We stopped off to make an appointment for a noise in our Tesla. Juan immediately had the technicians check it out, found a small pebble and removed it. They also offered to take us home if they had to spend time fixing the problem.We feel so lucky to have such a wonderful group of people working so close to our home who can handle our Tesla.Their staff is truly exceptional and highly customer oriented. e

I brought my new Rivian R1T for it first NH inspection sticker. After the inspection was performed the guys offered to show me what the undercarriage looked like. They didn t have to do so but was a great opportunity to see the difference between an ICE truck and an Electric truck. Thanks again guys.

Have you ever had an experience with a business that made you cry happy tears? 603 Motorwerks treated me like a friend, like family, though I was just some lady with a very broken Subaru. Their customer service is top notch, they are responsive and supremely helpful, honest and straightforward, and clearly a community-minded business. If you want to feel like you "know somebody" when you need work done on your car, these guys are the big brothers you didn't know you had. 11/10

we traveled from out of State and needed to have a relative's car assessed on short notice. 603 Motorwerks was recommended by a local business. The garage employees communication and service were superb. We received a photo documented through assessment of what needed immediate attention, what was needed in the future, and the cost of this service was extremely reasonable. I felt that we knew about the car safety concerns and could move forward with confidence. I highly recommend 603 Motorwerks if you are anywhere within their service area.

Excellent facility, well managed and highly detail oriented. 603 Motorwerks has been a great find for me! Living in the Lakes Region, it can be a bigger challenge to find things we take for granted in Greater Boston. A good, honest mechanic is a great find anywhere but a real bonus up here in the sticks!

At first I thought they did a excellent job, but when I had a chance to drive in bad weather, car skipped and bucked as it did before I bought it in for repairs, but the check engine did not come on this time also they did front end alignment steering wheel not true center. Drifts to left, I am probably so critical because I am a retired auto mechanic. Very nice people to talk to. They called me to ask if they could help. They worked on my concern right away. The car handles wicked good right now they did a super job on the front end alignment

Brought in my Audi A5 for diagnostics, crew was very professional explained everything to me and found a couple other things that needed to be done. Andrew was very professional and they were very thorough. Good place to bring your car.

I really appreciated their professionalism over the phone, especially when I had to reschedule a couple times. They ordered the parts ahead of time so my vehicle was in the shop for a short amount of time and they called me with updates. I would highly recommend.

It was easy for me to schedule a tire rotation and oil change appt but then I had to change it. Aron was very understanding. Got the work completed the following week and was able to pay through a link that was texted to me. Everything went smoothly and was completed at a reasonable price!

Very friendly and accommodating on the phone. The estimated cost of repairs was in line with other shops. Final price was as expected. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Beware if they say expensive work is needed on your car. I went in for an oil change. They told me my car needed $700+ worth of work, including a quote of $330+ to replace the valve cover gasket. Just took it to another garage, who confirmed: there are no oil leaks, and no valve cover gasket replacement is needed. Getting a second opinion could save you money. I will not be going back.

The guys at 603 MW are very thorough and provide a comprehensive checklist , without trying to sell each and every item. I ll have a third vehicle into their shop (once registered in NH) next week for inspection and maintenance. Highly recommend 603!

Yes, I was very happy with the tire service. The S.A. Aaron met me with the tech who went over some other things with the truck that will probably pop up within the next year or two.

Juan and Aaron always are accommodating to my schedule and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I have 2 Italian sport cars and a GMC and 603 Motorwerks has serviced all 3. It s a comfort to have a local auto service shop that s produces reliable and honest work.

Went in for an inspection and they said I needed $2600 worth of repairs just to get it legal. I stupidly didn t get a second opinion like I should have because they had such good reviews. After the initial $2000 in repairs they found another $600 in repairs that was needed, and I said no. Took my car somewhere else after that. Definitely get a second opinion!!Edit: Andrew, to imply that I am being unsafe by not getting work you suggested done at your shop is just plain offensive. And, to imply that your shop s opinion is somehow superior or more correct than another mechanic s opinion is arrogant. I will definitely not be returning.

Have used 603 Motorwerks before as well as friends too. Have been satisfied with customer service, work and confidence knowing vehicles are cared for and maintained for safety and durability.The facility has grown in size which only better serves customers needs/services with their vehicles.Had my SUV checked out for concerns/safety and was thoroughly informed was safe and just some recommended services given the mileage which I will be doing soon to help care for my vehicle.Thank You 603 Motorwerks !!

Confirmed appt the day prior to appt. Performed services requested. Took pictures of quoted future repairs seen during complimentary inspection. No surprises.
