Hands down best body shop in the Reno/Sparks area. Not only do they take care of my clients, they did an amazing job on my truck. My truck came back looking brand new and even cleaner than when I dropped it off for a front end repair. Highly recommend Cory and his team.

New to the area, wasn t sure who to take my truck to for my side passenger mirror that was destroyed. Not knowing that there was a sensor in the mirror that was associated with the Def system that put the check engine light on and service Def system light as well. I found on Google closest and top rated auto body shop and Sullivan s Body and paint showed up and boy I m glad I went there. The owner Jeff was absolutely amazing and very helpful! He was able to get sensor out of busted mirror casing and plug it back in till the new mirror came in so I could drive my truck. Mirror came in next day drove to the shop and he installed new one while I waited in less than an hour. The price of the new mirror was very fair and I will definitely refer him to anyone in need. Hopefully I won t need him again but if I do I ll be using Sullivan s Body & Paint.

A bunch of scalpers. Quoted me $600 for repairs. Then didn t reach out and fixed the vehicle after they discovered it was going to be twice as much to fix, before asking if we wanted to follow through with the repair. A bumper repair shouldn t ever cost $1300. Especially when the bumper isn t more than $500 online. Absolutely horrible business.

We went with this body shop based on reviews, only to be disappointed as our experience has been short of satisfactory. First are final invoice came back double what the quote was, while I understand that there may be more damage than meets the eye on initial assessment, that margin shouldn't vary that much- especially since this was minor- a car hit mine in a parking lot.The lack of communication was another frustration- we were told our car would be ready in a week, then the next week, we were told end of the week. That was not the case. Over 2 weeks later, we finally were able to pick up our vehicle. However, the job was not fully completed and over a month later, we are still waiting for them to "figure out a date" to bring back our car to finish the job. I've had much better experiences and quality work from other body shops

If you ve been searching for a body shop that you can trust with quality work, then look no further. Jeff and his team stand behind their high quality work and it really shows. I dropped my Tacoma off for damage to the 3rd brake light. Upon them removing the rear glass to remove the dent the weather seal was damaged beyond reuse. Jeff took care of the expensive rear glass at no cost to myself. Other shops could ve just reused it or tried to mend it to look ok, but Jeff and his team did not. The overall repair and painting came out better than I could ve ever expected. Jeff even color sanded out an imperfection the truck has had since I bought it from the dealership, free of charge. It s becoming harder and harder to find shops that care about the customer and the quality of work they deliver. I will be recommending Sullivan s to all who require body or paint work.

I live n Truckee, but I have had bad experiences with the State Farm partner shop in town. So I decided to try these folks. They are awesome! Body work was done in only a few weeks, and they handled everything through insurance. They were communicative and honest. Great option for Reno locals, but I encourage my fellow Truckee residents to make the drive. It's well worth it. (For the record, I'm not related to this shop. I got into a little bit more than a fender bender a few months back (entire driver's side dented panels, broken mirror). The shop I used last time I had an issue is no longer working with my insurance, so I needed to shop around. When we connected with Diamond Auto Body, they were still known as Sullivan's. They transitioned over to Diamond after we had gotten the car evaluated but before we dropped it off for service. It took longer to get the car in to be fixed than we would prefer, but it was faster than anyone else was able to get it in. They took just under 3 weeks to complete the repairs, which is what they had quoted us. The car looks as good as new. Additionally, they detailed the inside, which was completely unexpected and so very welcome. They were polite every time I called for updates, and I am grateful to have my car back. I and my coworkers have used this shop on numerous occasions. Always an easy experience. Jeff in particular has always taken great care of us even going so far as to take time out of his day to find a specific clip for a body panel on my wifes car. A car that was not being worked on and I had just happened to ask about while getting work done on my vehicle.top notchService: Body & Trim

While I driving on the highway, there was a white bucket and I was not able to avoid it and I hit it and the bucket stuck under my car. After I pull over my car, I was able to take out the bucket but some plastic was melt and stuck under my car and there was a smog. I was so afraid and I called to every body shop but most of them said they gonna close because it was 5 o'clock Friday. Luckily I was able to call to Sullivan's body shop and they said I could come. The guy (maybe owner) checked my car and said everything okay and he even open bonnet and checked if everything is okay. I am so appreciate his kind and extra help. If anything happen again (I hope not), I definitely will visit this shop again .

This is the BEST body shop in town! There super nice and polite and they do the best work. They took good care of my car and it came out looking better then when I bought it new! This is the only body shop I ll use in the area! Thanks again guys!

Customer service was excellent he handled my claim and working with the insurance company there was extra circumstances that would have possibly delayed of lot of things he made sure and did everything possible to bypass any problems very happy definitely a good place to do business.

Costly estimates re hourly rates & time required for minor repairs, make sure you have insurance as charged / estimates are not for out of pocket customers; apparently all jobs will require vehicle rental.

Mr Sullivan was very honest and did not try sell us a line of sh#t.
