I absolutely LOVE LIBERTY COLLISION. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Walking into their office for the first time was very warm and welcoming. Talking to the entire team and seeing how easygoing and knowledgeable their were put the icing on the cake. Nonetheless, they fixed my car quick and kept me up to date with the process. Liberty Collision also relieved a lot of stress by having enterprise pick me up and drop me back off to my car. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIBERTY COLLISION. I 100% RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY AUTO BODY REPAIRS. They know what they re doing and have my car looking BRAND NEW. I know exactly who to come to if ever needed in the future.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AND MAKING ME FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR SERVICE. I LOVE YOU YALL VERY MUCH. Review from Sara Carmack. My SUV was not repaired correctly by another shop when it was hit out of state. In Reno, I could not find any shop to help me until I found Liberty Collision! Randy and Donnie were the best! Truly good-hearted people the really care about you, the costumer! They put safety and ethics above the rest! If it was not for Randy I would be driving an unsafe care. Liberty collision goes above and beyond in the car repair industry. You can trust the quality of work and that they will do the right thing every time! I am so grateful for Randy, Donnie and the team at Liberty Collision for taking on my problem and not giving up on me! 10/10 recommend!!!Service: Body & Trim

The team over at Liberty Collision went above and beyond taking care of our car and making sure we knew the entire process. We had a small concern after the work was completed and Tom promptly took action to remedy the concern with out a second thought. Couldn't have asked for better service or a better quality job. We are bummed the car was damaged but very happy to have had the Liberty Collision family put a smile back on me and my wife's faces. Thanks again!

Donny the owner is top notch customer service. I wasn't able to bring them the business but even then, their hospitality assisting me out while I was stuck in Reno's snow storm is unmatched! To Donny and your team, I appreciate the help very much and wish you all very best.

Highly don t recommend this place. Very poor communication. I had my f350 dropped off last month after an accident. They estimated the damages to be around $15k to fix. I asked about time frame. They said they need to put it on a rack to measure the frame. That sounded great! They said it would be measured within the week. I called two weeks later and asked for an update. One of the people answered and said they are waiting on parts. Sounded great! He said it would about a 3 month wait for the parts to come. I had no problem with that. Donnie the owner was supposed to call me the next day. He didn t so I called him. I asked if they had measured the frame and he said they didn t. At this point I was beginning to be frustrated because they don t live up to their word. He then said it would be measured next week. Then he called me the next day telling me his estimate is $36k to fix now without measuring the frame. Makes no sense. Then he told me to find a different shop. This place is a complete waste of time. No communication. Absolutely ridiculous. I had no intention to rush them to fix my vehicle. Just wanted a general understanding on timeframe etc.All I wanted was some basic communication and this company clearly cannot live up to that in my experience.

Randy and his team are just fantastic. They are friendly, professional, and they did a great job. My car looks like new. Beyond that, they are honest even when they have to deliver bad news, and will give you the straight facts. I REALLY appreciated the realistic time frames. Supply chains for auto parts are still not back to what they were before COVID, so things take a little longer. Randy was honest with me from the start regarding expected time for repairs. This enabled me to plan. They still got it done faster than they were estimating. They underpromised and OVER delivered. HIGHLY recommended.

After shopping around for a body shop I was so pleased to come across Liberty! I emailed explaining the damage to my brand new 2017 Yukon SLT and received an immediate response from Donnie.I showed up the next day with quote in hand and was greeted warmly and Donnie walked out and looked at the damage himself. We set an appointment for the following week because parts needed to be ordered.I dropped the Yukon off and was very pleased with text messages through the week regarding where the truck was in the repair process. I was very surprised when Donnie called me halfway through the week to give me an update personally!The repair on my Yukon is stunning! We cannot see where the damage was, there isn't even a ripple! We will never use another shop, Liberty has a lifetime customer. Hopefully I won't need them again but, if I do it will be a pleasure to work with them again.

Our son was in a collision and we live out of state. A local friend recommended Donnie at Liberty. We were panicked parents, our son was frustrated. We did not know what to do. No other body shop would help us. I called Donnie, the first thing he asked was if our son was okay. He then made arrangements for us to get the car to Liberty. The car ended up being a total loss, Donnie helped us through the whole process. He was kind, helpful, honest and compassionate. I would recommend Donnie and Liberty to anyone. The world needs more people like this. Thank you Donnie.

Nothing but good things to say about this family-run company. I was hit from behind in a small fender-bender accident and the other party's insurance company wanted me to take it to Caliber Reno. Caliber was unable to take me in for a simple estimate for 2 months, so it was left up to me to help myself. I chose Liberty because of their reviews and am thrilled with that decision. They were able to look at it immediately for an estimate and it was approved by the insurance company. We scheduled a date that was convenient for me to take it in and the repairs were done absolutely perfectly, to include some additional work that we requested on a different part of the vehicle. All in all, they kept me informed on the progress and returned a beautifully repaired vehicle. They gave me a lift back when I first dropped off the vehicle and offered to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. Great experience. I know where to go when I need gas. I know where to go when I need general car repairs and now I know where to go (and recommend) when I need any body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had the pleasure (and unfortunate events requiring my vehicles to be worked on) of using Liberty Collision twice. They are friendly and an advocate of their customers. They have no problem calling and working with insurance companies, often streamlining the communication and removing you as the middleman. When having massive repairs on your car, they definitely made the whole thing less stressful. If there is anywhere to take your car for body work, Liberty Collision is the best place in the Reno/Sparks area.Service: Body & Trim

I checked out Liberty Collision thanks to a recommendation from a friend. I was very happy with the service I received. The customer service is outstanding. They took the time to give my vehicle a good inspection which was not the experience I had with the company the insurance people sent me to. Thankfully we are able to choose our own company for repairs and not the one the insurance company sends us to. They communicated with me throughout the repair. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again if needed.

I had an amazing experience. This team is understanding and very professional. There was a bit of an incident on my rear bumper. Some damage was done, but Charlie Moore was able to give me an estimate on just the spot that was hit. He was very kind and explain the process throughout the whole thing. He kept me all caught up with the process and even explained everything after the fix. I am very satisfied with the team. My rear bumper looks amazing and if I ever need help again. We have been very pleased with the work done by Liberty Collision. All of the employees we ve worked with have been polite and helpful, especially Tom Harmon. All steps of the process were clearly explained. Donnie (owner) also introduced himself and contributed a great idea for a custom touch during the repairs to our vehicle. From what we can see the quality of workmanship is top notch. We were so pleased with the service and the quality of work that we are taking a second vehicle there for repairs. Tough week in December! We d highly recommend Liberty.

The people at Liberty Collision are very customer oriented. They pay attention to detail, and take care of your car as if it were their own. The work is first class, and they do everything possible to make sure your experience with them is a positive one. Charlie made me feel like an old friend. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto body work.

Hi, l would like to recommend Liberty Collision to.Donnie who owns Liberty Collision is a very honest man.Charlie who l dealt with on a regular basis is very professional. They did an excellent job on my passenger door. Charlie even fixed a little dent on my rear door that I didn't even ask him to do. If you want quality work,Liberty Collision is where you want to go. Hands down the best.

Liberty Collision did a great job fixing my 2018 Audi Q5! They weren t on the approved repair shops for State Farm so I was a little concerned that we may have issues, especially since they had written the bid for the wrong car. Donnie at Liberty contacted State Farm, got them back out to look at my car and had them pay for all of the needed parts and repairs. They were super easy to work with, I highly recommend working with them!!

I didn t know the repair shop could negotiate with the insurance adjuster. My car needed about three times the cost of repairs than the insurance company originally said (with only pictures).I got my car back from its accident with the high end after market parts or the factory parts, where it mattered. My car looks like new.Working with Charlie was an excellent experience. He kept me apprised if progress with the insurance company, answered my questions like I was his own sister, made sure I was happy with the whole experience.Thank you, Liberty Collision!

Liberty Auto Collision has been a God send. I wrecked my car and they have done everything they can to accommodate my ability to pay for it. My insurance didn't cover the repairs and Donny one of the managers here has gone above and beyond allowing me to make payments when I can. Amazing service!!

Used Liberty twice for dent and paint repair. First time, no complaints and the work was well done. Second time they didn't didn't put the emblems on the new tailgate, and when we took it back one of them was glued on crooked. I'm sure they would have corrected the emblem, and they are friendly to do business with, but probably won't use them again for the inconvenience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had some insurance work done on my Subaru WRX a few weeks back. Donnie and everyone else at Liberty were incredibly friendly and helpful. I got consistent updates throughout the repair process and my car came back looking brand new.I have already referred multiple people to Donnie, I highly encourage you to stop in and see him with any questions/concerns. After visiting several collision shops recommended by friends, I chose Liberty Collision to repair my Chevy Volt. Like most auto body shops in Reno, Liberty had never worked on a Volt before. However, they researched the proper battery disconnect procedures, kept the car indoors, and plugged in, as much as possible, for optimal results.The finished pearl paint and body work was beautiful, the car was very clean, and there have been no sensor error codes or other computer-related problems.Thank you, Liberty, for restoring my beloved Volt. Highly recommended!

I rear ended some gal while driving and had to get my car repaired. I checked the reviews on the place Geico reccomended and all I read were horror stories.After searching online for a bit I found great reviews on this shop. So glad I found them and took my car here.Donnie and his crew put my mind at ease with everything. They gave me a ride to get my rental car, they gave me updates on the work and did an amazing job at fixing it and making it look brand new.Also all the work is under a lifetime warranty which is great, doubt I'll need to use it though.

Best decision ever amazing customer service, constant communication on what was going on and best of all the concern they showed for my daughters well being after her accident! Mark was great to work with. The insurance company wanted to put used garbage parts on my truck and Mark got the insurance company to take responsibility for their client rear ending us. I was in an accident in Dec 5. After dealing with insurance for 2 months, I was finally able to pick a body shop. I chose Liberty Collision based on their reviews and those reviews don t lie. From my first call to follow up, to taking delivery of my vehicle Mr. Mark King was the super professional and friendly. The workmanship on my Jeep looks good and I m just glad to be off-roading again. God forbid, if I get in another accident, I will pick Liberty Collision without hesitationTHANK YOY LIBERTY COLLISION!!!

Great communication and customer services throughout the entire process starting with the estimate and ending with being around on a Saturday morning so I could pick up my car on my day off. Tom even offered to drop my car off for me! There was a secondary scrape on my car that they buffed free of charge! They walked me through the process to explain the work and potential issues and were able to finish the repairs under the estimate price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for collision repair.

Honesty, integrity, exceptional workmanship, excellent communication, professionalism, customer care and an all around "best" business. I can't say enough about the owner and staff. They took a very badly damaged, very expensive car and repaired it to perfection. The attention to detail is something everyone hopes for and rarely receive. This was from my first phone call for a minor repair to a tearful plea for help at the scene of the accident. Donnie restored my faith in mankind in a day and age where it is so difficult to get something done right. On top of that, he is a heck of a nice guy. Take your car to Liberty Collision. There is no better body shop, anywhere.

This is the BEST body shop EVER. They took such good care of my Audi Q5...it looks brand new...Carl is amazing, he kept me in the loop, they stayed on schedule...seriously...these guys are GREAT. I won't ever take my business anywhere else. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Don't waste your time shopping around...Liberty Collision is the place to go.
