Very easy place to shop. They carry almost everything and what they don't can be there within a day or 2. Great service. Just wish they had a rewards program or something of that sorts.

I must say when I go to Napa on Glendale it takes me back... Back to the days when the person selling the parts knew what they were selling. These guys aren't like that white and green store or the orange and white store where it seems everyone is busy doing anything but helping someone solve a problem. At Napa I feel like I can explain what's going on and ask for some advice or I can call ahead and say hey guys I am headed over to pick up 30 feet of 00 battery cable or 6 bosche plugs and a new coil, and they'd have it at the counter waiting. Napa has what I need every time. The prices are great and the best part about napa is the service...they still perform a service and they do it well. I don't feel like I'm talking to a detached and uninterested goof. I feel like I'm talking to a helpful pal and for me that's worth more than any kind of membership coupon or free keychain after I spend $200 bucks on. $150 worth of import junk. Nappa has oem almost every time. If you have a nappa by you and you don't go... You should give them a try. I know you won't regret it.

Tried to get a driver side wiper blade. Repeated it approximately 5 times and still got a passenger side blade.I suppose I should try telling Mr Ray bans port side next time to see if that will do the trick

The wost service ever cant get a hold of the store no one answering the phones been on hold my church was buying me the parts I needed to get my car running I ordered on line on6/15 have order #to be picked upon6/17 some one went from the church to pick it up parts specialist to the person thers is no order there by that number and told them to leave customer service sucks you can't even get a hold of the to talk to them as about issues you have better customer at pick and pull or a brick wall

Best parts. Nice people. Has 5 stars then they decided on the busiest day for do it yourself projects that they would stay closed on Sunday. What is this church? Sunday all auto stores should be open.

This particular NAPA store has been my first choice whenever I need auto parts for over 30 years. They're not the most convenient, they're not the cheapest. But for anything that I need that I can't just grab off the shelf myself (and honestly even some of that stuff too) I end up here.Why? The counter people are always professional and helpful. More importantly, they know how to find things not necessarily in the computer. They seem to ask the right questions if there's some obscure difference between using part a vs part b.Also, the in house NAPA brand parts are far superior to the competition. Sometimes that comes with a slightly higher price but for me, it's worth it. What good is saving a little on the cost if you have to change out that cheap part and learn the hard way that sometimes you really do get what you pay for?

Been buying the majority of my auto parts for business and personal auto repairs from this Napa for over 30yrs. The counter people are always professional and helpful. They are also seem to be a bit better at thier jobs than their counterparts (no pun) at the other auto parts stores.When I made my living doing repairs, thier delivery service was always prompt.They have a huge selection of quality parts in stock.I know I'll continue using Napa for years to come.

My husband dropped his wallet inside the store. He went back to the store to ask if anybody turned his wallet in or if they can check the cameras to confirm he dropped his wallet inside the store. The store manager wouldn't help.

The people who work there are so Fing rude, for no reason! Huffing and puffing and cussing under their breath because a customer walked in? Its your job! Get over it. I went in for a refund and even though the register popped open for my refund the woman decided it'll go back on my card. My bank said there is no refund on my account. So we'll see about them stealing money from me.

They were a little short-handed on the counter help, especially when one of the two guys went outside to visit with a customer. That was with customers standing in line waiting, but evidently it was an important conversation! Other than that, it's a nice little store.

They usually have what I need, anything from auto parts/accessories to random items such as release valves for an air compressor. If you find yourself in need of a specific part, this store will most likely have it, and if they don't they can most definitely order it for you or at least point you on the right direction. Extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable staff. One of my favorite go-to places.

So many places will gouge you for chains after a 50 year historic snow storm. They didn't. Down home and knowledgeable. Feels like your uncles store.

Id do no stars if i could. Promised a part to be here next day after buying it, either It never showed up, or did and never even called. Then didnt want to answer when i called smh. And i see reviews people getting discounts and i cant even get my part i paid regular price for haha now i have to wait even longer to have my vehicle back for work.

Nearly always end up here. They usually have what you need and decent quality too. Staff are always helpful and interested in getting you fixed up. Will miss you when we leave North America!

ALL the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great selection of parts in stock and lots of Random items also. If they don't have it they can order for you or tell you where you can get it! Thanks guys!

I'm giving this a 3/5, I've been here 2 times, the first time was a very sad time, the guy that was in front of me was being banterd by staff about what he wants to do to his truck and how he should do it, second time i walked in set down the part the guy at the counter said "One second" walked away and brough back the exact part, so depends on the day but still a solid 3/5!

This particular store seems to have a larger over head of inventory. I have always been treated professionally and taken care of by all the staff.

Won't be shopping at NAPA anymore. Bought a new alternator for my truck. Went to return the core with receipt. They wouldn't accept it without the original box. I'm out a $70 core charge because I didn't have a cardboard box.
