I can't be more happier, Geronimo the customer service rep was great, Jeff the mechanic did great work and Ray the parts tech and Jeff the owner gave me confidence and transparency in the entire experience. My truck required a new engine replacement and it was a big job. They helped in navigating the warranty minefield and sourcing all the parts. I like the way they communicated with me during the whole process and checks along the way to making sure the work was done correctly and efficiently. I feel there is a lot of mistrust in the auto repair industry, from the warranty side thought the shop and repair side. A Master Mechanic has restored and exceeded that trust and did a great service to me in fixing my truck. It runs great! And will be going strong for years to come. I wish there was a sixth star to give them because they earned it.

Very pleased with the work on my f150. Geronimo, the service advisor I delt with, was great.he stayed in touch with me with updates during the time they had my vehicle. Other than maybe the length of time to get all the parts (which I believe was not their fault), the service was very good. I would recommend this company if asked.

Had to get on a last minute business trip and the vehicle assessment with pictures was detailed and accurate. The brakes performed so well with new transmission fluid and coolant was due.. Also have an active list of what to address later.. An overall great experience, I have confidence in the repair and maintenance service quality with OEM parts and fluids. No short cuts here. Also the cleanest shop you will ever see in your life tells me everything they do is high order. Thanks for the great service.

I was very pleased with the service on the Toyota 4 runner. The brakes were inspected before the approval to replace and fix the brakes. My wife says the brakes work better than expected and was very pleased with the brake system job. Thanks to the Mechanics that work at A Master Mechanic. They are all ASE Certified in what they're specialized in. So I'm sure you would get the vehicle worked on with the right Certified Mechanic. Thanks to the A Master Mechanic Team. Great Job. I have been in this shop many times for a variety of things some simple and some complex. I am always excited to bring my vehicles in to get honest and transparent service. The repair was for my 84 year old mother s Mercedes. It had an issue with the power steering pump. We worked with Geronimo and he was extremely sensitive to our needs. I live in another state so finding someone you trust and feel comfortable working with is very important. Geronimo was extremely communicative with my mother which I greatly appreciate. He went through the vehicle and 3-4 other issues as well. He called promptly with an estimate and we had him commence with the service.they had to order the parts and said the car would be ready on Friday. Friday came and at 1:00 pm that day he called to say the car was ready.?wow!! Everything from start to finish was done as we were told and with the utmost professionalism. I will recommend anyone I know Master technicians and Geronimo. A truly great and honest company.

All mechanical defects found were clearly documented and communicated to me in a timely manner. The pros and cons of taking or not taking the recommended corrective actions was also clearly communicated in a straight forward, easy to understand way.I am planning on bringing other vehicles to this service location, and recommended others do the same!

My relationship with A Master Mechanic goes back 15 years. I've owned 2 Cherokees and it's my favorite vehicle. My first cherokee was a 4 cyl and Jeff found me a reliable used motor and exhaust. I drove it for 7 years then gave it away still running. I bought a 4door 92 with the trusty 6 cyl about 11 years ago and after approx 300,000 miles I decided to replace the motor. It was an instant decision on who to do this. It was an easy consult with Dave and I was pleased to find out that AMM is a dealer on Jasper motors and I really wanted one. I also had planned our summer vacation the first week of June. With just 3-4 weeks time the AMM crew had my Jasper motor ordered and installed with all of my bolt-on upgrades, radiator and new exhaust. Jeff personally oversaught the install and performed some of the work himself. Timed perfectly we broke in the new motor while driving to Ely on our vacation. We drove that beast through mud, water, snow and salt as we decided on a day trip to Salt Lake City. The Jeep drove flawlessly and I had no worries taking it 15-20 miles from civilization on rugged dirt roads and 1500+ miles road driving with my fiance and my 71yr old mother. We all had the best time.A Master Mechanic delivers what it's name promises and I would never consider another shop over this one. I've seen them grow from a little shop down the street a bit to owning their full mechanic shop that is impressive and beautiful. A Master does great work on my vehicles for a competitive price. The waiting room is exceptional. TV, free drinks, snacks, pool table, shuffleboard & plenty of current reading material. The women's room is very clean. The employees are polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I was impressed how quick master mechanic found the problem with my GMC Canyon.I had taken it to the GMC Dealer twice and another Diesel shop twice neither one of them could find the problem. Master mechanic found it quickly fixed it, now the truck runs great.I highly recommend this shop .John Mort.

Reverse camera on 2015 Explorer just quit working. Their tech was able to reset it and upgrade other software. They also gave vehicle a thorough fluid check,etcFriendly staff and comfortable waiting area.

Fast friendly service. Completed just as quoted. A Master Mechanic replaced my motor mounts in just a few hours for just under the quoted price and informed me of any other worn vehicle components to keep in eye on and/or plan for future service needs. Great people, service, and quality. My control arm bushings are starting to wear and I will be back when replacement is necessary. Highly recommend A Master Mechanic.

I took a vehicle in over three weeks ago for service. After three weeks, there was no contact. I called everyday for the next few days and was told each time that they didn't have any information for me but that someone would give me a call back later in the day. After the fourth day of this, I expressed my frustration. I was given the same response, that somebody would get back to me. They finally got back to me this morning and told me that after holding my vehicle for over three weeks, they won't be able to service it and that I'll need to take it to a dealership for service. They may be master mechanics, but they absolutely suck at taking care of customers appropriately.

We just started using A Master Mechanic as a provider for our fleet repair & service. We are extremely happy with our experience. Great communication from Fred, the work has been performed as described & they go the extra steps to inform us of any preventative maintenance needed. If I knew the names of the technicians I would give them a shout out as well. I will be using them for my personal vehicle as well

My Jeep Compass needed a difficult to find engine. That said, they found one and installed it. They did a terrific job, the car runs beautifully. I've definitely found a shop I can trust to do the job right, the first time. Next, they'll be installing a transmission. I would definitely recommend A Master Mechanic to anyone. A Master Mechanic has made some personel changes to cause my negative review and is working to resolve the issues with my car that were not taken care of in the previous visits. I feel Jeff the owner is making a strong effort to correct any misunderstandings between myself and his business.

These guys are our go to shop. They absolutely ABSOLUTELY stand by their work. They ve taken care of our 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 for many years, keeping it roadworthy for us.If you re looking for a shop that you can get a hold of, that keeps you updated and in the loop- then these are your guys.If you re looking for a shop that is trustworthy and honest, then this is the shop for you.If they don t know something- then they ll tell you that- which is so refreshing!!.... and then they ll work very diligently to find out the answer.I m a trucker of 23 years, and I can tell you that having a shop of such integrity is a very rare and wonderful thing!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Scroll down for updates. After getting my car back. I lifted the hood to check the work and a see a bright red hose with a heat wrap on it. Looks like it is protected it from a bracket that was next to the hose. After driving it home, there seems to be a smell of burning rubber I think coming from it now and a weird sound when I am at a light or stop. Update. After talking to them. They are going to replace the hose. Update just like what their signs says making it right under the hood.Service: Auto water leak repair

Went in for emissions testing of my vehicle- great service on entering and was led to a very nice lounge (with TV, magazines, game tables, snacks, restrooms, etc) on the side of the shop while waiting. Super fast visit, friendly staff, fair pricing and overall a very nice experience! Recommend.

Very, very satisfied with the service at A Master Mechanic. That's with both the customer service and the vehicle service. Dave, my service advisor was attentive and knowledgeable. He kept me posted via text as my service was ongoing. The mechanic (unknown) did a wonderful job as well. I am the original owner of my 99 Tacoma (398k miles), which means I know it inside & out, and I know exactly when it's driving right and when it's wrong. After my service at A Master Mechanic, my truck is driving just like it should.

They deserve 5 Stars because they are a very professional and friendly staff, they are up to date on training,and knowledge, equipment, technology. Very accommodating to the customer for service, rides to and from wherever you need when dropping off your vehicle. Has fantastic accommodations for Clients waiting for their vehicle or ride... The customer lounge is wonderful with leather couches, tables, arcade games, pool table, shuffle board, TV, popcorn, treats, fridge stocked with cold sodas and water., Coffee, Tea, hot chocolate! The restrooms are top notch clean and roomy. Windows in the lounge to actually watch work being done! Awesome stylus pens they'll give you one (if you ask)... The property is huge! The building goes from Glendale all the way to the next street And storage property on the west to the corner! That's what I know. Oh and when the mechanic gets to working on your vehicle, that is his job and he/she sticks to it from that moment until done and I think that is great! I probably left something out but someone else can fill in the blanks! They got my last truck fixed so I could sell it and got me out of a tight situation where I needed to sell it but engine light would not go out. Same thing now with my second truck here now. Thank you A Master Mechanic!

Unfortunately it appears this shop did not want our business. I inquired about getting a smog on my older vehicle and the person I spoke with stated he would get back to us and let us know and it has been 2 days and no one has contacted us. Very unprofessional! They could of at least contacted us to let us know they were not able to help us! Our car has passed smog with no issues but our mechanic retired after 35 years this year and we were looking for a new shop. With all the great reviews we contacted your company hoping you can help us but instead we were ignored. Not happy at all!

Great experience at Master Mechanic...they fixed my AC, have a very clean shop, lobby and bathrooms and we're great at keeping me posted on what was going on with my truck. The shuttle girl was also great!! All in all a very pleasant experience. Over the course of numerous years, I have brought 3 different vehicles to this business. This is my first review. I felt they deserve it, and have proven themselves to me, with such a successful streak. Each time I've needed repairs, the diagnostic was timely. The repairs were completed within 2 days. Most importantly, I've never had to return for the same problem. They repaired it, and it was good to go. My experience with them has been pain free. I know it can't always be like this, but I've had flawless success with A Master. I had yet another great experience with a A-master mechanic servicing our plumbing fleet. They found all the issues and were able to repaired them in a timely manner. Very professional and excellent service!! They are always willing to go the extra mile. It is hard when I am working in Truckee and my wife is here in Reno having to service the vans, her being able to drop them off the vans and get a ride back to our home makes the world of differences. Hello! I started coming to A master mechanic in 2021 after hearing their radio ads and looking for something more affordable than the dealership for services and repairs. I was happy w their work on my 2018 highlander and now have brought in our 2013 Lexus for service. They did a great job with both. I needed a driver's side wheel hub replaced and went back to AMaster Mechanic after a 1-plus year hiatus, having gotten my car maintenance done at a station closer to my Office.
