Always have an amazing experience when we get anything done at this location and trust that it'll be done right! Pablo helped me with my most recent visit and truly went above and beyond, between giving updates on the car and staying late and helping us figure out the financing! I can't say enough good things about this location!

Scheduled an App for 1pm on friday, upon arrival the Service Tech told me that the tires i had purchased were not in stock and ran some other options for tires in stock, not wanting to opt for other tires he informed me that he could order the ones i initially wanted and that they would arrive the following day and that i had no need to make an appointment, they would just give me a call and i would come in for service. The next day Darrel Bennet gave me a phone call as soon as the tires arrived, i dropped off my car and they began service on it. Upon completion of my service he made sure to take care of me as professional as can be and was very kind and friendly and made sure i left satisfied with my services. I recommend this Big o Tires shop, great people willing to make sure you come and leave with what your looking for.

Always fast helpful and reliable. Been going to this shop for a few years. Get a lot of nails and stuff in my tires out at work. I've had so many patches for free because I got my tires here, and I've had no issue making the tires last a good 2-3 years with an extensive work commute daily. Always fast, normally in and out in a half hour to an hour even when they're busy. Just an all around great job.

Great experience here today! Personally I love Big O' Tires, service is always great and fast; as well as knowledgeable!! This location in particular always has very nice staff and knowledgeable.. Very helpful! Got 4 new tires/3 tire sensors/oil change/balance as well as a new headlight and it only took 1hr

Hands down the best Big O I ve ever been to. Darrel took care of me. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about my situation. Great service, they take their job here very serious, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. I just finished my test drive and everything is 110% better than before.

I made an appointment at 11am for a tire rotation and an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early and staff was ready to get me all checked in. They walked me through the options and explained in depth what each package included. They were very friendly and and incredibly helpful in deciding what to go with. After 50 minutes or so, everything was done and once again, they thoroughly explained the results and answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand. It's hard to find a place that doesn't upsell and that didn't take place. While waiting, I saw how staff interacted with other customers and saw how consistently they displayed patience even with incredibly difficult people. I will now always give this location my business!

greeted by tire specialist Darrel. Inspected the questionable tire. turned out to be a nail stuck. Explained the cost to repair. I agreed. Signed the agreement form. Was informed it would take about 45 minutes to complete the process. There were several customers waiting for their work orders to be completed. At the 40 minute mark, Darrel informed me the car was completed. Paid the service on their digital register. Darrel escorted my son and I to our car. I thanked him for his friendly customer service. Pros: Affordable. Clean. Accessible location. Negatives: None

I came in today and wanted a quote and I roll out with great Mickey Thompson tires on my f 350. I ll never go elsewhere! I gotta say shop clean and all the shop guys 100% respectful and fast! Much love!!!

I was very impressed with how fast they had my car done. Everyone was very friendly and they didn't try and up sell me for anything I didn't already know I needed. I highly recommend them and will be going back in the future.

This is my go to place for car repairs. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Today I brought my Saturn in because of multiple issues. Darrel was very kind to my mother and me. He thoroughly explained the process and breakdown of all work. He took an incredibly stressful moment (when are car issues not!) and made it more peaceful and less frustrating. I highly recommend these guys. We've been using them a long time and they've always been top-knotch.

Our mobile dog grooming van was serviced by Darryl and his team. The Mercedes Benz Dealership was not able to solve the issue, yet Darryl s team had it ready in a few hours. The service was quick, the cost of the service was fair, and the professionalism was fantastic. We have 2 vans and planning on getting more, we will definitely be using this location as our go to auto repair shop! Darryl followed up with the services we needed and was able to get the parts and tires did same day. These guys are great.

Darrell was very helpful. My truck lost braking up on 80 east bound. I had vehicle towed to there location and they were able to replace my broken brake line. Back on the road. Home to Utah. Thanks Mark

I love the service I get at this location on Pyramid Way. They are friendly and will answer any questions I may have. The atmosphere is good the rest room is clean and the complimentary coffee and water too.Quick service too.Keep up the great work.

needed car checked for an upcoming trip, vehicle given a good safety check and tires rotated, alignment and spin balanced. found brakes needed to be replaced. Gave me peace of of mind for this trip.Thanks again Big O

I ve been to many auto repair and tire shops over the years. My experience with Sparks Big O has been the best of any facility. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. So glad they re in my area to service my vehicle.

Darrel Bennet did a great job In finding the right tires new set of tires for my Toyota tundra!I have an alignment done and new tires put on they were very thorough and prompt in getting the job done great service thank you

I used their website to pick a set of tires and schedule an appointment. At 8am the next day, my appointment was confirmed through their system. My wife showed up to the appointment and they said they don't do appointments, only first come, first served. Further more, the tires I had selected on their website hadn't been ordered, so they weren't even there. My wife had them ordered and came back the next day. While looking at the invoice, I noticed they charged $32 to put nitrogen in the tires. Considering regular air is 78% nitrogen, I decided against paying this ridiculous rate and called and told them to remove it. They still added it to her charge, along with a "tire protection package" that was $136. Considering most reputable tire places will repair your tire for free, I don't think this is worth it. Overall, don't trust what their website says, don't believe you have an appointment, and watch for multiple added fees. Will not be returning.

I needed rear shocks this visit. Worked with the service advisor to be sure the correct parts were available for my appointment. Very professional and will continue to bring my vehicles there. Highly recommend.

Didn't try to sell me tires that were unnecessary!Thought I needed four new tires (one kept going flat...others looked worn down). Manager looked it over and said there was enough tread left for safe driving. He suggested patching the flat one and just rotating. It worked! AND the tires were still covered under the original Big-O tire warranty so it was all free!Wasn't just out to take my money!

I highly recommend Big O Tires store in Sparks, I have used them many times for new tires, oil changes, new batteries, and other services. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair and reasonable. The waiting room is clean with comfortable chairs, they even have a counter with stools and plug ins for your laptop computer. Always free coffee available too!

Prices were not as competitive as I had hoped for but workmanship and products are quality. Very professional. I did notice almost over staffed because to much standing around. But I left with my problem solved!

Pablo and his guys are awesome! Blew a tire with my truck camper on I80. Needed a new spare as well since it was ten years old. They replaced the spare and also were kind enough to work on the truck outside of their shop and didn t make me take the camper off . Did the work at the end of their day and in an hour !!! Fantastic shop and fantastic service !! Thanks Pablo and the team !!!

Prior customer with tire leak. Great fast service while my wife and I waited. Tire repair was fast and quality. We will always come to Big O on Pyramid for tire service.
