My 2013 Mercedes GL450 broke down while visiting from out of town and I took it to the folks at Metric Motors and had an excellent experience. They diagnosed the internal engine problem, ordered the parts and got me back on the road at a very fair price. I took it on a several hundred mile trip immediately after the repair and it s performing better than ever! I know diagnosing and repairing Mercedes can sometimes be more difficult and expensive than most cars on the road but Metric Motors performed above expectation. Thank you, Tyna - for telling me you didn't want to see my car and hanging up on me because I dared get upset for having to bring my car back so many times to get it repaired. The nerve of me! I found another shop who was competent and fixed everything the first time without the snotty attitude! ***I never screamed at you. I did get mad over repairs that didn't last 24 hours. And since you have friends posting good reviews for you, it should balance out my one star review.

I was looking for a quality alternative to the Mercedes dealer for our new 4x4 Sprinter Van. I had my first service done and am happy with my experience. I do have to deal with my tire pressure calibration and they may have overfilled the oil as it is telling me to take some oil out - I'll update this post in a few days. punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and good people come to mind after my first visit.

Highly recommended! Needed to get a ABC line replaced and a service done, they we fast friendly and reasonably priced. I will take my car there again for sure!

I have this shop do work for me for more than 12 years, they have always been very good to me. I would recommend them as they are honest and that's a very good thing, work was done correctly,no problems.

The repairs were perfect and the final bill was under the initial quote. I can't remember a time when that's ever happened! Sandur accurately diagnosed my water pump issue over the phone, and my car Benz was fixed quickly. Thanks Metric Motors. I'll be back soon.

Apparently they are able to bury their bad reviews since I posted one recently and it isn t showing huh imagine that. Our story is far too long to duplicate but I will advise you to stay away from these con artists! If they don t screw you over you can consider yourself lucky!

I have had two older Mercedes (late 80's) serviced at Metric Motors, and I am very happy with their work, pricing, and communication. When I have any questions about a diagnosis, or other work to be performed, they are happy to provide all the information I need to make an informed decision. What else can you ask for? Five stars for Sandur and his staff.

Metric Motors worked on my 1974 Mercedes 280C. This little coupe was a really difficult fix... Elfar, the owner took the job on himself. I am so impressed with the friendly, fast and complete service that I received. They are really the best at working on foreign cars. This is a family owned business and the whole family helps out. If you want reliable done with integrity please take your car to Metric Motors... you will be thankful that you did.

Took the 2005 Sprinter Van in on Monday witha water pump leak and Metric replaced the partsAnd installed the water pump in day1/2. Savedme a lot of time, and charged a reasonable rate.Thank you MetricD

This company tried to charge me double of the original price of a fuel pump and they don't have any money to order parts 1200 for a fuel pump is ridiculous

I had to have an ignition interlock device instaled on my Lexus. Was kinda worried about the device damaging the car. Found the technician competent and professional. Eased my anxiety. Thank You for that.

Returning from a vacation in Idaho our Sprinter van went into LHM(Limp Home Mode). Spent the night in Reno, called them first thing in the morning, and they had us back on the road by noon! Thanks so much to Sandur, Tina and Josh for your kind help! Sprinters on the East Side of the Sierra's take note.
