My vehicle was running sluggish. When I put it in reverse, the steering wheel would vibrate but only in reverse. My car is 16 years old and still beautiful.I trusted the keys to Zack at Scotty s transmission as I was leaving on a week vacation. Zack gave me a call to explain the issues. When I returnedI Zack explained the repairs. The rear driveshaft carrier baring and rear flex coupler were replaced. They also found a broken left & right motor monts which were replaced. I had pointed out my right bumper was pulling away from the front fender. After inspection it was discovered the bracket clips were broken and a new fascia bracket was installed.Long story short, I m thrilled with Scotty s/ RPM Automotive for their expertise in thoroughness, repairing my car back to its silky glide and spunky attitue

Enjoy the fast and professional service from the crew at Rpm. Was about time I got some truck looked at and new breaks all around. Love the new breaks, enjoyed the updates from Zack and Don was the man for suggesting what s need and what would best for my next project. Highly recommended!

My experience with Don and his crew was seamless. I was referred by a friend and I'm happy that I followed through with the recommendation. I explained the problem with my 2008 Acura. Don made me an appointment, got what was needed and I picked it up a day later. Everything was on point, even replaced a few seals - no extra labor costs, just parts cost. Overall, very happy and will be bringing my other vehicles back here for a few repairs that I can't tackle. Thank you again!!

I walked in to see if I can get My transmission fluid changed I didn't have an appointment and the gentleman said to me we can get you in and he took his car right then that is great customer service, we will be back. Thank you, kindness.

My family has taken all our vehicles to Scotty's for years. Don and the rest of the crew have always treated us well and taken care of our cars and trucks. I was so impressed by this shop! I realized while I was out and about running errands that I was far overdue for my oil change, and that my engine shut off mode was likely going to kick in any day. I immediately started calling around because I m new to the area, and my friend recommended this place to me- they gave me their last appt of the day, getting me in immediately. They were so nice, they did a quick and amazing job, their prices were reasonable, and the shop lobby was very nice and clean. I m so happy I found out about this place, and I ll definitely be recommending it to everyone I know!Service: Oil change
