These guys are amazing and honest. I'm always skeptical going to a mechanic, but these guys turned me around. Last-minute mechanic needs, and they got us in much quicker than promised. The original quote was corrected positively after the mechanic discovered a new issue. They contacted me right away and posted pictures online for you to view as soon as they get them. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for honest mechanics. Extra points to whoever can figure out the issue by watching video.

Needed new tires on my 2017 ZR2 Colorado to start a new job on Monday.Gave them a call the Friday morning befor and was able to make an appointment for 11a.m that day.When nobody could get the tires i wanted for more then three day to a week.They got the tires and had me in the road by 4 p.m. that day.Thanks guysYou made my dayServices: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

Juan was exceptional in keeping us informed on the status of my car. He called every day and we really appreciated that. Check-out was easy. Reno Vulcanizing has taken care of our vehicles for many years and has always done a great job. My dad always utilized the shop on Plumb Lane and I was going to do the same, but I decided to do the smart thing and try out the Sparks shop (much closer to home). I pretty much expected great service and was not disappointed! I will be returning to Reno Vulcanizing for any and all of my automotive needs.

I can t recommend this business enough. Absolutely amazing work. There was an issue with my brake switch after being replaced and they fully fixed everything to make sure my vehicle was good to drive. They are friendly and efficient and if I could I would give a 10/10.

Made an appointment for 4 new tires and alignment. Upon arriving, I was greeted and they took my keys. They were right on time with the 2 hour time estimate. Upon completion of the transaction, I inquired about a mail in or online rebate for the tires. I was advised by Jose who stated their was a rebate and he gave me the form. When home, I started the rebate form, but found out that the tires I purchased were not eligible.Staff needs to be aware of rebates and not provide customers with false info.UPDATE: I was contacted by Jose today (11-30-23) via telephone. He advised me that he did follow up in regards to the aforementioned rebate. I was advised that through his diligence, that I would indeed receive a rebate for the tire purchase. This shows that Jose and his staff truly value customer satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with the extra work that was put in by Jose. I recommend a 5 star rating for Reno Vulcanizing in Sparks. Thank you.

Could not shift out of park for a couple times and had to use shift override. Then shift was working properly. Brought car in just to be safe. Could not find issue after checking computer so they only charged me for 30 min instead of hour. Love this place!

This store has always treated us well. I was unhappy with my last set of Michelin tires due to premature wear. John went over and above to work with Michelin and get them to agree to a customer satisfaction adjustment toward another set which is a different style. Thank you, John!

First time trying them as I m from out of town. I was nearing my limit for an oil change for my Ram Dirsel and was told to give them a call. My service was done along with a very thorough courtesy inspection in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location.

Shout out to this mechanic shop in the Reno/Sparks area!. My son was traveling from CA to home in Slc Utah when he had the misfortune of his car breakdown on a Sunday We had the car towed to this shop by sheer luck. My son was traveling with 4 little kids and his GF Once Juan heard of this he did everything possible to get my son and his little family back on the road again Bill kept us informed constantly thru out the day and one of the technicians even stayed late Long story short we got the car repaired and safely back in Utah along with my son and his young familyIf you are a resident of this area please consider using their good and honest service

These guys were quick, affordable, honest, and actually did a great job all at the same time!Update: Been to these guys a few times. Most recently for new tires. They re still all of the above and I highly recommend them.Late 2023 Update: Still the best shop in town! I had a leak in my tire and they fixed it for free! I was in and out in less that 20 minutes.Services: Tires, Oil change

The mechanic at this place did great! We brought it in that morning we thought it would take 2 days to fix everything. Turns out it only took them all day to fix The issue. I definitely will be returning again as a customer. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for and that is good customer service and excellent work! We would like to say thank you for doing such a great job on our vehicle!

My car has 113,000 miles and still runs great, but I figured it was time to change the spark plugs and look for any other issues before there are problems. I needed an oil change, so I scheduled that and the spark plug job. They did a complete courtesy check of my car, including free tire rotation and only needed to add transmission fluid exchange, which I agreed to. If you are female and don t want to feel taken advantage of on car repairs, I recommend this place. Good service at a fair price. Great experience, from drop off to same day pickup, thank you!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Took my truck in for normal service. During the inspection, found that coolant was extremely dirty and over due to be flushed. Also let me know that the power steering fluid and pump was due for service, in 3,000 miles. Since we are a month or so from towing season it was great time to get these things handled. I was very satisfied with Reno Vulcanizing. They made me feel comfortable and explained in great detail the issues with my car and what they did. I appreciated the texts on updates of the progress they were making. The staff was very kind, helpful and trustworthy. My overall experience was exceptional and I will definitely go back there for future car care needs.

They always go out of their way to get my car done promptly and in good working condition. I have been going to them for about a year and a half. So far all the work they have done has been excellent. Will continue to patronize them. it has now been over 2years and still very satisfied with their service. Will continue to recommend and call them my primary auto provider. They are very personable. Juan is great and always remembers my name, treats me with respect and I trust him and this shop implicitly.

I've been to their Sparks, NV location twice for repairs they definitely get a 5 star. The service writers are professional, courteous, and they listen to you. we tried to get my tire fixed, but guy at counter was rude. we will never go there ever again. they care more about appointments than customer service.wasnt busy. 4 guys in office. garage wasnt full either.really bad service.Service: Tires
