When I was 12 years old, my mom sat me down to tell me that my father had committed suicide. This absolutely ruined me. It felt so miserable being abandoned like that. It was unquestionably the worst experience of my life until I called Mobile Mechanic Pros of Sparks. The lady who answered the phone is unbelievably disrespectful. I cannot believe I was treated like this by someone who was supposed to help me. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by needing help with my car. I asked her how much it would cost to fix my alternator. Her response was sir, how can I give you a quote for your alternatorif I don t know what the make and model is? What kind of response is that? She could have just said OK great, what s the make and model . She is the face of the business, the first person people talk to when they call, and the first thing you experience when you get to this company is passive aggressiveness. This was one of the worst examples of it. I confronted her on her rudeness and in her infinite wisdom, she doubled down! Wow. I m leaving one star because Google won t let me leave -1 stars. Unacceptable!

These guys were the only mobile mechanics that actually returned my calls.They sent out Mike & Austin to repair the fan clutch on my diesel that was causing overheating problems. They showed up on time, 90 minutes start to finish, and ran down the work done to me professionally. They clearly understood the procedures on this truck. Nice guys too.They returned the failed parts to me for inspection and the repair held up in the passes and summer heat all the way back to Austin, TX.Great work, and I wish they were closer because I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My power steering return hose broke. I left a message for service and within 30 minutes received a call back, estimate sent and appointment made. I purchased the parts and was charged for the labor. It was a pleasure meeting Kris. The repair was professionally performed. I definitely will use him again.

The alternator on my truck went out. I googled mobile mechanics in Reno/Sparks and this place along with a few others came up. I went ahead and requested a quote from a few of them. I went with Mobile Mechanics because their quote was fair. They scheduled the service and the mechanic showed up on time and finished on time. Great service!!I hope I don't have to anymore issues with my truck, but if I do, I am definitely going with Mobile Mechanics.Thanks again!Service: Electrical

Next day appointment avail. Was able to provide parts and only paid for labor. They were really quick less than 30 min for an alternator change right in my driveway.. Super convenient!

Got into Reno late July 2nd, next morning our truck had a pool of coolant leak. Searched on Google Map and was able to connect with Alondra on July 3rd about 12:30PM. At 1:30PM, Kris diagnosed that it was the water pump, left, came back with parts and got it fixed the same day. He was done by 5PM. Thought we were gonna be stuck in town and had to wait till after July 4th to find help. Thank you for coming to our rescue at the last minute! Happy 4th!
