Bought tires here in January very happy with the service, even though I spent approximately $700.00. Stopped here today, March 4, they couldn't give us the time of day, I asked to have my tires checked as we are traveling back to Canada. They just checked tire pressure. I was also asking about the broken windshield washer sprayer. They don't do that I am told, then proceed to tell me I need a mechanic???? I thought you were mechanic 's???. Then I asked where I could find one? He told me across the street. Not a happy customer. There are other places to buy tires, that's where we were sent across the street to their competitors.

They have solid deals on tires! that being said they also broke my TPS so my tire pressure sensor was on the day after I went in for a service. They then proceeded to overfill the tires that they put on to the vehicle, only about 5 psi, but if you're going to leave a pressure sensor on after a service at least fill the tires correctly. Finally, I requested an alignment on the wheels as routine maintenance and they told me they couldn't do it without around 1800$ in suspension work. Fortunately I was already working on a suspension upgrade for my car so the "torn ball joint and leaky strut" was already going to get replaced. I didn't realize that the problem was that bad, so I got a second opinion at the subi dealer. No problems found. Oh well, I was already planning on replacing those parts. Unfortunately, strike three was when I went to install my new suspension components and found that Les Schwab had neglected to let me know my driver CV axle was completely disconnected (read: broken) and was probably the actual reason they couldn't align me the first time. Subi was right about the ball joint and the strut, they both looked fine. Overall my experience had me feeling like I had fingers in my wallet and sweet lies being whispered in my ear. It makes me hesitant to use the warranty on my tires, because they obviously don't know what they should be looking for anyway. 1/10 (the tires are still working after a month so cant give them a 0)

Was on our way to California and noticed our front tire was loosing pressure. Stopped at Les Schwab in Sparks. They checked tire for leak,no nails. Figured it was valve stem, replaced core, leak stopped. No charge! Thank you so much. Could have cost us a fortune if tire went flat while driving. They're awesome. Thank you again,I will always do business with them because they are honest.

Brought my car in to have the tires rebalanced as I had them balanced by Les Schwab in December/January while on a road trip and while on the trip several weights fell off the wheels. We literally saw a weight next to our car in a parking lot and found that it came off our car. We began getting vibrations at about 75-80mph and dealt with it since the car isn t driven on the highway often. I just brought my car in to have them rebalanced as several weights fell off and the guy at the counter says hmm, I d be extremely surprised if one of the weights came off I continued to explain that you can actually seem the rest of the weights lifting from the wheel and he said yeah that would surprise me since we use a super stick adhesive . He then told me it would be about $75 for the balancing and I wasn t willing to pay that since Les Schwab previously did the balance and it wasn t satisfactory. He said mmm 4 months ago sooo so I said I wasn t going to pay that and invited him to come see the weights that are lifting and where the others fell off. He wasn t willing to come take a look so I left and will take my business to Reno tire pros where I should have went in the first place. If you can t guarantee your tire balancing for 4 months you probably shouldn t try telling me it s pretty much impossible for one to come off and then not take the chance to walk outside and look at the lifting weights and where the others fell off.

I have been living in Sparks for 7 years and have had terrible experiences at all of the other tire chains. This Les Schwab location is FANTASTIC! If you are looking for a great tire store in Sparks, NV, this is IT!!!

Took my chevy to get a wheel alignment back in August 2023 prior to a road trip. After a few weeks I started to notice a loud popping noise from my driver side wheel when in reverse and turning. Replaced several parts trying to figure out what was going on and eventually found the upper control arm bolts were not torqued to spec and was loose post alignment. Beyond disappointed. Will not be returning.

I went here to have new lug nuts installed. The customer service was great. It took about an hour since they are usually busy. They did a good job on install. The lug nuts of course showed install marks which can't really be helped but not to scratched up. Been going to Les Schwab for year's and will keep going back.

Bought my tires 3 months ago. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I just got my tires rotated and I am continually pleased with their service. Nathaniel handle the problem I had with their 90-day same as cash in a timely and efficient manner. I believe it was Joe who rotated my tires and that also was done in a timely manner.

I have been very pleased with the service I've received from this Les Schwab, with the exception of today. Nate ordered cam bolts for all 4 of my tires and told me they would get my car in and decide whether or not we needed to do all 4, and would try to save me money if I didn't need them all done. When I checked in this morning I reiterated this plan to the gentleman who took my keys. He reassured me they would not install any I didn't absolutely need. But when I picked it up and asked how many they had replaced, I was told I probably could have been fine just doing the rears, but they went ahead and did all 4. When I told him I was displeased with this, the mechanic said "well nobody told me!" and they charged me the full price.I will think twice before moving forward with the rest of my repairs.

My son was arguing with me about what shop to take my car to for tires, but I stuck to my guns. He is a pretty negative person. When he came back he handed me a paper to post for a review. Here is what he wrote.Although, I don't normally favor big Corp Chains. Sometimes its the staff that makes all the difference. Service Tech Ronny was proof both of how the customer is always right and how easily they can be wrong. Thanks for speaking your mind, you have set a great example for both yourself and the Company you represent. I hope that others follow your example in validating how we can't paint all corporations with the same heartless brush and you can make efforts to redeem themselves to the customer base by putting safety first. Good job Les Schwab we need more people like yours.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Horribly unprofessional leadership staff or what he called himself the shop foreman .talked to me like I was stupid but what he didn t know is I ve been around shops my whole life. He saw a woman and thought he could get me. If you are a woman stay away from this crook Dwayne who is the foreman of this shop is a predator for people he thinks don t know anything. HE WILL GET YOU. Stay away from this shop if Dwayne is working.

I have been very pleased to find out that Les Schwab will do patch repairs for free. I have used this in the past, and it is very helpful. I was also happy that the service professionals, didn't make me feel like it was a waste of their time. They seemed pleased to tell me there was no charge. The service man took the time to explain the damage to the tire and what had to be fixed. This location, and others have always been a nice place to have repairs done. I like the feeling that they in turn are excited to get me back on the road. Thank You for the wonderful, and accommodating experience. I will not only recommend this store to others, but I will return with any service needs. Take Care.

Les Schwab is no longer Reliable, Used to be a decent place, especially for all your tire needs and want s. Nope, nowadays they will over price every service they offer. Just the other day, I asked only one question How much to install my new tires which I already purchased online, onto my Wheels? The response I received was beyond Ridiculous! A Technician quoted me OVER $400 DOLLARS, to remove and install a set of Tire s. As I was asking my single question, I noticed another technician texting on his phone when he should of been working. I believe the only reason the Technician quoted me such an outrageous price, was to pocket some of the money for himself. I immediately laughed and walked away. They will eventually be filing for Bankruptcy if they think their prices are fair! I Will never be going to Les Schwab for any of my vehicles needs, what a joke they have become. Also, just the other day, my Buddy went to Les Schwab in Gardnerville and they quoted him $1200 to change the front two brakes on his F350 SD. My buddy and I changed his rotors and pads by ourselves in less than 45 minutes and for free. Les Schwab has lost their minds if they think overpriced services is the way to go..

Manager Dwayne tried to sell me off road tires for my small S UV that I only drive-in town. He refused to help me order the appropriate tires, called me names and then kicked me out of the store. I thought maybe I was on some type of candid camera show until I spoke to the guy who was parked next to me who had a similar experience.

Horrible service.Brought it in to get front brake pads replaced. Waited a hour only for him to come back with a $2000.00 list of a bunch of little things that supposedly needed fixed instead of doing the work we requested. He stripped a stud & didn't fix it or even give us the lug nut back. So all he did is break it worse & wouldn't fix a small problem unless we committed to paying 2 grand. Don't Go There! Inexperienced & Scammers

I called this LS store on 1405 E Prater Way to get quotes on tires. Duane has better things to do than sell me tires. Not helpful at all. Couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Very vague. I've learned when people are vague they are usually hiding something. He told me I cannot make an appointment. I have learned in all business dealings when customer service is poor before they get your money any hope of service evaporates once they do get your money. Avoid this store is my advice.I called the store in Sparks, 501 Los Altos Pkwy. Dory gave me two better quotes and all kinds of helpful information unique to my situation since I'm going to be passing through with friends. I CAN make appointments on lesschwab.com. I could tell she was busy but took her time to make sure I had ALL the information I needed to make an informed decision. I called back later with a question and she had notes on our conversation! Most excellent. They are getting my business. I'll post a rating for that store after I get my tires.

The counter staff were polite, courteous, well knowledgeable. The gentleman who serviced my vehicle was also polite, courteous and well knowledgeable. To be honest with everyone, I personally have not had a bad experience with Les Schwab, and I've been to a lot of stores. I recommend to all.

I had an hour wait before they took care of my blow out. I felt they could have taken care of my truck sooner. Once they had someone work on my tires it went well, and fast. The guy was concerned about the appearance of my tires and wheels. The prices were fair. I wish they had a better selection of treads, I was only shown two drive patterns. The tire guy was experienced and did a fast good job when everything was agreed on. it is kinda tight to get in and out with a 53 foot trailer

Unlike most repair shops, I have never felt like these guys are trying to rip me off. They are remarkably nice and helpful. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in with a little problem and they've fixed it for free. So when they do tell me I need work done, I believe them. Their prices are good and they stand by their service.

Truly disappointed because a friend recommended me to this place and yet thought because I'm a woman taking advantage of me would be a good idea. I took my charger to get an alignment and when I received my car back I drove it a few days and noticed it still wanted to pull to the right. Called and had them look at it again and about 20 min later they called and said they fixed it. Immediately driving it it pulled more to the right even way worse and when I mean worse I take my hand of the steering wheel and Immediately would pull very noticeably. The excuse they give if it continues is "that it's my tires"....yea took it to geared performance and they gave me a actual piece of paper of what was wrong. They didn't even align my back tires at all and geared performance showed me legit proof they didn't. So again im highly disappointed because a friend recommended this place however I will never trust my car in these people hands again. Don't waste your money on corporations anymore and go to Geared Performance. It's more expensive but they do it right the first time and don't take advantage of women thinking we don't know anything when something feels off about our car and then say it's "our tires" when im not that dumb. It's more expensive but again they do it right the first time.
