Not only were they able to slot me in fairly quickly, they fixed my car fast and it looks brand new! Dan and Van are fantastic to work with, and while I hope to not need body work again, if I do, I know my car will be in the best hands in the Reno/Sparks area.

I have unfortunately had a terrible experience with this autobody repairer, with extensive delays, lack of communication, and staff blaming the insurance company and parts dealer for delays (which both refuted).My vehicle was booked in for a simple panel replacement, with Premier advising they would need the truck for around 5 days. It has now been 3 weeks since I dropped the vehicle off, and and it has once again been delayed a further week.During the repair process, I have not once received a phone call, text, or email to update me on the repair status or schedule, and I have had to call them each time to get any information at all. Premier are now telling me that I should contact the insurance company to obtain any further updates.I would recommend avoiding this business for any autobody repairs.Service: Body & Trim
