Mike is honest and a class act. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Without getting into details, an issue arose during the road test after the work was complete, which resulted in needing different tires. Mike went beyond just normal customer service to notify me of the issue and work out a solution that I was satisfied with. Highly recommend this shop based on Mike's honesty, integrity, and customer service.

Mike and his crew are amazing! I've been taking my vehicles to him for over a decade. I know that he'll make sure any issues are fixed right the first time. He will send you to someone reliable if you have a problem his shop doesn't handle. Couldn't ask for better!

Mike is committed to service. Straight forward questions and results. Truck wasn't passing smog check... Mike fixed the problem and even did a smog certification for me. Awesome service! 5 STARS! My new goto repair shop!

I have been bringing my cars to Mike Morgan for years. He is a very experienced mechanic who has very fair rates and excellent customer service. He has diagnosed many tricky problems over the years and kept my cars safe and running.

Mike and his terrific staff are the only mechanics I use. I have found an honest shop that doesn't it right the first time!Mike takes the time to talk to explain the issue(s)and I never get the feeling he does "extra " work to maximize his profit.Feels good to support a small business that works hard to build your trust. I highly recommend.

Mike is great! I had the top end done on my truck and so far everything seems to be running correctly. I stopped by randomly and got to see the progress they were making on my truck. They gave me all my old parts and explained in great detail what was going on with my truck. I also had a great deal of knowledge about what was going on with my truck so I could tell they weren t trying to rip me off, I knew about how much it would cost and they ball parked the same numbers.

Mike is THE nicest! He fixed us up great, took the time to walk us through the work he was doing and the recommendations he made. He and his guys are extremely trustworthy and I feel safer driving around now. Would highly recommend.

Mike and his team are thorough and observant. Beyond that, they prioritize the needs of the customer and do what they can to make things work on your timeline. Mike talks to you like an intelligent person and can demonstrate for you what is wrong and why the work needs to be done. Courteous and friendly service that makes you feel better about your potentially upsetting car problems. Mike is going to be my mechanic as long as I'm in Reno.

Mike has been servicing and repair our vehicles for nearly 20 years. He is dependable, thorough, and offers valuable and honest advice. There was one instance where I fouled up my repair on changing the ignition wires and he fixed it at no charge. He and his crew are the best mechanics I've ever encountered.

Very professional, honest and cares about his customers. Had torn o2 sensor harness and repaired it fast and professionally with testing to make sure everything is working. This guy will tell you how it is and give you what you want as long as it's not overlyDamaged but what I like about this shop is customer service and he will actually talk to you and tell you a few possible options until he fully assesses the issue for final diagnosis. Other shops I have been to they are cold and not concerned with what you are telling them so if you want honesty and good work then this should be your shop.

I brought my truck that failed smog to Mike. He took the time to explain the possible issues and options and then found the problem and fixed it in no time. I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend Mike to friends (which is how I found out about him).
