Recently had Wes at Charlie s auto service do a 4 wheel alignment on my 6 inch lifted Jeep Wrangler tj. He did a great job. After goin through two other shops that charged for it and couldn t get it driving correctly, Wes did the alignment and I couldn t be happier;)))) I ve dealt with many mechanic shops and Charlie s is the place to go. Honest, fair, and tells u how it is and how to fix the problem:) I ll definitely be using Charlie s again for any mechanical needs. Thanks Wes. You made me very happy;)

Been a customer of Charlie s Auto for close to 20 years. Wes and staff have taken excellent care of all our vehicles. Trustworthy, honest, reliable, kind, and all around great people. We recommended them to everyone looking for a great mechanic

Charlie's is incredible. The service I have received here and the kindness these folks have extended to me is unmatched by any other mechanic. They are honest and up front. They have walked me through many issues with my car, and have taught me more about cars with each visit.Recently, I moved to Colorado and know I will not find a mechanic as wonderful as Charlie's. They would always call me if something unexpected came up and helped me figure out what I could do to increase the lifespan of my car. I would like to give a big thank you to Wes and Derek specifically, as they have treated Reba and I with such kindness and respect. She will forever be the finest '01 Accord in the nation.I could not recommend Charlie's more. We trust our cars and mechanics with our lives and I would only recommend Charlie's. I have always driven old cars and cannot express how amazing and knowledgeable this team is...

I trust these guys work my car. Reasonable prices, fast service.Follow-up review. One year later they continue to come in ahead of schedule and under budget. They quoted me over $1000 for a major repair. Final bill was just over $700. I'm convinced that Wes, AL, and the rest of the team are on My side! Thank you!

Charlie's provided incredibly professional and highly skilled service for my antique (1966) Mustang when I needed my heads rebuilt. They had it in and out in a little over a week and at an very fair price. Furthermore, they have provided all of the little "follow up" services and tweaks at no charge. They don't try to "nickle and dime" you for little stuff, and I really appreciate that. They are also extremely friendly and interested in me as a classic car customer. An all-around thumbs up!

Con artist and scammed me out of close to $300 because my car was towed here. Never use this business. I tried to work out a payment plan and they would not budge. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I feel the vehicle was there less than 24 hours and it is .outrageous amount of money. I cannot imagine how much they charge for a repair!! I would never recommend these con artists to anyone!! Not to mention when I picked up the vehicle the passenger side window is smashed out and nobody knows how that occurred so total cost of this adventure is $283 along with replacing my window. Nice place

My family and I have been customers of Charlie's Auto Service for a few years. Each visit has been professional, polite and as enjoyable as getting one's automobile repaired can be. Over these years we have had oil changes, alignments, A/C servicing, breaks, and other routine maintenance performed. When appropriate, the mechanics have asked if we preferred OEM or post-market replacement parts and I have never felt any pressure from anyone to upsell or perform unneeded work. We have never had an issue with payments, communication, or follow-up work. On the one occasion where there was a small issue Charlie's made it right without any hassles.

Never before have i heard a more annoying commercial than their President's Day special commercial. I will never buy a car here nor will i recommend it to anybody. Please stop spamming our local radio stations with the worst singing ive ever heard in my entire life.

Brought my truck in for a lift/level kit to be installed. They did a great job and were fast! Even with a follow up issue,they took care of it without a charge. I recommend this place to all my friends!

My wife was driving through Amherst. Her break light came on and break petal was pushing to the floor more than it should. She stopped in and someone came right out to look at the issue. They gave her break fluid and instructions on how to use the break, so she could get home, to our local garage. Very thankful for charlie's Auto service!

Excellent service, always fair, and typically can fit me in within a few days. They also take the time to talk through issues to fully understand my priorities and advise me on the best course of action, which isn't always to do more work.
