Best service I have ever seen in America. They fixed the Carrier reefer in 3.5 hours, while they were repairing it I found a nail in the trailer wheel and they helped me with it too, in the same time with the reefer repair other guys changed my wheel. It took about 4 hours, and the repairman ended up apologizing for the delay. Dude, you saved my life! Absolutely recommend!

Excellent help, TA down the street wanted to charge 120$ to cut off some rivets on a trailer license plate bracket. These guys did it for free and within 5 minutes. Highly recommend them.

The tech that worked on my apu was amazing, needed a new water pump.Tech: I good and bad news. Which do you want first?Me: Doesn't matter just hit me with it.Tech: Good news we have water pump on hand. Bad news it's going to take me about 1-1 1/2 hours to get it on.Me: because, not knowing what was wrong, I had blocked out 6 hours and planned on calling to visit stores in the area.Took him about 1 and 15 mins. Bill was right at $700 fortunately it is still under warranty.

Was loaded and they took me in right away and fixed my reefer very fast! Would definitely recommend. Eddie even showed me a couple things about the reefer I didn't know.

Nice little Shop over in Sparks, no overnight parking available though. Opens at 7am, they were quick to get my APU up and running after it lost prime due to some fuel lines cracking. This dealer has the same owners as the salt lake city Utah location and they are also a very good shop. We've fitted our 18 brand new T680's with the comfort pro and they are awesome !!!

I was unfortunate to have my alternator die on a Saturday night but I was fortunate to be close to Sparks. Sunday morning call out, excellent service and a very knowledgeable pleasant technician. Thank you

They tried to scam me into buying a new compressor. Once they found out I was under warranty they changed their tune real quick and fixed it as cheaply as they could.

Changed compressor belt and left old pieces of belt wrapped around clutch assy. Also didnt notice it was missing alternator belt. Would not use them again.

Small ugly place stoped there because was emergency situation.last time they charged lots of $ and didn't fix the problem.

Very cunning guys. work poorly, for a while. They also try to deceive in order to rob more. They spent two days repairing it and also scammed the company out of money. . , . , . .
