Great experience!We were going out for a ride with a few friends. While we were doing our pre-trip inspection my Lady noticed our friend's rear tire was chunked out.So we all started calling places for pricing/availability/service. I won because I called Street Rider!They installed a new tire for the tire quote itself from other places, and had it installed before we could finish breakfast! On a Saturday! During Hot August Nights!Super friendly and honest! Highly recommended!Thanks for saving our ride! (And probably my buddies life)

I came in late for an appointment. The crew was still accommodating to me. Saved me a ton of money over the dealerships, with the same quality work. They are fair priced well below any dealership out there and make you feel like you re part of the family no matter what you re riding. Paul is the best. I got my R7 Dyno Tuned over here. They did a great job. Brought my ninja 650 for a tire change and accommodated me no problem.they put in a power commander on the R7 and tuned it and got the bike as promised.

Steve was great, he first took the time to talk with me about options for a tuner and dyno tuning, he was honest and very helpful. I purchased a tuner, he was able to update the firmware and download a tune to our bike while we waited, no appointment and busy with Street Vibrations Rally. Steve was knowledgeable and professional, he also took the time to explain how to use the tuner in the future. Thank you STEVE

Stephen at Street Rider has worked on both my Fat Bob and Street Glide and I couldn't be happier with the results. Before I bought my first Harley or had them do any work, Paul took the time to give me great advice on what to look for in a used bike. Great service. Had a miscommunication (probably my fault) about when my bike would be picked up (wouldn't start) and the owner just volunteered to come by and pick it up after hours.They promptly answer calls. They seem to have their stuff together.Additionally, they did a thorough inspection the did a comprehensive explanation of what was what -- why it was done -- they called multiple times to talk things through and talk about pricing and options.Their garage is fantastic. Everyone is a hard worker and they seem like genuinely good people.

Had new bars installed on my 2020 Road King Special. Stephen was a big help on helping me find the bars I was looking for, and made sure the bars were adjusted right for my comfort. Definitely recommend Street Rider and will be having them do future work on my bike.

Very nice shop regardless of what you ride. I m a sport bike guy and found everything I needed. Bought a helmet there a couple years ago and the not only had a replacement part/visor in stock fixed for me while I waited and ordered me a clear one for night. Thx again.

These guys are great! I was on a ride from the central valley to Reno over Hwy 80 to meet friends for the start of a longer run. I blew out my front wheel bearings coming over the hill and limped into their shop at 4:30 on a Friday for help. Even though they were getting ready to close they immediately pulled me in and changed out my bearings. I was back on the road within 20 minutes to finish my 2,100 mile ride. Thanks guys for the great service.

Brought my Ninja ZX6R down and Paul tuned it on the Dyno that evening and I picked it up the next afternoon. Very relaxed kick back shop. I enjoyed the vibe I got from everyone in there and I'm sure if I need something and they have it I'll go there to get it.

Paul and crew have taken excellent care of my bike and I for many years. I know I am safe when I ride off which, to me, is the most important thing. They treat me with respect and never do anything unnecessary or without talking through it with me. As a female rider these things are what keep me coming back!

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like Street Rider was ready to go to work. I had not rode my Harley in 20 years. It was not street ready. Other shops said I needed a lot of unnecessary work and they were too busy to proceed. Paul was upfront and honest. Didn't try to sell me service I didn't need. The technician, Stephen, called me and discussed the issues. They eliminated the low speed wobble and the braking is now superior. The work was completed in 2 days and the value was exceptional! I ve only had one experience with Street Rider so far but I was impressed. After Reno HD quoted me almost $500 for a front tire, I decided to look around. Street Rider got me in and done for half the price for the same tire and it was done in about 35 minutes. Don t waste your money, go here for your work.

Excellent service from the top down. Super accommodating. I purchased a set of tires for my Triumph from my winter home in Florida and they let me store them and get the full rebate. Paid for the whole lot upfront. A month and 1/2 later back in NV and got the tires installed. Great folks some of the best in town for sure.

Great customer service! Great shop all around! Great selection of tires in stock. I am from out of town and called these guys at closing time because I needed a tire, they were very friendly on the phone and set me up with an appointment first thing the next day! I was in and out and had a brand new tire mounted within 45 minutes for a great price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Reno area that needs any work done to their motorcycle.

Dropped off my bike literally minutes before they closed for the night and they had my new tube installed on my rear tire before I woke up the next morning. Best price I could find. Great experience with the guys. Definitely will be back and recommending to friends.

Very poor customer service, refused to explain pricing. Below their pay grade I guess. So in honor of their request I went elsewhere. Reno Motorsports customer service was awesome. I recommend Reno Motorsports by far above street rider shop.

I arrived into Street Rider of Reno on the afternoon of Monday July 1st, 2019, after encountering fuel problems with my 2016 Concours 14. As I was in the middle of a ride and heading back to Canada, Lead Mechanic Jerome and the Shop Manager (sorry, forgot his name), stayed and worked on my bike until 2030 in the evening even though the shop closed at 1730. The level of service and commitment to help fix my bike and get me back on my road trip was absolutely fantastic. They could have easily turned me away or told me to come back another day as many shops would have done. Unfortunately service like this is not as common place as it used to be. The diagnostics performed by the guys were accurate and the guidance to resolve my bike issues long term were exactly as required. I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat after experiencing the extremely high level of professionalism and dedication. Value for money was worth every penny. Thank you Street Rider of Reno for your assistance during my cross country ride, truly appreciated!!!
