Very friendly and knowledgeable on each and every product. They offer great services such as free battery charging and testing too! They have only the best products and don t cheap out on their batteries. Great shopping experience, especially in time of need!

Travis is amazing, for months I thought my key fob was broken....nope travis snapped it backed together in 2 seconds!! I appreciate his time I came in thinking I needed a key but no it was a quick fix!!!

Super easy to find what you're looking for. I've ordered batteries and bulbs here. Easy on-line ordering. Tim called to make sure I was ordering the right battery for my bike. That's excellent customer service!

Phenomenal customer service! Came out to my car quickly and promptly to install the battery I purchased. Told me they would like to test my battery first to make sure I actually needed it since I bought it online for store pickup. Told me if the battery was good, they could just do a return. I knew the battery needed to be replaced but hearing they weren't after the sale as opposed to making sure I wasn't wasting money and taken care of won my business.

Incredible customer service. I walked into the store & was greeted within 10 seconds. My service person, Wesley Shaw, was so helpful. He found the options to replace my auto battery. Then, he installed it for me! I didn't have an ounce of grease on my hands when I returned to work after my lunch-break car battery exchange. He took my old battery and I was able to drive off 'into the sunset!' Many thanks!

Great customer service and friendly staff. I called one location to check for product availability to find they were out of stock. The gentleman I spoke to checked the computer system and found another location that had the product I was looking for. I called the second location, they confirmed they did in fact have the battery in stock and placed a hold on it for me until I was able to pick it up a few hours later. When I arrived at the store, my battery was behind the checkout counter saved for me as I was promised. This type of customer services is often rewards with repeat customers.

A used motorcycle that I bought happened to have a battery that came from batteries plus, so I came to this location to have it checked. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They know their stuff. Store was clean and organized. From car to mobile phone batteries to key and fob duplicates. The two guys who were there were friendly and not pushy. Just provided excellent customer service. Can t recommend this place enough.

The Store on 10580 N. McCarran is # 1 for kind, informative and willingness to help with any questions or concerns! I've been in the Reno-Sparks area for 40 years and they are the best!!!Thanks again guys, God Bless!

I called to check in a replacement battery for my phone , I believe the gentleman was Damion he was very nice,explained everything. I took my phone in and same gentlemen I dealt with, he was wonderful!! I ve always had great service from Reno and Sparks locations.

Have never even thought about going to this store for a car battery. Somewhere in my mind I thought they'd be way to expensive. I was wrong, out of the 4 places I called today about getting a new battery with installation they were $30-$50 cheaper than any of them. Super friendly when I called about it, the guy on the phone was super helpful and friendly and when I went into the store it was the same treatment these are the nicest 2 men.

Pretty good service. Had a screen repaired on my i phone. Only reason i can't give 5 stars was the fact that they could not complete the repair. It had to be sent to another phone repair shop on the other side of town. That took additional time that i was not prepared for. They did compensate me a few $ for my time.

Wes at No McCarran location was awesome. Friendly, helpful and professional. Bought an AG battery and they did the installation for free. Terrific service with a smile.

They literally have everything and will even install it for you, and they recycle old batteries. It's easy. Lights? They got that too. The young man who helped me was incredibly good. He pulled my dirty battery, put the new one in, and recycled it, in about 5 minutes. I'm VERY impressed. Nice work!

Needed a new battery for my phone. Made an appointment on-line, which saves $10.00 off the bill, drove to the store on North McCarran and had a new battery within 30 minutes. Great service!

I ordered a deep cycle battery and they didn't have it in stock so the rep called and found me a battery that was comparable at the same price. This is good customer service.

WOW what a great Customer Service experience today provided by Rob at Batteries Plus Bulbs. They are located down in Canyon Center 10580 N McCarran Blvd Suite 113 by Sav More etc. Every time my Garmin Vivofit needs a battery and I replace them it stops working. I thought I would try Batteries Plus to see if it would keep working. Not only were the batteries reasonably priced ($3.99) but they also installed them for free. While I was in there many people came in asking questions about Car Fob batteries etc. THEY can do it all. Looking forward to going back there for all those special battery needs. attery for my Garim Vivofit 4

The trip went smoothly and I was in and out quickly but I didn't feel rushed, and the sales clerk was cheerful but a tad over worked but at least he was working or I'd be phoneless. Keep up the good work
