We have taken our vehicles to Hagan's for several years and this is a great business. We are lucky to have them in Rochester, NH. Sean, the guy behind the counter, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. If you have an emergency he will get you on their schedule. The owner is also a military veteran so We always try to support anyone who served our country and if you like MMA, they can tell you where to take Ju Jitsu classes. Perks. Just nice nice guys. Their prices are fair. Very trustworthy.. Great service department. They also sell used imports. I have t purchased a vehicle there but I certainly would. Definitely a trustworthy local business. Excellent and exceptional!

Honestly, for anyone with a German automobile I wouldn't recommend any other place to get your car serviced. After a bad run in with MB of Manchester where they tried to get me to do a major front differential repair by accidentally pouring oil down my engine and claiming the diff leaked all its oil and needed to pay close to $7,000 total to replace it I decided to ask around for a new place to take my '13 E350. My aunt as well as grandparents said they heard of Hagans, since it was a veteran owned business and we are a military family and all own Mercedes, but hadn't tried it out yet I took a shot at it since there was a rattling noise coming from under the front part of the car that I expected to be my diff going bad. I had it towed to Hagans in order to prevent further damage and after a couple days they called me back to let me know what the dealership had done and that the rattling was actually my motor mounts that were due to be changed. Comparing what I was charged for this repair and what the deanship would have charged me to do the diff (that wasn't broken) and on top of that the motor mounts since that's where I would have gone had I not questioned it, I saved well over $8,000 just by "giving them a shot". Since this repair the car has been nothing short of perfect in the way it runs and I routinely take my car there for the scheduled maintenance (A and B service) that Mercedes requires and have saved so much and had so much better experience by switching. To put into a brief perspective, the last B service I had with a dealer was at MB or Burlington where they charged me $763.75 (this is looking at my bank statement), however my most recent B service with Hagans that took no longer than 4 hours (the dealer would have me wait +6 since I'm not 25 so I can't get a loaner car) and the cost was $409.04. Moral of the story is if you're a German car owner who is looking for a new place to get your service done and are reading this long review, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do what I did and "give them a shot".Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I recently bought a Mercedes from Hagan s Motor Pool and I am very happy with my experience. Joe the car salesman was very kind! He even surprised me with a giant birthday balloon since I was purchasing this car on my birthday! I m very happy with my purchase and feel I paid a good price for the car I got! I Have had the car almost 2 months not one issue so far Joe was very responsive and has done a great job reaching out to me since I purchased my vehicle to make sure everything is going good! We brought another one of our Mercedes to be serviced by Hagan s and they did what no other shop could figure out - in less than a day for a great price! Seem to all be very knowledgeable on Mercedes/BMW and I m very happy I chose them for the purchase of my vehicle.

Don t buy from here!!! The engine went on the car I bought from this place only 2 months after I put $7,000 dollars down on a car with these people and couldn t even get the owner on the phone to discuss possible solutions to have it fixed or remedy the problem in any reasonable manner. The sales person Joe was the only one that was willing to help but the owner was completely unprofessional and unwilling to even have a phone conversation with me or discuss anything until I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Learn from my mistake, spend your time and money elsewhere, this business is not professional beyond surface level.

Spoke with Mike and Sean and set up an appointment to have work performed on my wife's car. They got us in the next day, the work completed within the day, and provided an accurate estimate of the cost.I had a great experience working with Hagan's Motorpool and highly recommend them to others. I put in a new alternator but it was only running 11 volts. I've never had that happen so I took it here. I wanted him to chase the wiring. He charges me 90 dollars for an inspection and tells me my alternator is only putting out 11 volts and the only thing he'll do is replace it for 800 dollars. Then told me to come get it and pay him 90 dollars....to know what I literally already knew. Lazy and short sited. Just takes the easiest route doesn't care about locals at all.

I inquired about a BMW Convertible online, heard back the next day from Mike, and in the car by the end of the day! Impeccable service and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Most comfortable car buying experience I think I have ever had! Look forward to doing business in the near future! Oh and the car is a GEM!!! something I have been looking for now going on 3 years! Never happier!!

Purchased a Mercedes-Benz ML350 in the Fall of 22. I ve been beyond impressed with the vehicle and I ve only driven it for a few months. I ve owned an few vehicles in the past (Ford F150 and a few Nissans), but nothings like that Mercedes! Any questions or concerns I have about the vehicle are quickly resolved- Sean, Mike, and/or one of the technicians in the shop are quickly able to help resolve the issue! Whether it s a random light on the dash, or a quick quote on a tail light that won t work; they ve always able to help! Thank you Hagan s Motor Pool!

I purchased a vehicle here and my experience was terrific. The vehicle was exceptionally clean (physically and mechanically). There was a minor issue which Hagan noticed and proactively addressed ahead of delivery. I will purchase from them again.

I brought in my 2011 GLK 350 for a rattling noise and to get the brakes checked, they sent me a detailed invoice of everything they recommended fixing including pictures of some of the issues. When I got my car back as I was leaving my ABS lights came on I called them and they told me I could bring it back, turns out the ABS lights coming on was not related to the service but some paint chipping that was messing up a sensor yet Hagan's Motor Pool fixed it for me Free of charge, I'm very pleased with the service and my car drives like new. Will definitely take my car back here if I have any more issues and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a German auto mechanic.

Great service, my car I bought had a unforseen deep engine problem. They picked the car up 100 miles away when it broke down. Completely redid the top of the engine and did not charge me a penny! It was NOT under warranty! One of the best dealerships I've ever worked with.. highly recommended!

German car scammers is more like it. Save yourself the headache they aren't anything special. Charged me for an inspection when all I wanted him to do was check the alternator. He literally told me what I told him when I dropped it off as my "diagnosis". Then charged me every bit he could; having done literally nothing. Disgusting. I went despite everyone telling me not too.

I got some aftermarket wheels that ended up being a bit more of a pain than expected. With that they did not cut any corners on insuring that the car would be safe and helped out a lot along the way to ensure I got all the right stuff. They also offer a great military discount. I am so pleased with the service that I received here. They listened to me and actually figured out what I would like so that they could show me cars that fit my wants and needs. They had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the office, I could tell that they all wormed great together as a team. ....which is sometimes very unusual. I recommend going here if you are looking for a great car at a great price. I drive home in a new car the same day:)

I dealt with a major local dealership for over 6 years and will now only trust Hagan to work on all my vehicles. This place is truly the only shop you want working on your German vehicles

Hagan s Motor Pool is great! They do each job we ve needed perfectly and in a timely manner. They are professional and prices are great. Plus there is sometimes a very sweet dog named Luna there!
