Company truck? Yes, but does it matter when you want to charge $100 bucks just to remove the last remaining string that s holding front wind fender. It doesn t matter if I m paying or my company or the tow company that caused the mishap. How can you justify $100 just to break of last remaining 2 inches of plastic off? Just to remove the broken fender off. Nothing more. If I knew you were going to charge my company or eventually the tow company for breaking that piece off I would have gladly removed it myself for FREE. Yes for FREE.It doesn t take much to remove it, Definitely not 1/2 hr you decided to charge for labor.1/2 hr= $100Since you told me that you could remove it. I didn t think much about it, since you didn t tell me that it would cost $100.They literally asked me Do you own the truck, why do you care if you re not paying? Please understand this, this is the kind of mentality you re dealing with. They know they re stealing but they want you to keep quiet It might seem like minuscule thing, but it shows a lot about their beliefs and practices This shouldn t be the way a company in service sector should operate especially representing Volvo. Quite disappointed. I m quite sure they will have me or my company red listed after this review. Don t care, truth doesn t hide in shadows.Besides this incident, I would like to acknowledge that Rick @ service was responsive, informative and always ready to answer any questions, queries or concerns I or my company had.P.S. I have been driving CMVs for about 4 years. I understand and seen it there is a highway robbery culture out there with service locations that is expected or at least generalized to be, but never have I ever seen anything like this.

Put this on, and that on. Charge 10s of thousands of dollars and never fix the problem. I'm at a REAL VOLVO shop that will fix it, Not scam us.

Chet in sales helped us purchase a used tractor. His communication was excellent and he and his team went over and above getting the truck ready for us. Nice to work with an honest dealership with a hardworking, honest team.

It would be zero stars if I could. Worst experience I have had at a dealership.Came in because my blinker was out on my Mack anthem at 7am 2 hrs later they said the don t have the headlight assembly and can t get it till the afternoon. If I pay an extra fee otherwise it would be a couple days. I said I m on a load and can t do either I m on a time schedule. They billed my $200 to tell me my blinker was out the reason I brought it in. Never go here scam. I would suggest going to a Breckners instead.

When it was my turn to get my truck looked at i asked the mechanic driving it into the shop to keep it under 5mph otherwise my logs will activate. Needless to say he immediately drove it into the shop as fast as possible. Jerk. Service side i just didn't really like. But maybe thats just personal. I did not have this location preform the needed repairs.

Rick in service and the service tech I worked with were very professional and friendly! Wait time was not bad either.They replaced a faulty stereo deck, best experience I ve had from many dealer visits (different reasons), great job!

I came in for preventative maintenance and to replace a leveling valve. I was told it would be 3 hours of work, one of which was for the valve replacement. They did charge me for only one hour after I questioned them about it, the mechanic said he worked on it for 3 hours. I left 6 hours later, almost missed delivering my load. I was quoted a price for the valve, but they charged me more. I had to question that too. I had to deal with the parts guy in the back, and I see why they put him there. He has very poor customer service skills. He didn't even want to be bothered talking to me. He said the prices for the parts being sold and the price used for service differs. I called the previous day to make sure the parts were in stock, but must have spoken with the other parts people. I told them I was bringing it in for service, but speaking to the wrong parts person was somehow my fault. This employee was very unprofessional. I will only go back there again if it is an absolute emergency.

This place is horrible! The worst service i have ever had at a Volvo dealer, it took them 6 days to get to my truck it only needed an egr valve and fix an oil leak needless to say they made the oil leak worse,they never called me once with an update i had to call them, i stopped in 2 times and found my truck in the parking lot unlocked both times very unprofessional!!! They are definitely not concerned about my possessions this is my 3rd Volvo in 20 years and definitely wont by another Volvo has really gone down hill in the last few years they must think they are the only truck manufacturer i got news for them there not

One of the worst places I have took my truck too. My truck was towed in on Tuesday afternoon. They said they could not even look at it until Wednesday morning. So Wednesday morning they do an air fuel test that took 4 hrs and decided they need to pull injectors. So they tell me that they won t be able to start on that until Thursday morning cause it is a 10hr job start to finish, now keep in mind they are open 7am to 11pm and they were done with the air fuel test by noon Wednesday and refused to start on my truck until Thursday. So today is Thursday morning. I just got off the phone with them and they are telling me they will get the injectors pulled today, but it won t be installed until Friday. So it takes 3 days to do a 10hr job when they are open 16hrs a day. And that s if they don t give me anymore BS excuses. I would never ever recommend bringing your truck to TEC.

I had some electrical issues with the truck. I called them and they were able to fit me in. They seem to be good folks there. Friendly and do what they can for you.They have a drivers lounge, bathroom, even a shower available too. Vending machines for soda and snacks.If you need to park stay till the next day. There is a hotel and a large Petro across the street. Plenty of bobtail parking.

Came in to get the truck fixed for check engine light. Left with new injector and other parts. Stopped did my post trip inspection and oil was blowing out from the valve cover on the turbo exhaust manifold and rgr cooler. I m pretty sure when they removed the valve cover they didn t put on a new gasket or pinched it somehow. Either way I m back in the shop. Lost 3 days of driving. I m surprised my truck didn t catch fire.

Service is good, manager is great, he makes sure that employees due there jobs right, however I wish I could say the same for Tec Equipment in Stockton CA. They advertise a price of a truck with 2 year warranty then they tell you the warranty is from a 3rd party called TruNorth which there known to cover one claim out of a 100 claims. I did not know this then, this was a Bait and Switch scheme. I lost about $30'000 on this Deal, I wish they would've just sold me the truck without the warranty, I would've been able to make better decisions without waiting and hoping that Tru North Warranty would actually cover things like onebox.

This is the worst of all TEC shops. Always takes 2 days to get a 2 hour job done and they really just end up throwing parts at the problem instead of diagnosing correctly and fixing the issue. If I owned this truck I would NEVER go here, I would rather overpay a mobile service hands down EVERY TIME.

Mark was my service writer and had brake issues with no stopping power only one shoe was cammed over. So they believed that with replacing the shoes would fix the issue. I asked then to please check the trauck for other issues maybe a bad valve. They neglected too. So I took it to another shop turned out air compressor was leaking oil in to the air system. And this is the dealership they should know they're stuff I was soooo wrong DRIVERS & OWNER OPS. AVIOD THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Had a airline leaking they got me in and out and saved me 210.00. The mechanic was careful not to damage a pipe that is usually replace when the airline from Compressor need replacement truck is 7 years old and 950000. Miles.

Parked my truck with a sleeper full of my things outside unlocked with the window down to wait for parts. After getting it back I had to go back to Gerry my battery cover they forgot to put back. They scratched my bumper plastics throwing them onto the back of my truck while they worked on it.

Great service experience, was able to get in and out the same day. I will always come to this TEC location when I'm out here on the West Coast. Thanks to all the friendly staff there in Reno!!!

Parts are fast. Be shop and techs take forever. Thay told me it would be 1 hr wait to replace a fog light and 6 hrs later still nobody to do it. So i did it myself in twenty mins and save $325 dollers in labor cost cus thay take there sweet time all i got to say is dont go there for any work to be done better off going to a ta or petro or somebody else. Hint East. Tennesse truck and trailer in knoxville tn do work fast and thay know what thay are doing

Prompt service. Took my truck in with a leaking DEF system they pulled it in within a hour checked on parts availability and was able to fix my problem the same day. I was back on the road that evening.

Besides taking forever to diagnose problem, price went up everytime. Feel like they took advantage of the fact, truck was not operable and was out of time

Extremely slow in the service department been here 24hrs for a simple fix I'm over it......These kinda shops will be obsolete when drivers realize they can do the work cheaper and way faster.....Driver and mechanic

Very rude & unprofessional lady in Sales. Came in to ask few quick questions. Instead had to sit thru 5 minutes of uncomfortable phone conversation of her flirting with the other person as if no one was there. Defenatly wont be going there again.
