Great shop with great people and awesome costumer service. Definitely know what they are doing and have great service techs doing the best work for your off-road needs. Super stoked how my work turned out, had an archive garage relocation kit done in less than a day! Will be coming back for all off-road needs and definitely recommend any work being done with these guys.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If you want trustful car mechanic and not have any irony attached to it - look no further.I got recommended this shop and they truly lived up expectations. They worked with parts that I supplied (when most other shops refused) and overdelivered.One if most important thing that earned my trust - Mitch recommended NOT to do the part of the repair job because it was his assessment that parts were in good shape. This was so contrasted to other places that gave us overinflated estimates.In addition, Mitch has been outstanding with his communication - very promptly responding to emails and explaining matter in details.Five stars, no less.Thank you.

Mitch and his crew took excellent care of me and my 2015 Tacoma new wheels upper and lower ball joints and alignment, even got out two hours earlier than expected!

Mitch and his crew have the best 4x4 shop in Reno/sparks. Lance is a exceptional mechanic and fixed in 2 hours what 3 other mechanics were unable to on my 4.6 tundra after several hours of labor. Cant recommend these guys enough

Not usually do you sit at a performance/installation shop while your vehicle is being worked on other than tires and oil. But not only did Mitch and his team make me feel at home they took care of my installation for my coil overs in no time and aligned the same day. They are extremely fair in the price point and upfront and honest with you. They have my business from now on.

I have nothing but confidence in this shop. Mitch is solid and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and balanced. At this point I wouldn't take my trucks anywhere else. Their attention to detail is on point.

So thankful to have found Silver State Off-Road.Mitch and Lance are incredibly knowledgeable and professional and did an amazing job reinstalling the Lift Kit I had another Lesser"Off-Road" shop attempt to install.The communication and customer service was top notch. Not to mention they worked really hard to get me in the next day after my initial inspection.I'll never take my Jeep anywhere else. Thanks again guys!

Mitch was so helpful with the selection of my lift, tires, wheels, etc. The communication and customer service was top notch, and I love the way everything turned out. I will definitely be going back to them for all my future build items for my truck.

My truck is my office, these guys made the front end feel safer with the new leveling kit! Mitch helped me find the best winch and light bar for what I do. Customer service is what I need and these boys knocked it outta the park! They will forever have my business!

This place did an AWESOME job on my son's Ford Rangers 5 inch lift. They put spacers on Jeep wheels with tires. It looks like a totally different truck! They did it for a great price, and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Silver State!

Great friendly atmosphere. excellent service and turn around. very knowledgeable on fab/tech work as well. They helped me with my beadlocks and shaved my dana 60 housing for me. very quick turn around and quality work. I'm definitely going back for gears and anything else I need for my crawler. Silver State has been go-to for my 5rh Gen 4Runner. Re-gear, front locker, spindle and cam tab gussets... and a rock impact that ruined upper/lower control arm bushings, cam bolt and steering rack. I had a spacer lift installed and a body mount chop done here. The BMC looks like a factory job. Literally have never seen cleaner work. Will be going here for everything going forward.

Had the crew at Silver State re-gear my 2017 Tacoma, I was very happy with the results, scheduling, communication and everything. Had a small issue with a seal leaking and they took care of it for me no questions asked! Highly recommend this business if you are looking for any and all off-road performance upgrades! Brought my truck in thinking the front end was going to be needing a rebuild and Mitch and the guys went over my whole suspension tightened everything up and gave it alignment. Very honest of them Could ve been like every other shop in Reno and made me spend a lot more money than what was needed. 2 part reviewPART 1: May 2022I am really glad I found Silver State Offroad and will be getting a number of after-market modifications installed on a new Tacoma. After receiving a quote from someone else in the area I reached out to Mitch for a 2nd quote. He was super responsive (both email and on the phone), professional, helpful with alternative suggestions, gave me a reasonable quote, and made me feel confident in the work they're going to do. The parts have been ordered and now the wait until they all come in for the install.PART 2: September 2022Well, it's September and things are I'd say ~95% complete. But don't let that lead you to believe I'm going to change my 5-star rating because I'm not. If it were entirely up to Silver State we'd be at 100%. Mitch has been (what feels like) tirelessly trying to get a component of a bed rack from a company who I won't publicly trash on the internet. This is about Silver State. Parts took 14 or so weeks to come in because heck that's the way the supply chain and world works these days. But as soon as the last piece arrived Mitch scheduled two appointments to install everything. At this point minus the missing rack pieces, it's all buttoned up and I'm happy with the work. Would (and will!) trust these guys to help me in the future ... and hopefully see them soon when / if that unnamed company rights their wrongs.

Great experience with Silver State Offroad. They were able to get me in within a few days and knocked out everything from skids to new UCAs fast. Compared to other shops I have been to, you can tell they are experienced with aftermarket 4x4 parts and do need an explanation for what you are trying to do. I will be back for more work on my LandCruiser.

Hot damn! Mitch took great care of me after my transmission grenaded itself coming over the mountains in a blizzard during a cross country move. Helpful, patient and solid work, if I lived nearby I'd have SSO doing all the work on my rig

Silver state off road has worked on multiply of my vehicles/sxs. If you want it done right this is the place to go. Not only are they great with maintenance/repair work they also do amazing work when it comes to accessories/suspension/drivetrain work you need done. Silver state gets a solid 5 star from me.

Had silverstate offroad install ab s&b particle seperator on my rzr. They were awesome about letting me drop it off the night before and called as soon as it was done to schedule pickup the next day. The price was more than fair for the install and it was a very clean and professional job. Highly recommend going to see mitch and lance for your offroad needs!!! 10 out of 10
