Consider this a review in progress as I haven't spoken to the manager.My mother took her car in to get the bumper replaced. 4 days later she gets her car and it's the same bumper, and the poor glue job they did came off 2 hrs later.My mother spoke to the manager before she left the parking lot and the manager swore up and down tha"it was the last new bumper we had". This is a lie because the scratches and missing fog lamp cover were EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE OLD ONE.not sure if they were trying to prey on an older single woman but until this is squared away this is one of the shadiest places I've heard of .Check out the humongous gap on the passenger side front lamp, this is embarrassing.

Jackson & Farmer did an excellent job fixing the dent and the crease, caused by a kick to my car. Their work is professional and timely. The staff are courteous and friendly. It can be a wait to get in, but it is well with it. -Regina

They did a great job with my Golf Alltrack. It wasn't the worst damage but they took care of it and it looks as good as new. There are a lot of 5 star reviews on this place and they deserve them.

What great place with wonderful people. At Jackson Farmer the work that they did on my car was spectacular. I was very impressed with the final result. The people there are so kind and friendly. If I ever need body work on any car I will take it to Jackson Farmer.Thank you!

I had a scratch and ding in my car from a shovel that fell on it in the garage. The entire damaged area was a little bigger than a quarter.I stopped by Jackson Farmer just to see if they could fix the damage quicker than the dent doctor place I called.The woman here came to my car, took the VIN number, and quoted me well over $1,000 dollars. She acted like I was foolish for not accepting her inflated "quote". I explained how the damage happened while the car was parked and a pet knock the shovel over.I eventually had it fixed elsewhere for $207. and it looked great. It was not in an area where there could be "hidden" damage.Little did I know that this unethical woman reported the damage as a traffic accident w/o airbag deployment on Car Fax. When I traded in the car the "accident" reduced my trade value by $1500. That was after showing the $207. receipt that matched the time of the reporting, and a detailed inspection showing there had never been any other repairs to the car.The dealership said I could attempt to get the Car Fax corrected but it is difficult and timely. I will NEVER use such an unethical business that only reported in retaliation of not choosing their service.Service: Body & Trim

When my 2003 Camry got hit in the right rear wheel well/door area I sent it here because I knew they'd fix it right. Not many body shops have been in business in our area as long as Jackson and Farmer. They had to replace the rear door as well as part of that section of unibody/frame. The damage was significant enough that repairs cost just $600 less than the total car value. The car is 16yrs old but has <70K miles so totaling it would have sucked. The repairs turned out great. It tracks down the road like nothing ever happened. No mystery noises, no bad vibes and they matched the metallic gold color perfectly. It was done on time and on budget with no surprises. The staff was friendly and helpful, kept me informed every step of the way. I recommend them to anybody needing collision repairs

State farm handled everything from elderly mother because she was too overwhelmed. The whole entire crew worked very well with me and was extremely supportive. I would highly recommend them.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The car was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The repairs are completely unnoticeable which is saying something given the extent and nature of the damage, and the color (gold) which I know is tuff to match. They did an awesome job. Recommend them to anybody needing body work.

My wife's Grand Cherokee was broadsided by negligent driver over a month ago.Dealing with doctors, insurance companies and repair shops can be very stressful.Jackson and Farmer were great to work with. They were always polite and professional. They kept us in the loop from start to finish.They used OEM parts and were meticulous in their work. The fit and finish turned out spectacular; looks and drives like new!They have been around for a long time and have many loyal followers, now including us!

I took my pick up here for repairs and the staff was WONDERFUL! My truck is back to beautiful! Any time I had a question (or concern) the front office was more then willing to answer all of them. If they didn't have an answer they didn't hesitate to find out what the answers were.They even went as far as to try to buff a couple scratches out and brush touch one of the bad scratches.THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!! I'd recommend them to EVERYONE!!

I couldn t be happier. Our Honda was damaged in a collision resulting in an estimated cost that was at the 65% state requirement for the vehicle to be totaled. The insurance company would not work with us, leaving us with the dilemma of either receiving minimal cash and starting a new auto-loan, or salvaging the vehicle and paying for repairs. After discussing alternatives with Jackson & Farmer, we salvaged the vehicle and contracted repairs. Jackson & Farmer was able to complete the repairs under the anticipated costs. We left the Honda with them a little longer than anticipated in order to find and receive parts and optimize repairs; it was well worth it. This is the second vehicle that Jackson & Farmer has done body work on for us I wouldn t go anywhere else.

A Suburban backed into the rear quarter-panel of my 2001 GMC Sierra. Took it in and these guys really took care of me. They kept me informed of what was going on and in less than 2 weeks, I had my baby back. Most would just have replaced the whole quarter panel. For various reasons, they couldn't. So it was up to their skill to make the repairs. The body work was fabulous and the paint matching of a 14 year old truck was impeccable. Saving up to have them do my bike tins this winter.

They were fantastic. My cars left side was very damaged, got it back and it looks like I hadn't even been hit. Also thank you so much for the quick turn around. I will recommend to everyone.

Got quote for bumper fix, the folks were very nice and I like pricing. They also gave some great tips advice about future truck body projects.

No one likes having to take their car to the body shop. Jackson & Farmer has always treated us fairly and their work is solid. Highly recommended.

!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RACIST! LIES AFTER LIES BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU'LL MAKE GOING HERE!!! Dont waste your time unless you have money you're willing to let them scam you out of!! Jim and Martha will give you 5 different stories of what's happening with your car. After telling multiple lies to the insurance company just to make more money when he was confronted he started making racial comments and showed his true colors! What a nightmare. Vehicle was sent in for new struts in front and was sent to audio shop to have DVD player repaired. 75$ for 5 gallons of fuel and 50$ for labor for 2 men to go get the fuel. People in this world will do anything to scam people.

Kinda felt like they were too busy for me. The lady I spoke with was only concerned with taking some initial photos and getting me out of there ASAP. Then when the other parties insurance accepted liability 3 days later she raised a fuss about the parts.Not a pleasant experience.

The team in the shop were Awesome. Tammy in the front office was also Awesome...Very Knowledgeable and professional yet very pleasant and personable.
