One of the nicer Dunkin Donuts I've been too. You can even wirelessly charge your phone on the tables.Didn't visit the bathroom though. If I return I will check out the bathroom and update this review

Dunkin' donuts is okay because it's everywhere and you can get coffee.I consider their coffee overpriced but they have some pretty dandy breakfast sandwiches the taste good I recommend those. The donuts are not of a great quality ever but I guess if you want anything sweet they will do. They burned my sandwich and I had to request a new one. They were aware of that however. The young lady fixed it but this type of food is not supposed to go out the door.

Stopped here on our way to Mt Washington to charge our Tesla, got some donuts. This place was BUSY, but very efficient and friendly. Sadly, when we stopped here again on our way home they were closed.

Long time Ashland resident here, been going to the dunks in town forever. Always new faces every time I go. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich and three egg and cheese wake up wraps, and two apple juices. I didn t check the bag. When I got home I discovered I only had the sandwich, no wake up wraps. I went back, long line at drive thru, I went in. I let someone know I was missing items, she looked it up and said I didn t order or pay for them. I did order them I spoke loudly and clearly Into the mic, but okay. I say I d like to order more. The cashier rang them up as sausage wraps, which cost more than the egg and cheese. So the manager refunded it and made sure the guy cooking didn t put sausage on. She handed me the receipt and I asked if I needed to get back in line and pay for what I ordered because she hadn t charged the card again, only refunded. She said I just want you out. How embarrassing! As if I m the problem?! Her drive thru girl failed to enter half my order and then her cashier entered it wrong inside and she just wants me out? No problem sweetheart I ll never be back either. I m so tired of this new service mentality. Entitled to tips and not held accountable for mistakes. I literally just wanted my order. I wasn t being rude or doing anything wrong just trying to get the food I ordered at the cost it s supposed to be. Worst experience ever and I ve been going there for YEARS. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I asked for extra cream cheese and this is what I get, the thinnest layer of cream cheese not even enough to consider the regular amount. Not coming back here

The Ashland NH, Dunkin is a welcome respite if you re traveling I93 or Route 3 toward the White Mountains. The staff is always top notch and ready to provide your favorite Dunkin treat.Parking: Lots of space for vehicles including trailers. Tesla charger as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out with lots of parking.

Beware if you have any questions, God forbid, most rude and condescending cashier I've ever had in my life. She made sure we knew "she's been doing this for awhile." Yikes. My only advice to her is that if you don't like customers and waiting on them, then don't work in customer service. Definitely will avoid Ashland Dunkin from now on.

Usually pretty good and I normally don't mind having to wait in line for a while (not the only Dunkin guilty of this) but today I was charged for a medium drink when I ordered a small and I heard an employee complaining about having to make my drink at the window

I was going through the drive through and I asked for cold foam in my iced latte, didn t even give me that. So I went inside and I asked if I could get cold foam and the lady read the ticket too. She puts whipped cream in the coffee and personal I don t like whipped cream. Can u not read with the ticket says, I even said u guys forgot the cold foam.

Went for a quick early lunch. Ordered coffee, Boston cream donut and a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Does anyone know why the cheese is never melted? Do they just throw some cold cheese in a toasted bagel and say good job? They remade the sandwich 3 times before I gave up. When I checked the first sandwich it was like sticking my finger down the throat of a freshly caught fish. Melting cheese onto bread is just way too hard these days.

Second time I ve asked for my sugar melted in an iced coffee. And this is the last time I go here. Always made wrong. Chunks of sugar the size of sea salt. So annoying. And I m done. You ve lost my service

I feel that employees are starting to skim money from orders; ordering a latte, sandwich and hash browns only to drive off finding you got a regular coffee, sandwich and no hash browns but charged the same isn t cool. This is the 6th incident within a couple months. Here in Ashland and in Plymouth. I ll definitely be going to local shops from now on, skip the sketchy corporate businesses.

Bavarian cream is always lacking, can't find blueberry cake donut here ever. My 2 favorites have left me wanting. Coffee is still good but pricey. Let me know when things improve and I'll try again. Meanwhile Cumberland farms coffee taste great and you can't beat the price

The donuts were freshly made, and the employees were polite, but the restrooms were not open to the public (including paying customers) and there was no seating available at my time of visiting.(Side note: the Ghost Pepper Donut was worth giving a try, more sweet than spicy but still had a nice amount of heat to it.)

I feel as Everytime I go to Dunkin's the coffee is made wrong, I've been told by different workers that the regular is made with 1 sugar and cream and then someone else said it's made with 2 sugar and cream which seems more right. I have been charged with food that I never received, been charged much more for coffees that were smalls and put in as larges. But I do enjoy Dunkin's, I think the staff members should comunicate more:)

Due to a local power outage, the place was packed and they were short staffed. But despite that the service was still great, and the coffee a much welcome treat. My hats off to the one lady behind the counter who handled a steady long line of customers very well, as well as the other staff members. Thank Ashland Dunkin Donuts!

Usually a great experience. This time the top was not on tight or my cup leaked. No problem. Drove around again, thankfully not a ling line, and they gave me another cup.
