I had the most wonderful experience with Kyle and the team at My Car Shop! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, fast and honest. I brought in my first car that I ever purchased who was a labor of love trying to get running again and within barely a week, they had her fixed! Extremely fair prices (I was kind of shocked at the final total with all the work they did! I expected much higher!) They explained all the charges and why they were needed, and everything made complete sense. I never felt like they were trying to get me to pay for repairs I didn t need. They were supportive of my goal to have my sentimental car and worked hard to help me get her running again. They are of the utmost integrity and are now going to be my only shop for repairs on all of my vehicles. Always a pleasure to bring my vehicle to My Car Shop! Kyle and his employees are amazing on what they do! It s the only shop I bring my car to.. for a simple oil change to fixing something major! I have been coming to My Car Shop for the last 10 years. The owner is the most helpful mechanic I have ever dealt with. There are no upsells or scams. He is determined to give his clients the best service possible. This last time I went, my airbag light was on. He did a diagnostic and did not charge me for it since he would not be able to do the repairs (this is something that only the dealership can do). I highly recommend taking your car for service to My Car Shop.

Friendly staff and I feel comfortable having my car care done with this shop. I get an appointment quickly unlike the dealer whose service department does not return my calls. I know this shop is top notch. The owner even mounted my outside mirror at no cost after my husband had just passed away. The dealer wanted hundreds of dollars. Really? I will be a forever customer:.

Took my truck here for a code that was showing my timing was off. Unfortunately, the don't do timing chains here, but waived the inspection fee and sent me to someone who does do timing chains. Kyle was amazing. Our check engine light went on while we were on a trip. They got us in the same day we called. They diagnosed everything. Fair pricing. They were great at communicating and keeping us up to date (they had to order a part so things took an extra day). They got the job done quickly. We were very impressed with our whole experience. I've only been here a few times but they've always taken great care of me. I had an alignment on my vehicle and a few weeks later I had a curb and came back to have it realigned. They were so nice and took great care of me and did not overcharge me.
