I'll never get over being ripped off by NAPA. Their parts are so overpriced it makes me sick. NAPA = No Auto Parts Available. NAPA doesn't know how. NAPA know how to rip you off. NAPA know how to sell you overpriced car parts. Never Again Purchasing A*******.

Website says closed on Saturdays, but guess what - they're open. Not that that did any good. Had ordered some oil online and was emailed to pick it up there. However, when I went there they had no clue even though I had the confirmation number.Okay, immediately after writing this review I get a phone call from the manager saying he managed to find my order so I had to get back in the car and drive back over to pick it up. His perseverance kicked the review up to 3 stars.

Sparks local. Came to Napa after 3 failed tries at other stores for a 2&5/16 trailer ball with a 3 to 4 inch drop hitch on a 2in shaft. Then we found Charley at Napa. This guy. He found what we needed and even came out to the truck to hold a wrench while I assembled. It was 3p and 99 degrees. Both my gf and I work in the service industry, so we know. Outstanding service. Thanks again Charley!

Don't get parts from AutoZone I just wasted an entire day using autozones new part . Napa's remanufactured one worked to OEM specs the AutoZone one was defective right outta the box. Just go here if you can't afford OEM parts.

NAPA auto parts counter personnel have a wide range of knowledge. If they don't have a particular part in stock they'll tell you where you can go locally to get the part. The other parts houses in town don't have a clue where special parts can be had.

Great personal very knowledgeable, always get me what I need. Napa is #1 when it come to quality parts and quality people. The only place I will shop for my car and Truck s needs

This spots actuly tha warehous. They got jus bout evrythng u need tho. If if they dnt hav it, they'll find it 4 u or ordr it. If u evr need anythng 4 ur car or truck, hit napa up. They also hav batryz in stock 4 semi's, boats, trailrz, motrcyclz, atv's, etc. Its ur 1 stop shop, so chk em out
