Mercedes Reno service department is good to work with. Their service managers are good people; they work hard to make dure your car is serviced properly and you are informed of the progress. We ve been happy with the work they ve done and that my car is clean and ready to go when we pick up. They are efficient and offer rides.

I had my car towed there after work because of a grinding sound in front right. I was afraid to drive it.Even though I had no prior appt, they looked it over and fixed it the very next day. And washed the car. It was a rock wedged in front brake. They removed it AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME. They could have easily charged me the evaluation fee of 250.00 plus time to remove tire and remove rock.Thank you Mercedes of Reno!!John Test2018 C 300

My first Visit to Reno MZB, booked the Express service the night before and was promptly helped upon arrival. I left an hour and half later with completed service and a positive experience. Definitely recommend Reno MBZ, I felt well taken care of and will be back.

Purchased my Mercedes one year ago through Jaclyn Bohall in sales. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made the purchasing experience almost effortless. Recently I had the one year service through Reggie?, I believe in the Service Department. He was also very professional, friendly and helpful. The Service Department was very busy and took a little longer than expected, but hey , it happens. Very pleased with the overall experience and professionalism of all staff I've encountered at this dealership.

Had my G-Wagon in for aSmall repair. My service advisor is Sean. What a wonderful experience. Sean takes care of everything and does an amazing job. This is my favorite Mercedes Dealership. I always get the best service here.

The mechanic is exceptional. He is friendly and knowledgeable. The other staff at the facility was disrespectful and condescending. Your online services are horrendous and need to be fixed. Falsifying appointments and quoting work at 25% actual needs to be fixed. I requested contact with manager and am waiting to hear back. Excluding the mechanic I d give you a 0/10

This is by far the worst place you could EVER take your Mercedes to get it serviced. The first time I had an issue with them, I gave the benefit of the doubt that they were just busy. Then, the second time I had an awful experience I was a bit frustrated. And recently I had another awful experience, and I will no longer go to the Mercedes Benz of Reno Service center.They have ZERO respect for customers, and the customer experience. If you are a younger Mercedes owner, they will not acknowledge you when you walk into the service center and walk right past you.One of my experiences with them, I had a scheduled appointment dropped of my car with the service advisor. He told me a few hours, and my car would be finished. He called me right before closing to let me know they haven't even pulled my car into the shop today. He asked if he could keep the car overnight. I told him I needed to call back and let him know. I called back minutes later and left a voicemail stating that was fine and I would pick it up the following day. The next day I could NOT get ahold of the service advisor and even called the GM and did not receive a call back. In the afternoon, the service advisor finally called me, and he apologized they still hadn't pulled my car into the shop because he didn't even know my car was still there. He told me he would prioritize it and get it done by the end of the day. The end of the day came, and surprise- he apologized and let me know they were too busy, and they did not get to the car yet.I was able to pick up the following day in the afternoon. I called the GM once again to talk about my frustrations. He never called me back.When you call to get a service, the schedulers are very nice and will tell you the service advisor will call you to tell you the recommended service to be done on your car prior to your appointment- but I promise you they will never call you. Even if you leave the service advisor voicemails including the GM.I suggest going to a different service center who is certified in German luxury cars because this place is NOT worth your time, money, frustrations, and lack of respect.

In just seven years, I have been through three Service Consultants. Sean Bouthillier is by far the best! Just when I was about to give up on the dealership, he renewed my faith. He was there when he said he was going to be, he used common sense in my service, and had my vehicle washed and ready when I arrived to pick it up. Thank you Sean!

I brought my car in for a B service. My service representative was considerate of my time and needs. My service was completed in a timely manner. I had a good experience which has not always been my experience at this dealership.I m happy I can give a 5 star review this time.

I made an appointment for a recall repair and drove 45 Minutes to the dealership. Upon arrival they said they don't have an appointment for me and they had no mechanics on duty. They then found the appointment but were not sure why they booked it for that time. Yeah me neither! They said I would have to come another time. Zero apologies or accountability on their end. I brought my vehicle back over a week later as that is the only time they had available. I arrived early as that is whenI could get a ride home. They skipped over me twice for appointments that were scheduled before me even though i had been there well before the others even arrived. That's fine as clearly my time means little to them. Beyond the two recalls that needed repair I asked for a quote for the 100,000 mile service and to get a spare key made. They said no problem but they wanted to keep the car until the EOD. I didn't receive a call nor a quote for the service or that my vehicle was ready until the next day and that was after leaving two messages. When I picked up my vehicle they said they don't make keys unless the car is towed in as there is a shortage of chips. They probably could have told me that when I asked for a key. I left the dealership and realized they had not given me the pink slip showing the recall was repaired so I had to wait to send it in to the DMV. I have never written a one star review of any business but I felt that Mercedes of Reno should try and hold themselves to a higher standard of service.

Literally, when I bought my car, it was one of the most best experiences I had buying a vehicle there was no pressure. The exchange was extremely quick, and it was just great service all the way around.. I typically get great service from this dealership

Service consultant, Sean Bouthillier, gave me an accurate overview of the work to be done and the time it would take. Then he kept me updated via text messages. My car was ready on time and was spotlessly clean.

on December 8th, 2023. I called Mercedes Benz of Reno to schedule an appointment. I was told that. The appointment was going to be for January 3, 2024, I informed them that I was going to bring my vehicle on January 2, 2024.On January 2, 2024, I talked to Sean, he said that he will call me and let me know what the mechanic said that need be done.I informed Sean that my vehicle was leaking oil. I did not hear from Sean, so on January 3, 2024, at 3pm I called Sean and left him a message, and around 5pm I called Sean again and left him another message, but Sean never called. On January 4, 2024, at 9 am I went to talked to Sean face to face, and he was surprised to see me, he said let me talk to the mechanic and let you know, at 11 am, he returned and said the power staring need to be replace.I okay it the job. on January 4 at 7:30 am Sean called and said the new part is in and the vehicle will be ready by noon.I understand that Sean is busy, but I think that Sean needs to communicate with the customer, and be more courteous, I am disappointed, because I have been a Mercedes Benz customer for 14 Years. This is the first time that I was treated so badly and the lack of communication it's so frustration.Thank you.Marina Thibeaux

I see why the reviews are so bad. 10 days ago I ordered $3000!!! Winter tires through THEIR website and scheduled a service appt. I didn t receive an email reminder (appt was set for tomorrow) so I called to confirm. She said she didn t see any appointment for me. I printed the confirmation page that clearly shows the appointment was scheduled successfully. The also received the tires I ordered. As I work a lot i specifically planned for the day as it is an hour from me and the service itself takes a few hours. The lady on the phone just kept telling me nothing she can do they re busy tomorrow and nobody would be able to help me if I came in. She d do what she can to get me a quick appointment and would call me back NEVER DID!!! Terrible service when you consider it s a 100k car and expensive tires. Will dispute the charge and take my business to the dealership in el dorado hills as it is about the same distance.Don t come here, better places to spend your money.

The Reno team does not hold up to their word at all !! After they get your money they forget your name ! Go to Chico Mercedes they are awesome and didn t even sell me the car , IMO - Chico Mercedes is top notch

Jim O Brien and Nick sales managers and Jackie Bohall, salesperson all three offer superior customer focused service in the best interest of customer and dealership. A definite win- win relationship giving me the opportunity to trade my 2021 gle350 for a 2024 gle350 in a timely and satisfying manner. This gle350 is the 7th or so Mercedes suv I have purchased at the Reno dealership and it feels like family now.

Service department is a joke. Expect to be told what you want to hear (if you can get anyone on the phone) to get you off the phone. You will be ignored and not have your calls returned when leaving a message. They are very slow and unprofessional. If the service writers are any indication of the quality of work performed I can t help but wonder how long my repairs are going to last. They seemingly don t care about the customer except when it comes to getting your car in for service and time to pay the bill. Everything in between is silence.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I HAD A BRAKE LIGHT REAR BULB OUT. NOT EXACTLY SIMPLE TO REPLACE. TOOK MY CAR IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD IT DONE IN 30 MINUTES. AND EVEN GOT A $25 MANAGER'S HOLIDAY CREDIT. kEEP IT UP!
