Look no further!! Let me Explain,I initially brought my car in because my steering wheel was shaking when going past 60 mph on the freeway, and when I use the brakes it slightly shakes. So they had a look at it, and one of their technicians took it for a drive and came to the conclusion that I needed new tie rods on both the front left and right side. The work was done efficiently and they let me watch the entire time, and I paid when it was done. After leaving, everything seemed great for a little while, and then I slowly started, realizing the wheel was still shaking a bit when I was on the freeway, and using the brakes. I went on in denial about it for over four months and drove 7000 miles on the vehicle before realizing maybe I should bring this back to the shop so they could see what s going on here because the problem seemed to kind of never go away.this is when I was really worried because I have had some bad experiences in the past with auto bodies so I gave them a call and the owner whose name is Casey came to the phone and asked me how he could help and told me to bring the car in right away so he could have a look And told me that everything would be okay.When I came in the professionalism by Casey and the way I could truly feel that he cared about me as a customer Completely blew me away.Even though I should ve called him right away when the problem occurred and not waited as long as I did, His words were..And I quote.. I ll tell you what let me take it for a test drive personally and have a look at it and if I can t make the shaking stop and fix the problem then I will give you back a full refund to your $700 that you paid for the tie rods you do not get any responses like that of accountability from auto bodies these days and not only did he completely fix the problem and the shaking stopped 100% as he came to the conclusion I needed new brakes and rotors and on the previous visit it must ve not has been as visible, but this was clearly the problem to him and he won hundred percent solved it and the car is driving so safe and secure but most of all made me feel safe and secure the entire time and over and beyond any expectation I could ve had.I had to leave a detailed review because you do not get customer service like this too often and I would highly recommend going to this place Reno Auto Works Before you go anywhere else!!!Absolutely best experience I have ever had with my car, Thanks again!!!

Casey and the Reno Auto Works staff are always great about getting us in for an appointment when everyone else in Reno is booked virtually months out. Their pricing is reasonable and the work is quality and thorough; more so than any factory dealer I ve taken my car to. Availability, product and technical knowledge, and customer service are huge points here that keep me a loyal customer. Thanks and highly recommended!

Casey at Reno Auto Works is the absolute best mechanic I have done business with. I have owned several BMW's and recently bought a used one and live and work near Reno Auto Works and stopped in. I'm a Breast cancer survivor and just had my 7th and last surgery last month and my BMW went to Casey's shop a week before my big surgery and I had no worries because from the start Casey was so honest and sent me a detailed break down of costs for repairs and waited patiently for my approval. He was absolutely amazing because my recovery was long last month and waited patiently for me to pay and pick up my BMW. Casey is an angel on this journey of mine always so kind, professional and honest. I appreciate him so much I needed my car to be dependable and he made sure if this and made Time to get me the best deal on labor and parts. Thanks Casey for being an amazing business owner and a honest and kind one. RENO is blessed to have you and I have highly recommended you to many. Casey and the folks at Reno Autoworks are fantastic. Service is fast. Many things are fixed same day. I have 4 vehicles that I take there and I can not say enough good things about the shop. 6 stars!

Hi,My son's Subaru was making a grinding noise when he used the brakes. This shop does a free brake inspection so I made an appointment for Saturday (I called in on a Thursday). Within an hour I got a call back with a diagnosis of a warped brake pad spring, which was the source of the grinding. We picked up the car a little later and when I asked how much we owed, the technician said there was no charge- the fix was easy and their inspections were free. OMG, I was stunned! Thanks so much to Reno Auto Works for doing such a fast and professional job at a very reasonable price! (free lol)

Casey saved my trip to Burning Man!!!! Was able to drop my Excursion off and Casey was able to find a starter for me, fix my AC and repair my turbo intake. Love Reno Auto Works!!!! Hallelujah!! I finally found my Forever auto repair shop! Casey and his crew went above and beyond to save me money and provided excellent service! So here it is my first review ever!HANDS DOWN BEST AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE!Casey and his team have solved some serious issues that others couldn t! They are excellent diagnosticians and they truly know their stuff ! My repairs are always out of the norm but they just got my whole line up of vehicles . They are very cost conscious! They had to go way over on hours to figure my problem truck out yet they stuck to their original quote to diagnose and wouldn t let me pay extra ! I will give him peaches off my fruit tree ! Very impressed ! Quality and clean work!But please don t tell too many people cuz I ve got enough vehicles to keep them busy for ourselves.

I believe I have found a new car repair shop in my neighbourhood. Casey the owner and his mechanic were very honest about the A/C repairs to my old 2004 vehicle. She is still kicking! The mechanic talked to Casey right in front of me about the repairs needed, they didn t have to hide behind closed doors to discuss ripping off a female customer. My Old Betsy Will be visiting them again next time she s not feeling well. Thanks guys! I wish you continued growth on your business.Service: Air conditioning

I can not express the gratitude I have for this Shop! We were driving in from California for a day trip to Reno on Saturday when my alternator went out. We were panicked and just knew that it would be impossible to get it repaired on a weekend. I called Reno Auto Works and Casey told me to bring the car in. Not only did he offer to look at it on a Saturday after 2:00pm, he had it fixed just a few hours after it was dropped off by the tow truck! I would highly recommend family and friends, this will be the second time I've used them and they have great prices for the professional services they offer, Serviced my BMW AC and now fixed My Electrical problem on my 2011 Chevy 2500 H.D as I was having problems with my fans Mike went out of his way to repair professionally and in a timely manner. Can't stress enough how happy I am. will be a returning customer for any other problems I run through in the future. Huge THANKS to Casey and Mike for the great work they offer. Mike is awesome! He really knows his craft! He got me in same day, great communication about my Yukon's issue, explained his diagnostic process in detail (which I find to be very rare in the auto mechanic's world). **update 3-15-23**Still excellent! I love how they show you not just tell you what work they did on your vehicle. Just got more work done on the same car.Michael was excellent! I was in a pinch needing to get a prepurchase inspection prior to buying a car from a private party. Michael fit me in within a day when other places were over a week out and they charged over $30 more than what Michael charged. The inspection went well so I ended up getting brakes done, power steering fluid replaced , filter changed, rotors switched and the car runs great!!! It was shaking back and and forth due to the breaks and the steering wheel was stiff. I would have got my alignment done there also but they don't do it. Highly recommend. Mom n pop shop, locals, not cooperation owned.

I was in a major bind with my parents car (both of them were in the hospital and I was bumming rides from my cousin - I don't live in the same state). I called Casey and not only was he able to help me right away he did everything he could to save as much money as possible. I can't say enough good stuff about this shop! If you take your vehicle here, you can rest assured they will treat you right and not rip you off! When everywhere else booked appts 2-3 months out, Reno Auto Works got me in and out in 24hrs 3 days after I came to them after my emergency. I didn't realize my power steering needed total replacement as bad as it did. They probably saved my life by fixing it so quickly. And it was much more affordable than I thought it would be. They even replaced little things to make sure it ran like brand new. While traveling through Reno, I hit some black ice and crashed on some snow. I knew I needed emergency services to assess the damage but was met with unsympathetic replies across multiple shops until I called Reno Auto Works. They were SO friendly, caring, and fast. They got me in within a few hours and managed to fix the damage to my muffler my 2021 Mazda 3 sustained the same day. I was able to continue my road trip safely. Reno Auto Works were my personal heroes and I will not be forgetting them. Highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Unbelievable service!!! Casey and Michael went out of their way to diagnose my misfire problem. Explained all work to be done, reasons for work and cost of work completely. 2019 Dodge Ram is now in perfect running order. A level of trust that is hard to come by in this day and age of auto repair. Truly a throwback garage, the way things used to be. Would highly recommend Casey's garage/AutoWorks to anyone that needs a skilled mechanic and a trustworthy environment. What an amazing auto repair! Casey and mike are absolutely amazing! My truck broke down visiting family and Casey and mike squeezed my truck in rebuilding the whole rear end to make sure I made it home safely! Would absolutely recommend them to all my family and friends! They are so thorough and make sure you know every step they take! So friendly as well! Thank you Casey and mike! 100/100

I ve been in Reno for over 20 years and have never found our auto shop. Well, we found it. They have done work on our Escape, F-150, Lexus and Jeep. Super pleased with their quality of work, their efforts to keep costs down and their customer service. Super nice guys! These guys are awesome. I've had car trouble twice now and they were able to get me in within a day and fix it on the spot. They charge fair prices and are always looking for ways to save me money. They have also done their best to get any replacement parts covered under warranty. ONLY shop I use in Reno. Very smart, friendly staff, efficient when fixing issues. Prices are affordable and work ethic is never questioned. Appreciate all the help from them, I will be returning when needed!
