If I could give ten stars I would!!! Nathan Beck has gotten me out of more than one safety hazard! He is quick to reply and really has so much good information! I think I learn more stuff everytime we call him out to fix something!! Highly recommend his services!!!

The amount of gratitude I have for this business can't be summed up in a review but will try. Short synopsis to what led us to needing service...We're traveling from WA to CO with TX being our home. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats along for the ride. Nowhere near any familiar resources or the option to be stationary for any length of time. Our travel trailer decided to retire a leaf spring at the truck stop when we stopped for a fill-up. A quick call, a short wait, and he arrives to fix our dilemma... smile and all. He came fully prepared, had all the necessary tools and parts to do the job on-site, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours from when we first found the problem. Highly recommend and would definitely use his services for regular maintenance and upkeep if we lived closer.Forever grateful for such wonderful and expedient service.Thank you!Service: Steering & suspension repair

NO ONE IS BETTER THAN THIS MAN RIGHT HERE AT SERVICING ALL MY NEEDS!!!I can t say enough how much Nathan has done for me in almost a year. He has always come and taken care of all my needs. His services are beyond words and his attention to detail is impeccable. He has always been able to provide whatever service that is needed. I will use his services for as long as he is able to provide them. He always has the right tool to complete the job and knows how to use them.

My wife and I were on our way to a camping trip in NV when our trailer broke a leaf spring. Not knowing how to fix it ourselves or get off the road safely we checked online for a mobile repair shop. We had the best of luck contacting Nathan Beck of Beck's Mobile repair and welding. He showed up quickly and went out of his way to make the repair and get us back on the road in a timely manner. Nathan was so professional and courteous we could not have been more pleased with the experience. A broken equalizer on your camper is not the way you want to start a cross-country trip, but there we were, stranded at a rest stop in the wild, wild West. We called our "roadside assistance" provider, but they were less than helpful because we needed a roadside repair and they only do towing. We started searching Google Maps and it didn't take long to find Beck's Mobile Repair & Welding. Turns out our breakdown couldn't have happened in a better place, because Nathan Beck really saved the day, and told us exactly what happened and what to do to avoid the same problem again. He even spot checked the frame of our camper for any issues. He gave us a lesson on what we should inspect before every trip, and the whole time he was friendly and very easy to talk to. He even invited us to call him anytime if we have questions for him. I know I'm going to take him up on that offer someday, because his knowledge was obvious, and he demonstrated it clearly. An example, he already had all the parts we needed on his truck, because he said our issue is extremely common, so he keeps the parts stocked. We were back on the road 3 hours after Mr. Beck arrived. I highly recommend his business. Thank you, Nathan. I'll call you soon.

Nathan was able to quickly help us get back on the road after our trailer fell apart on the way home from Burning Man. And for less than the quotes we received just to have it towed to Reno, let alone having it fixed. Thanks again Nathan!

Nathan helped us in a very difficult situation when our travel trailer broke down in a remote location in northern Nevada and we had to leave it there. He responded quickly, was very professional, communicated well at each step in the process, had the parts he needed in his truck, and even pulled the trailer back to Reno for us. We highly recommend Beck s Mobile Repair & Welding. We will call on him to help us again in the future.

Reached out to Beck s auto repair in desperation to get our trailer fixed . Nate the owner went above and beyond!!! He was kind, courteous, attentive . Nathan helped me out with a solid this morning diagnosing an issue with my differential, he doesn't work on regular autos so it was a big ask to have him come out and look at my tundra but he did it and was a helpful and professional mechanic to get me back on track for a cross country move.Thank you!

Nathan came to our rescue when we had 2 leaf springs break on our 5th wheel. HANDS DOWN, Beck's Mobile Repair is the place to get your repair done. Nathan is top notch, doesn't mess around, carries parts, very knowledgeable and communicates! Our trailer was fully loaded and we had to be out of our house due to our sale and be on the road. Then our bearings blew out! It was a very stressful situation. We have used many contractors in many situations and know right away when we have a good one. I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone but Beck's Mobile Repair. Thank you Nathan!!! You save us! Lynda

Nathan came out to look at a trailer we were having issues with. He was extremely knowledgable, and more importantly honest. How many repair businesses would tell you the truth about your trailer? Not many, most would take your money knowing the trailer was done for. I am so happy I didn't throw good money after bad, and fix something that wasn't worth it. It is refreshing to find a repair service with integrity. He could of fixed it, and he gave me a quote but told me the truth that this was the first of many problems I was going to have. Can't say enough about this guy! I wanted my new to me fifthwheel check for axle and brake service before I towed it over the sierras. Turns out the brakes were covered in grease so Nathan replaced them and educated me on how to properly maintain them and the axles. He was available short notice, took the time to explain everything he was doing before he did it. Very honest and knowledgeable, he clearly understands the customer service side of his business and went above and beyond while keeping his price fair! Highly recommend!!

Beck s Mobile Repair is awesome! Don t hesitate for a second to call! On a busy day he helped my husband and I while on a road trip through Reno. Our bearing on our axel blew and every RV & Trailer spot nearby was 3 weeks till the end of September out. We called Beck s Mobile Repair and within 15 minute got help!! We truly could not have gotten any more lucky and he was so helpful and gave us so many tips about how to take care of our teardrop trailer (first timers). Nathan was responsive, courtious and very professional. I needed my 16 ft trailer serviced before taking off on a long trip. I hired him and he quoted a brake inspection and wheel bearing lubrication and servicing. He went above and beyond. Educated me on my tire pressure and lug nut care. My favorite part, he did not condesend to a female owner, but rather helped me better understand what maintenace stuff I can do.He was GREAT and I highly recommend him.PS the extra time and attention didn't cost a thing. Our Boat trailer broke a leaf spring 5 hours in a 17 hour trip. We could not locate a tow truck so we called Nathan. He was on another job and promised he would fix our trailer. He came prepared with all the parts and a monster work truck that had all the tools he needed. He worked non stop, in the heat of the day , so we could continue our trip. We had some follow up questions , after the repair and he promptly returned our call. He stands behind his work. We were so fortunate that Nathan was there to help us out.He is an Angel that helped us so much. Guys like him are very few and extremely far apart. He rocks my world! Nathan (Beck's Mobile repair) rocks! We were stuck on the side of the road with our trailer and kids. Called Nathan, he asked us to text him pictures of the damage and he was there within 15 min. He's professional, fast, reliable BUT the best thing is he had ALL parts on his truck! He carries a huge assortment of parts and tools and can fix anything! Really nice guy, knowlegeable, and was honest and trustworthy during a difficult and scary brakedown. Highly recommend!

Nathan is an outstanding mechanic. A true craftsman who will get it done right with top notch customer service. We lost 2 leaf springs on our travel trailer coming out of Jackson Meadows and were able to limp it into Truckee. It was a Saturday and there were no repair shops open on the weekend and every campground was booked up. Nathan was the only one to respond back to the many voice messages I left to various shops. Over the phone he was able to educate me on my suspension system and my options. He drove out and performed all repairs at our stranded location and I ended up with an upgraded suspension that will last us many years to come at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Becks Mobile repair to anyone needing work done weather you are stranded or not!

Our 5th wheel trailer had a breakdown on a Sunday afternoon, thank goodness close to our house. We called Nathan that afternoon, he was out of the state at the time. He returned our call at 7:30 Monday morning to schedule an appointment. He went to his first appointment that day and showed up here after that. Within his prescheduled time he replaced our wheel bearings on one axle, replaced a brake drum then went on to check every wheel and aired all of the tires up. Due to his promptness and carrying his parts with him enabled us to depart on our vacation the next day as planned. Thank you so much Nathan. Death Valley was a lot of fun.

Called Nathan to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle - he was incredibly responsive, provided great communication, and did an exceptionally thorough inspection with detail videos and commentary. 6 stars if possible, would recommend and trust him again in a heartbeat.

Nathan arrived to me, stuck and stranded in the past snow storm. Not only did he get me out, he also set me up with new chains, taught me how to use them as well as digging my whole truck out in just and hour and a half. This man is professional and went above and beyond. He even stayed with me till I got to a safe spot to recheck my chains. Hopefully I don't end up in another situation like this, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. Nathan Beck, fast, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and compassionate. This man is the best.

As I logged in to write my 5 star review of my experience with Nathan and Beck's Mobile Repair I was very disheartened to see a 1 star review by a disgruntled young lady whom, as it turns out, had not requested his services only had an incident between herself and his work truck on the interstate. I find it unsettling that a person can leave a review for a business in a negative fashion only to air personal grievances. Many of these owner/operator businesses rely heavily on the reviews from people that have actually used their service. 5 Star ratings are very rare and one of the reasons I contacted him myself. Today i noticed that his 5 Star rating had dropped to 4.8 due to her review. Unsettled by this I must say:Interstate travel is dangerous any time, in her experience maybe she was in his blind spot, maybe traffic in the lane he was shifting from filled in so he could not go back to the original lane...I would also guess that in a truck the size of his that he was unable to see a child in the back. I would praise this young lady for being attentive enough to avoid a bad situation, and suggest that maybe she give large trucks more room to maneuver as they cannot speed up nor stop with any urgency. I would also suggest when leaving reviews for any business, that she rates the actual business and how they performed the service in which they were hired and leave personal issues for another forum.I have needed Beck's Mobile Repair twice now and Nathan has replied, responded and fixed each situation with the utmost professionalism and precision that is hard to come by these days. His knowledge of anything on wheels and his willingness to educate is refreshing and welcome. So, 5 Stars from me! Thank you Nathan! Hopefully....won't see ya again unless it's over a campfire! JCN

I used Beck's while at PRCA Reno Rodeo, Nathan was professional dependable reliable and dang handy. He diagnosed the problem and worked on my generator until he fixed it. He had to leave to get parts and returned promptly to fix the problem. Thanks a million!! I would definitely recommend this place of business!!

We were participating in the Reno Air Races and had a problem with the generator on the 5th wheel trailer that we use in our race pit. We called Nathan and even though he doesn't normally do that kind of work, he came right out because he knew that we were in a bind. After a lot of troubleshooting, he was unable to repair the unit and gave us some suggestions for the future, which was appreciated. Knowing that we really needed to have power to the trailer, he was kind enough to loan us TWO of his Honda generators to get us by. This was certainly above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot thank him enough for the kindness. I would recommend Nathan to anyone, anytime !

This review is for waveGUARD, the company we work for. The owner was pulling a 5th wheel trailer when smoke was noticed coming from one of the tires. After many phone calls, they reached Beck's Mobile Repair and Nathan came to repair the wheel bearing and lubed the other three wheel bearings too. I called Nathan early this morning because I had killed the battery on my 5th wheel RV (left a light on while it was in storage for a month) and couldn't get a big enough charge from my truck to work the landing legs so I could hook up and move it. Nathan responded quickly and was able to meet me within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue, charged the batteries, had me hooked up and ready to go, and even filled up my tires, all in less than 30 minutes (the one other mobile repair we called still hasn't even responded to our message yet, 10 hours later). My wife and I are new to owning an RV and Nathan was helpful enough to let us know what to look out for and do in case we ran our batteries dry. He even went as far as giving us directions for an alternate route to help us avoid areas of high winds on the highway because we were expected to have up to 60mph wind gusts! All in all, Nathan was knowledgable, fast, affordable, and beyond helpful. I hope we don't need his assistance again but if we do, we will absolutely be calling him.
