Just dropped my wife's Explorer ST for a coilover suspension install, cant say enough how happy we are with the quality of install. Super fast, great communication, and reasonably priced. Went above and beyond to make some extra adjustments to make sure everything was to our specific liking when we came to pick it up. Got sued by someone that I sold a jeep to that passed inspection and this place helped her with an estimate higher than the jeep was worth a 22 year old jeep. Estimate was almost exactly at the max for a small claims lawsuit maybe a coincidence but I doubt it. The jeep passed inspection twice in 11 months.

I had a great experience, I had them put a metal cloak lift kit on and repair a rear axle leak. I was quoted a much higher price from other places. Repairs were done on time and came out well. I ll be returning to have the dreaded high pressure oil switch replaced and would rather Keith and his team do it right the first time.

I went in for quote on upgrading my jeep. They were amazing explaining all options without condescension as I am not knowledgeable in this area. They spoke with me as a fellow human and even gave a tour of the new shop. He spent an hour and a half with us not knowing if he would have our business. He is currently putting together a quote and I can honestly say he will have my business!!!

Bought an unfinished project from someone else. Keith and his guys were very helpful in fixing things and pointing out other possible problem issues I was not aware of. Did some great custom work for me too. I had a great experience with this garage. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get in, as they seemed really busy with a lot of really nice Jeeps and trucks but I had heard great things from my friend and was having car troubles. The mechanics and owner were friendly, professional, and very informative. They told me exactly what needed to be fixed versus what could wait for later, and quoted me a price that was less than a local chain location. I definitely recommend Ratchets to anyone in need of fairly-priced and high quality car repairs and maintenance.

Brought my vehicle in to Keith after an incorrect install of a lift kit by a local mechanic. My initial observations. Everyone at Ratchets was professional and the way they sanitized keys, vehicle door handles, etc I could see attention to detail is important to these guys.After his inspection Keith gave me a clear description of the problem and how they'll fix it. He didnt waste my time badmouthing the initial installer. I appreciate that as I'm now forced to pay to repair their mistakes. I'll update once the actual repair work is done.

Requested an estimate for a quick and clean build out on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. From Pelham, wanted to support local business. Employee emailed me back and stated they would send me an estimate that afternoon. No estimate ever came. Unfortunately seeing this all too often nowadays. No customer service and seems like everyone too busy for new customers. Sad! Going to Boomer Mcloud instead.

Keith and his crew are the only ones I let touch my Jeep. Keith found multiple issues with my Jeep that I did not even know about and now my Jeep rides perfect! If you have a Jeep, Ratchet's is the only place you should be going to.

What can i say, i only let a couple people work on my jeep besides me. An these guys are the most knowledgable and fair pricing! You need work or upgrades, talk to them there's no upselling just your best options.

Picked up our Jeep GC Limited after hours. My wife got in and immediately noticed her steering wheel was oriented about 30* out of being straight. So when the steering wheel is straight, the truck turns left.This was all after having them replace the front spring perches. I also asked them to call me after going over the truck and tell me anything else it needed. (All sorts of banging noises from the back of the truck)They never called, they never fixed the banging issues. Instead we got the truck back with the same noises and a crooked steering wheel. Well done!I went here after a recommendation, but NEVER will I return with our JGC.
