I must say that hands down the best Tint shop I ve ever gone to. I called on Friday last minute and they were able to get me in on Sunday which is very rare for some companies because most companies are closed on the weekends so thank you Jake & Samantha for working on days that others won t! The customer service was impeccable, and my Audi turned out so amazing. I work for Jim Beagan, Toyota in South Lake Tahoe, and Definitely going to be referring all my clients to them. Once again Thank you both.

Patrick did an excellent job on my Tesla Model Y. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Another shop told me they would need my Tesla overnight to complete the job, but Patrick knew some tricks and was able to complete my job in under 2 hours! They fully back their install as well. If I have any other tint jobs I need, I'll be going back here!

I brought my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 here. He walked me through the different types of tint and the benefits of each. This will definitely be my first choice when I need to tint anything else.

They honored their warranty. I noticed a spec of dust was on the tint, it didn't bother me that much but I called about it anyway (7 months later). The tint was redone without a hassle. It looks perfect now. Very honest company. I will be bringing in another car and do recommend them to others

If you're looking for a family-owned local business for window tinting. This is your place. After calling around many different locations in Reno and Carson City these guys had an opening available. And excellent customer service. They actually took the time to call me back and schedule an appointment. The Appointment took approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. They did an excellent job on the window tinting. Their price was also affordable. They had a cool little waiting area. All kinds of snacks, drinks, Xbox and internet TV. After our windows were tinted we did a total walk around the car and the gentleman explained the do's and don'ts. He even left us his business card with a little memento. It's not everyday You find a shop like this where the facility is clean and well maintained. And excellent customer service. I highly recommend this facility for all your window tinting needs. I know we'll be back.

Patrick did a great job with my ceramic window tinting. He is very knowledgeable , efficient and professional. He did my front side windows and top windshield in less than an hour. Price was great, it was actually less than the other 2 competitors.

This place is great ! Seen there ad poster. Called no answer but got a quick phone call back from them. Gave me a great price on top of that they were able to get me in within just a few days. The customer interaction I was given was amazing. Patrick and the team there took great care of not only my vehicle for the tint but my customer experience with them. I called every shop in Reno sparks area because I am on a budget and this place was the cheapest by far. I got ceramic window tint (my girlfriend is trans (pre-op FYI) and very sensitive to UV Rays) all the way around my Prius. I have had two vehicles done here and just scheduled my third. Their prices are super competitive and they do incredible work!! I have had many car windows tinted over the years and when I moved to Nevada I was looking for a new place. This will be my go to spot for good. This is a great tint shop! Had our entire car done for a great price, and we were given a thorough explanation as to what to expect and how to care for the tint afterwards as well. The tint is great quality, and 3+ months later still looking just as good as it did the first day. We are very happy with the quality and service, and plan to have our truck done here as well. Elite did a flawless job and treated my auto as their own. They paid close attention to their work as well as my interior.
