Had a clutch spring go on my snowmobile out on the trails in Pittsburg. Called them at 1130 on a Saturday and they close at 1. Got it there by 1215 and they replaced the spring and saved my weekend. Can t thank them enough. A+ service and I highly recommend them

Great service! Opened up after hours to help fix a flat tire. Highly recommend. Have worked on our side by side and did a great job, quickly at a reasonable rate! Highly recommend!

The service is awesome! Got my sled fixed while I waited last weekend. They were closing in 30 minutes when I got there but you would never know it. Great attitudes, they know their stuff. That s why I have bought my last several sleds there. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Came from out of state, side by side started acting up. We couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. Brought it to the garage. Tried cleaning the air filter, tried a new O2 sensor, checked for bad gas, and plugged it into the computer multiple times. Cleaned the fuel filter and then realized it was the pump. They called two different other dealers and no one had the part. They took a fuel pump out of a brand new machine sitting in the lot and put it in ours. So thankful for the great people and great service. The mechanic that helped us has worked here for about 30 years and was great. He even checked the warrantees for us. Bobby and Arthur were great to us! Couldn t ask for better service. Definitely wouldn t get this type of service in NY.

Hands down best BRP dealer in the Northeast. These guys do everything it takes to keep customers coming back, and I'm not afraid to make a 5-hour round trip to Colebrook whenever I need dealer assistance. Thank you for everything you do for us!

These guys and ladies are the best, they fixed my helmet 2 times and made me a priority even though I did not buy it there, people come from far and near for their top notch service and it's no wonder!!

On a recent trip to Maine - we needed a part for our CAN AM - these guys were outstanding - they not only put in parts we had, but had parts we needed and were able to get us back on the trails in one day. Our machine rides great ..we couldn't be more please with the quality of work and customer service - definitely would be are go too repair shop if they were closer

We were on a long weekend trip snowmobiling 4 hours from home and on day 2 we were having issues with one of our sleds. I called them and they told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it SAME DAY.

Great place. I arrived there with my sled a few minutes after the store closed. I was having an issue with my clutch. I didn't have an appointment, but as Arthur was leaving for the day he took the time to bring my sled inside the garage. That's what I call great service. Thank you Lemieux's garage, your the best

. Unbeknownst to me they were closing at 4pm. I arrived at 3:40!!! They were very nice and patient with me even though they were cleaning up and settling the day out.Bobby and Peter were especially helpfully thanks again . Please install credit card access on the pumps for 24 hour fill ups.

I challenge anyone to find a better BRP service department. It certainly doesn t exist in NH, probably in all of New England as well. Snowmobile/ATV wizards with wrenches as their wands enough said.

Great place too go, amazing staff with a great country charm. They sell ATV's, Snowmobiles and have the BEST mechanics. Service is #1 with them. This business has been in service for decades, of course they sell gas with a service attendant, no extra charge. If your in the area stop in.

I brought my CanAm outlander 450 that just hit 25 hours as I had a battery light flickering and the machine died. I called the office on a Saturday morning they told me to bring it right in... the mechanic Arthur was waiting for us when we arrived... fixed the issue in a matter of 30 mins and I was off and running to finish our ATVing weekend! A huge thank you to all the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up checking out the store and purchasing a few items while we waited too. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

These guys are awesome. I travel 4 hours North to enjoy my sport, snowmobiling. Over the past 20 years I've had a snafu or two with my sleds that would have ended my trip, from a broken tie rod, to a boggie wheel that failed and a broken starting chord. Each time they have fixed it on the spot while I waited or had breakfast nearby so that we did not miss a beat of our trip. Each time they did so for a very low cost. This is truly fantastic service! I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

What a Great place. One of the guys broke down last year while riding through Colebrook on our way back to Pittsburg. He wasn't riding a Ski-doo, but the guys at Lemieux's took care of his sled and had us back on the trail in less than an hour!!

I ordered a part for my sled and although I was charged immediately for it, plus shipping, the part was never shipped. I was supposed to have it two days later as they promised to ship it UPS. One week later, the part still has not been shipped! Several phones calls with NO resolution. There only solution was to reimburse, which they have NOT done yet. Lousy customer service, full of lame excuses as to why they couldn't be bothered to ship, and rude. One of the most unprofessional, untrustworthy, and crooked places that I have ever dealt with.

Had an issue with a skidoo helmet we bought down south at another skidoo dealer. Brought it to Lemieux s and asked if they would work it out with the other dealer s warranty. Without hesitation they contacted the dealership, warrantied the electric shield and had it installed within 15 mins. The staff were kind and courteous even on one of their most difficult days (passing of a family member). Thank you for an awesome experience. We will be back.

I have been doing business with Lemieux for several years. Weather its buying new machines, service on them or just stopping in the browse the shelfs for accessories. Well I had an engine failure on Feb 20th. trail riding and dropped it off on Sunday the 21st. and said I think the motor is no good It locked up on me. Asking as a long shout I'm back up on Thursday the 4th of March if it could be ready that would be great. they said they will do what they can. we'll the MOTOR WAS GONE NEEDED A NEW ONE. THEY ORDERED IT ON FEB 22. and i received a call from them today March 2. Your sleds all set. 'I WAS BLOWN AWAY " with excitement. I can't say enough about them there a company of few words but there service and reputation is a 10 in my eyes... thanks to all that got me back on the trails . I'm one happy Camper.P.S.they also had time to install a few new accessories too.Mike GelinasOrange, Mass

We stopped here for gas and to use the restroom, thinking it was a convenience store. In fact the place is devoted to snowmobile and ATV related products.

Simply the best at what they do I bought a 2016 canam 650 outlander they treated me like I was family in today's world that means alot you can bet I'll be doing bissness with them again they go out of thier way to listen to you and make you happy my hats off to all thier

Simply THE best SKI-DOO dealership in the North Country!! Best prices on sleds as well as the best SKI-DOO service department in Northern New England!! The staff are friendly & will do everything they can to make you a satisfied customer! I spring ordered my last new SKI-DOO from Lonnie & could not have asked for better service!! With no sales tax in New Hampshire, buying all your parts from Lemieuxs also makes sense. Most "New Englanders" ride Pittsburg, NH- Lemieuxs is in Colebrook 30 minutes south of New Englands best riding right on Rt3. You pass right by so a quick stop for anything SKI-DOO is not out of the way. One bonus of buying your new SKI-DOO from Lemieuxs- if you ride Pittsburg/Errol region- if you need anything to keep your trip on track- you will already have a relationship with them. Between Bobbie,Pat, Lonnie & Arthur in service- you will be very well taken care of!
