I'd give them 15 out of 10 for price service product. This man had my tire done in less than 15 minutes. The atmosphere felt like I was with old friends.

What a joke. Im pissed and out of 240 dollars cash. Came here to purchase only two used tires and have them mounted. I needed to get my car out of the tow yard and it had two flats and I was running out time and it was the day before thanksgiving so I had to get tires fast before they closed for the rest of the 4 day weekend and charged me another zillion dollars to get it out of tow. Of course primo tires wanted 140 for the two USED tires that had barely 60 % tread, but before i paid they noticed I had all four wheels that didn t have tires yet. So a guy comes from the back and tells the guy I was talking to first that he luckily just found a set of all four tires that are in great condition with 85% tread . I should have known when he said they would mount all four of them for me for only $240 Well me being a girl by myself of course they knew I wouldn t question it and I thought they were just being generous (needed the money)given the holiday or whatever reason but I def didn t think it was so they could totally screw me over they way they did after putting the two tires on at the tow yard and upon trying to drive it home I felt a vibration almost as if one of my wheels was loose but it wasn t, so I drove it home and had my mechanic put the other two tires on my truck just to find out that the tires they sold me all have a flat spot from sitting in one spot to long on the vehicle they came off of because the vibration got 3 times worse after all the basically new tires I just bought from this place were on my truck. They new what they were doing so that s why they gave me such a good deal . What horrible business and I m going to make sure everyone I know and anyone my mechanic (boyfriend) deals with knows what a rip off of a place this business is.. they completely took advantage of me being a blonde female the day before thanksgiving. That s cruel.. this place is a bad name to all Mexican tire shops .basically go anywhere else!!!

They do have about the cheapest set of new tires in town, but they let you negotiate none and could use some customer service help, smiles are free especially when you are taking my money

Had a roadside emergency and stopped here for help. Aired up some tires and I tipped them very well. Then while waiting for a car to move out of the way, I called AutoZone for a security lug socket. I was on hold so long I decided to ask Primo dudes if they had an extra socket they could sell me. They did! Probably a markup but I'm glad I did because needed to swap wheels no later than ten miles out of their shop. Rest of trip went smooth. Couldn't have done it without them. Thanks Primo Tires!

Went in for an oil change. The guy got it done in less than 10 minutes for an amazing price! Then he noticed my tire had a nail in it and he had the other dude fix it! They are super nice. They had me out less than 30 minutes. Awesome people working here. They have amazing prices and awesome workers! Would definitely recommend people to go here!!

They do pretty good work on your cars at pretty reasonable prices and they do good work on your tires but they kind of pricey on that.

Pat and Roberto fixed my vehicle for about 30% less than I was quoted from a well known place. They fixed it quickly. Full service shop. I recommend this place to everyone.

Personally, I like to come to this place when my needs some repair. Whether it's a mechanic or tires . They give me good service, they are honest and kind En lo personal me gusta venir a este local cuando mi necesita alg�n areglo. Ya sea mec�nico I llantas .
