care of us.

I'm a car guy. And I'm picky. And I rarely give 5 stars in surveys. Salesman Bill Frechette always found a way to meet my many requests; he was professional, honest and communicated well. Business Manager Jeremy Roy made the closing paperwork session efficient. Nice work, Profile team.

This is what I called turning a bad experience into a good one. It was actually a funny one too.I made the wrong turn on 112 and spotted this dealership. I had a hard time finding a part for my 06 Tribeca and thought I might as well give this location a try.No one was at the parts department and so I rang the bell. I waited for about ten minutes but not a single employee came to the counter. Several employees from various department noticed me standing there. They all said they will find the staff from parts to no avail. I decided to go to the washroom but the men's room was locked. So I went to the ladies' washroom and kept waiting afterwards.Another five minutes went by and I heard the men's room door unlocked and out came the staff from parts. I noticed a strong scent of Febreeze odour gushing out the washroom as he kept a straight face and asked if he can help me. Well, we all knew what he was doing in the washroom.Long story short as he couldn't find the part I needed. He ended up giving me a lanyard for the long wait.I didn't ask for the staff's name but thanks again

I couldn t have asked for a better dealership and Salesman to find me a car when I needed it most. Jim Curran did an outstanding job. As a first time buyer, he made sure I understood all that was in front of me and made sure all my needs were met with no hesitation. Overall I give profile Subaru 5/5, you don t find many dealerships like this one!!

Profile Subaru is a walk in the park for first time buyers. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous to make my first big purchase but it was a lot simpler and easier than I had anticipated it being. Me and my fianc�e had been recommended to stop by because we were in dire need of a car. When we first got there we were greeted by Allan who helped us get set up pretty quick for financing and helped us out with the certain budget we had. Afterwards Ryan the sales manager helped us go through their inventory with our budget it was quick and easy. We ended up finding a Forester used with low miles perfect condition for our budget. Last but not least we finalized with Jeremy the business manager to go over our warranty and payments he explained everything clearly and helped me understand everything a first time buyer needs to know. The Subaru Profile team is amazing and they all said to call if we needed anything. Now that's perfect service!

Absolutely hands-down the best dealership I have ever worked with. Not only did they take care of me when my home dealership (that I bought the car from) would not, but they squeezed me in same day shorthanded and busy as ever! Can t think the guys over there enough. If you ever need to leave the car for a few, stop by Almost There next door for a bite!!

Saturday. Needed an oil change and tire rotation before heading back to FL the next day. They got me into the express line almost immediately. I was out in 90 minutes. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean lounge. Highly recommend.

The car buying experience was very good, they took care of everything and was a fairly quick affair. Also just had my first service experience. Advisor did a great job, got me out ahead of expectations and recommended an alignment (I hit a big pothole on rt 16 going 60 a month sgo), I was unsure if I really needed it, didn't seem too bad. He was totally right, both front wheels were off, so glad I did it. Nice waiting room, but wifi was unusable.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Do not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. They sell absolute lemons. Unfortunately, I didn't find out about all the issues with the vehicle until I brought it back for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Which, by the by took 2 and a half hours. After running the vehicle less than 4 months, I'm told it needs in excess of 2000 dollars in repairs. Yes, their service department is anything but. The service advisor, Mike, was quite uncaring and rude. They slapped a sticker on it, and called it good, when in fact the vehicle was hardly saleable. I wish I had never even come here, let alone purchased here. Stay away, look and buy elsewhere. They do not stand behind their vehicles. Which is a good thing, as they would be engaging in a very unsafe act.

Bought a vehicle here and was so pleasantly surprised at how quick they get results here. My last buying experience at another dealer was the worst. Went here for an inspection, and had my 2 month old with me, I needed a microwave to heat her bottle up and the Service department manager allowed me to use his. I was told one of my rear wheel bearings was going bad, and that my tires had to be replaced. My warranty covered the bearing, and had to get tires put on the same day. Made an appointment for the week after, to have the wheel bearing replaced and inspection finished, they got me in and out quickly, the staff was amazing, essentially Michael Anthony, an older gentleman, in the service department was amazing, and very friendly.

This was a first time big purchase for me I needed a loan and Ryan was super helpful with making it happen very fast! The car was detailed before I left with it and just overall a great experience with each and every one of the staff members there! These guys are awesome!!

Both the sales and service staff go out of their way to be courteous, efficient and professional. This is without a doubt an excellent dealership. I highly recommend.

Fast and efficient service, comfortable waiting area including drinks and snacks. The new video walk around and descriptions of maintenance issues is texted right to your phone. This includes the ability to see the inspection report and text your service technician. Exceptional!

Made an appointment to have both front headlights replaced. Was told it on the phone it would take 30 minutes and they would also check over the car for other issues. Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. A service rep came to get us, and gave us a short list of issues they found with the car and an estimated total quote for all of the repairs including the headlights which had not yet been touched. We were then asked if we wanted to wait another 40 minutes or make another appointment. Now that an hour had passed we had another commitment to get to, and drove away without fixed headlights! Why were the headlights not replaced first, since that was what I booked the appointment for, and then asked about additional service options?! Very frustrating.

I am fortunate that Profile Subaru is located nearby. This in the second purchase I ve made with them and I ve been pleased with both my Impreza and Crosstrek. The sales staff were friendly, helpful, and resourceful. I m a dog person and wanted my pampered pup to ride along with me during the test drive... They were very accommodating. Thanks to Dave and Jim we are enjoying the open road once again! Hopefully everyone has a wonderful summer... we know we will!

Got a good deal on a 2012 Outback. It had a few problems at first, they asked if they could borrow it for a few days. They were able to track down the cause of problems and fix it. The car drives great! Very good customer service. Thanks!

As local business owners my wife and I have little time to car shop. Ryan and the crew have literally made it possible for us to purchase our new car when it wasn t thought possible due to time. They have gone far out of their way to make sure my wife has the best car for her needs. I can t thank them enough for their help. My only regret is not buying a car from them till now.

We had the most amazing experience with Profile. They AWAYS have taken excellent care of us. We had a few problems with our 2017 Crosstrek and they remedied the situation beyond our expectations.These people go out of their way to make and keep you happy. Love my new Crosstrek too!!
