Wow, what an adventure I had today! I was cruising through town on my way to Ely, Nevada when all of a sudden, disaster struck - I got a flat tire! To make matters worse, my brakes were screeching and I was overdue for an oil change. But hey, I'm a go-getter and I wasn't going to let a little setback like that stop me from meeting Ricky BmoFer W.Thank goodness for CHAPMAN Las Vegas Chrysler Dodge Jeep service department and their amazing team! Rick, the service manager, went above and beyond to help me out. I was being a little demanding, because of my schedule. but he handled everything like a true professional. He was honest and upfront when he couldn't do some of the things I asked for. And let me tell you about Jason Daniels - he may not be on Rick's level, but he's still a great guy with a wealth of knowledge about Mopar and your vehicle. If Rick's not available, be sure to ask for Jason he loves dealing with the public.I can recommend CHAPMAN Las Vegas Chrysler Dodge Jeep service department 100 and well enough for all your automotive needs. And if you do happen to stop by, make sure to look up Rick and tell him the Mopar guy sent you. He might even surprise you with a little gift!

I bought my RAM from Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram last year and love to get it serviced here because they provide great customer service. They re prompt and very attentive and are very welcoming and great at what they do. Particularly Nacho, Jason and Cassidy. Thank you guys for making me feel at home! I wanna shout out Doc at Chapman auto and helping my son get his car. We appreciate his patience and willingness to test out all the cars of interest. Doc did not pressure us he asked questions to make sure we got what we really wanted and making sure we looked at all of the cars we wanted. Not only did we walk out with an excellent car better than the one we originally looked for. My son loves his car! Thank you Doc for all your help and being so friendly and patient with us! I left my vehicle here to get repaired. The repairs were well done, but when I came to pickup my vehicle I found that a thief had broken into it and stole almost everything I owned from the inside. The dealership is not responsible for the actions of a 3rd party, but I was still very dissapointed to see this had happened.Initially the dealership said they would reimburse me for all the stolen and damaged items, and eventually after some discussion they did financially compensate me for a portion of what was takenSee attached pictures of the state of my vehicle when I came to pick it up from their possession.

Everyone at Chapman was friendly and helpful, all with smiles on their faces This review was 3 days after I took delivery, on day 4 I found a $9,100+ discrepancy in the sale price. I immediately notified them and now 7 months later they still haven't resolved the issue and refuse to answer phone calls or emails! They are horrible people!(Don Hamrick GM)

Doc our salesman, was the best we've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Doc was very responsive, personable, and professional. Very helpful thru the whole process. In addition the whole staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone took the stress of buying a new vehicle off. Made us feel very comfotrable. There were no number games, very honest car dealership. Now only plan on buying from Chapman's. Already have shared our experience with friends and family!

Betsy Martinez the Internet Sales Manager at Chapman on Boulder Highway customer service is top notch. Betsy is very professional and answered all my concerns when it came to picking out my new truck. I have always purchased my vehicles from this dealership and Betsy is now my go to salesperson, so hopefully she will not be leaving the dealership in the new future.

Excellent service. They kept me informed of the progress and even offered me a courtesy ride home after I dropped off and back to the dealership to pick my car up when it was ready. The repairs were completed in a timely mannor and my car was returned to me clean and free of any greasy footprints and fingerprints. The staff was helpful and polite and went above and beyond to solve the issues that I brought my car in for.

Holly is great. She is very informative, polite and professional. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and gets you direct answers to them. She communicates effectively throughout the entire process. And delivers on time. I m sure the rest of the team is equally as great, but Holly is the only service advisor I ll go to.As a whole, Chapman provides the best customer experience when it comes to service. I actually drive out of the way to get my services performed here. They take care of their customers and follow-through unlike other dealerships in the valley.

Chris Montana and his team at Chapman are the best. I have purchased two vehicles from him and Chapman Auto. They have been wonderful to work with. They care about you, your family, your vehicle and creating a long lasting relationship. The service department is also amazing. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else for service. Chris went above and beyond to take care of me. Even coming in on his day off to make sure my car and myself were taken care of. Ray in service was also extremely helpful and his service was second to none. I am sending all my friends and family to Chapman. Do yourself a favor. This is for the best sales rep I had the pleasure of working with ROSIE SALINAS.Rosie is the kindest, sweetest, understanding and patient sales rep I've ever encountered. That says a lot coming from a very picky person like me. She showed me every Grand she had in the lot and at her other locations without a complain or bother. Not everyone would have been as patient and understanding as her. Most Sales people want to turn and burn as many customers as possible, but she gave us a once in a lifetime experience. We've been looking for our dream car for quite some time and it wasn't till we went to Vegas that we found it. It wasn't an easy process to say the least. The first car we found fell through. My husband and I were getting out of our vehicle to go and sign papers when we saw another sales rep ding and scratched the vehicle really bad so we had to go back to the board. We only had a couple more days since we were going back home. Rosie didn't give up until she found another vehicle with everything I wanted and more. We inspected the vehicle signed papers and when we were ready to head home, the check engine light came on and we realized the "Brand new Vehicle" had 1571 miles as I was connecting my phone. The whole deal felt apart it was our last day in Vegas so we decided to head home. After all this you would think Rosie would have given up, well you're wrong! That didn't stop her from working and finally finding us our dream car which we have sitting in our garage. I guess third time is the charm. I'm writting all this just to show you how patient and understanding Rosie really is. This wouldn't had happended if she had given up. Her perseverance and willingness to help made this happened. More sales rep should really learn from her. Although I'm pretty sure shes one of a kind. If you're in the market for a vehicle be sure to try Chapman in Boulder and ask for Rosie, she'll make sure to take of you. Once again thank you sooo much for helping us and far exceeding our expectations we love our vehicle.

Service department has greatly improved with the new location. Holly has been my service advisor for many years and is very professional and friendly. Clean customer waiting area. They can get oil changes done in just a couple hours if toy have an appointment. I have two vehicle that are serviced at this dealer and would recommend to anyone who needs a CDJR serviced.

My experience was less than ideal with the dealership. While trying to purchase my vehicle I felt as if the experience was rushed. I couldn t put the 1000 down to reserve my vehicle so I was offer an extended test drive. This process took 5 hours waiting for paper work and the salesman to meet me. Even though It was discussed the day prior that the car would be dropped off to my job. After purchase of the vehicle I notice the vehicle was never detailed which was explain would be done prior to purchase and my power steering and coolant fluids were below the minimum level. I also experienced a hesitation issue when taking off, along with two lug nuts falling off on the front passenger side wheel. When these issues were brought up to salesperson who sold me the vehicle. He explained to my wife the hesitation issue was not there problem even though ones given a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty. I ve had my be bike for less than two weeks.

This dealership helped us get a great deal on a vehicle and the process was easy and quick! Most places will have you wasting a whole day and Chapman had us in and out less than 2 hours. They gave us a decent deal on our trade and even better deal on our new truck!

Not happy with our transaction process. They delayed getting financing, called a week later for us to sign finance paperwork but when we arrived (long drive) they tried to rope us into a higher interest rate (& told us to just refinance later for a lower rate) instead of letting us use our preapproval from our own bank. They didn t pay off our trade in until I reached out a month later (causing us to have to make another payment on that car that was sitting on their lot for sale). I had to reach out to the other finance lady to even get a response from the first one. The entire process was like pulling teeth and wish we had gone elsewhere.

Available (on short notice) to perform the required service (smog check, oil change, etc.) in a quick, courteous, and business like manner. A very neat and clean place with knowledgeable service reps and certified ASE technicians. Would highly recommend this business to anyone requiring service with a dodge or jeep product.
