I got a flat on my Trailblazer and, I stopped by expecting to have to drop the tire off and then come back at a later time to pick it up. The agent, who seemed to be the manager, said they would fix it right up and put it on my vehicle. I was amazed at how quickly they got to it. The only hiccup was they could not figure out how to put my spare tire back under my vehicle but I get it they can't know how every spare tire mounts to every vehicle. I appreciate the great service from the gentleman in the office and the folks working in the shop.

I made an appt. On line, I walked in and they greeted me and took care of everything and even looked up some information from a previous visit so I could determine when my next oil change should be done.( I have used stores on the east and west coast now and have been quite satisfied) thank you guys and girls for all you do.

I thought they did a good job until I seen the oil dip stick was broken by tech and not reported to supervisor. Now they tell me I need to pay $25 for another one. Just lost my business. Update, was given new dipstick free of charge. I'm glad it was made good

I needed an oil change. When I drove in, I was helped immediately by Justin. The other places I went to wanted me to make an appointment for a future date. I had just returned from a long out of state trip and my "change oil" light kept coming on, so being helped the same day was exceptional and I truly appreciated it.

I spoke with Justin the most and he was so nice, communicated everything to me very well, and even saved me some money in the end. They took great care of our car and had great customer service. We will return to them.

Stan and the crew are always personable and take pride in their work. I have about 4 locations closer to me, but I drive into town because i trust this team to always do a quality job and walk me through any questions I have.

I have been to other Tires Plus before and this location was the best I have been to. Justin was able to get me in the same day and my car was done in half the time I told it would be. Prices are reasonable. I will definetly be coming to this location in the future.

Brought my commuter car into the shop to have a new set of tires installed, they found one bad wheel bolt that was cross thread and would not come out. I gave in to the idea of not changing that one tire however they diligently managed to get it out, job well done gentlemen thank you.

Went in for a free brake inspection due to vibration in brake pedal when engaged. Ended up coming out with more problems to my truck than when I brought it in. They lied and said dash warning lights were on when I brought truck in. Never seen those warning lights since owning the truck. They didn t fix the issue I brought the truck in for at all.. like I said I left with more problems to my truck than when I brought it in and they are taking no responsibility for it and lying about what was discussed..

The staff were great and got the job done in a timely manner I did have a appointment I'm sure that was key to quick service.one thing about this location is that the parking lot is small and always full which made it difficult to park

Usually I would give this place 5 stars. I've been going there for 10 years w/ 4 separate vehicles. This last time was my 22 year old Mercedes for $600.00 worth of tires and an alignment. This young kid broke my oil dipstick and now my front bumper is crooked I can only assume from backing it off the alignment rack too fast. The bumper is supposed to be tight like the drivers side (second pic).

I always go to this location even though you cost more than other local shops. I go because the staff is wonderful and I trust them to do a good job. I am literally putting my life and lifeline in their hands.

I gave it four stars due the issue I had there previously. I had a job done back in June and the guy left grease all over the inside of my car. I was given a free oil change for my troubles. I returned today and the manager Scott was more than a pleasure to deal with. He honored my free oil change and made sure the guys wore protection, I got my vehicle back in the condition I took it there in. Definitely won t hesitate to go back to this Tires Plus, Scott has a great understanding of Customer Service.Mark and his crew are amazing!!!!

So far so good. We've gotten 3 sets of tires bought and installed here. The price is fine, people are nice and the quality and speed are great. Plus the coverage on the tires is nice, all the perks.

This place is terrible.... made an appt to have 4 tires installed and came back in an hour and nothing had been done. Why make an appointment at this place... such a waste of time.

These people are the biggest scam artists ever. Make sure to take a pic of your dash board before handing over the keys. Because when you get your car back, the check engine light will be on. They messed with my gas cap so it would have a vacuum leak. After charging me $550 to do my front brakes. This shop needs to be shut down. They are stealing hard working people's money.Service: Brake service & repair

I showed up first thing in the morning on a spare after having an emergency blow out the previous night. They were booked solid for the day, but still guaranteed me they would get to my car same day if I left them the keys. 2 hours later they had a new tire on and I was rolling. Thank you all very much!

Have come to this shop with several cars and have always had good service previously. Got a nail in the tires they just put on my current company car. I called in earlier in the week but was unable to get to the shop until the weekend and the guy I spoke with said to bring it in first thing Sunday morning. I drove in and was told I didn t have an appointment, that I could drop it off and they could get to it in several hours. I live 30mins+ out of town and just wasted my time because of these clowns. Thanks Justin!!! Will be taking my corporate business elsewhere in the future.

They always try to upsell you. They even charge for regular inspection I thought was free they claim it s standard lol yea right. Not going back. Other establishments don t charge for free inspection.
