I can not say enough AMAZING things about this business. I am now a customer for life. I m thoroughly impressed!They even washed & vacuumed my car, how sweet! It looks exactly like it did coming off the lot & Wreck Center only had it for less than 48hours lolTheir guys even went above & beyond to buff out a fender that had some scratch damage on the other side of my car from the damage it was in for.Thank you so so much Hector & Maria!-NT

Everyone there are true professionals. They took the time to listen to my needs and work with me on my budget as well as my timeline. BEST BODY SHOP IN TOWN! 100% 5* RECOMMENDATION!My stepson had an accident and the entire front bumper/area was totalled. Other (less reputable) shops around town quoted ridiculous prices for the repair. Two different friends recommended Wreck Center and now I know why. Hector, the owner, gave us a very reasonable estimate and the quality of their work was outstanding. Professional service and work product. They went over and above acquiring truly hard-to-find parts for a model basically disowned by Chevrolet dealerships. No need to go to any other shop for me ever again, and I will sing the Wreck Center's praises to any Henderson/Vegas resident in need of that service.

After I wrecked my Tundra, Hector and his team worked hard to me back on the road quickly. They communicated regularly while the work was being done with updates and everything was done top quality. Great paint match, new parts... it looks better then before the accident. I would highly recommend this shop for any and all body/paint needs! Thanks again!

Hector is an honest and fair businessman. My wife and I were visiting Vegas from out of state and during our stay, someone broke into our car through the window. We were under a time crunch as we needed to get back on the road in a few days so Hector got right to work and got the correct window and molding within a couple of days. When the window arrived, however, a piece from the top corner had broken off during transit. Due to our strict timeline, Hector scrambled and exhausted all efforts to get a new window shipped from Ca ASAP. Unfortunately it did not arrive in time. So, Hector fixed the molding and the weather stripping, and epoxied the window so we could at least get back on the road. He did all of this FREE OF CHARGE. He said he didn t feel right charging us because the job wasn t complete. What a stud! We were able to get back home without any issues with the window and got it fixed at home. Hector also gave us sound advice on how to handle the insurance claim. Also, we got to pet Lola (the shop dog and bulldog from their emblem) which may have been the best part! We highly recommend Wreck Center!

Look no further for a body shop! Family owned & operated. Everyone here made the process smooth, worry free & fast. My car was done in two days. When I dropped off my car to be fixed, they had a reservation waiting for me at car rental place,and even gave me a ride there. When car was finished,they washed it for me & had it back to me better than ever. And their bulldog is so loveable!

If I could recommend the wreck center to every Nevada local, I would. I ve never been treated so kindly and respectfully by a auto body and paint repair shop like this one before. Hector was the first to greet me when I came in, I explained my damage and he said it was no problem. The paper work was minimal, the service was extremely fast (I got mine repaired within 24 hours) and their quality was impeccable. When I went to pick it up, I noticed a complimentary wash and tire shine was done and the process was quick and friendly once more!I want to emphasize that this is a family owned shop, everyone here is treated as so and it shows. He accepts all insurance companies, all sorts of damage, and will work with you upon your situation. 11 out of 10 stars for any of your cars needs. Thank you to Hector and the wreck center team! (Ps the bull dog in the logo is real and will also say hi to the customers)

In my opinion the Wreck Center is the best body shop in town. My vehicle looks better now than before the accident. They are very reasonable. The owner and staff are easy to work with and the body / paint work is great. After having little success with the chain body shops, a friend of a friend recommended the Wreck Center and I am so pleased I took their advice.

This is the only shop we trust! Family owned, honest and hard working folks. Their work speaks for itself and they ve helped us out so much with our two cars. We have a Ford and a Jeep- we had a terrible experience with another shop and they came in to save the day. Truly amazing human beings! They are thorough and communicative. They are kind and i won t shut up about their customer service.

Personally, Hector is very nice, but I believe QA needs to occur. He repaired/painted the front bumper. First glance looks nice. I get home, well, look at the pictures just below the running light on the edge. Very poor. Brought get my truck in to repair or replace the front bumper. Hector and some of his team looked at it and came up with a price to replace the bumper that was more than reasonable. They were quick and very obliging. Thanks Hector.

I highly recommend Wreck Center on Water Street. Wonderful service,and I was treated with respect. They only had to replace one door. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. They had also cleaned it inside and out.Great place to take your car.

I stopped by because I needed an estimate on my new car. I was rear ended in December. I was so pleased with the service I received, I didn't have to go anywhere else. Now I haven't had the work done yet. So I will write about that when it happens.

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Hector and the crew at the Wreck Center for the great job they did in repairing our Subaru Ascent after I had a run-in with a large boulder that tore up the underside of the car. They found the needed OEM parts quickly, dealt directly with the insurance company and got the car back on the road in under a month which was six weeks less than other shops said they could get it done. They were great to work with and understood our urgency in getting the car back and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend the Wreck Center!!!

This was the most stress free auto service encounter I have ever had. The owner and his wife communicated clearly with me the entire time, gave me accurate timelines, and made working with the insurance company very simple. They were also friendly and welcoming, unlike many auto shops that make you feel rushed. Just got my car back and it looks fabulous. When the owner called to tell me the car was ready, I told him I was under the weather and would have to pick it up later, and he delivered it to my house! Service above and beyond. And as an added bonus, you get to pet their big lazy bulldog who chills in the store. Can't recommend them enough!Service: Body & Trim

Hector and team at Wreck Center are so kind, helpful, and super fast! I was expecting to be without a car for a week when I needed my bumper replaced and they had my car back to me within 48 hrs. They re no BS, no hidden fees. They quoted me about half of what the dealership quoted me. Will go back to them with any and all car troubles from now on! Highly recommend.

I was having some trouble with my car and wasn t able to figure it out. I took it to a couple places and a tire shop to see if they could diagnose it and they weren t able to. I brought my car down to the Wreck Center at about 9:00a and they were able to diagnose, order parts and fix my car before 3:45p the same day! The customer service is great and the staff are super friendly! They are very affordable and they only charge for what they need, no extra unnecessary fees! I would recommend them for any auto needs!

I'm not great with remembering names, but everyone that assisted me was great. I had a little paint job done where paint had bubbled and chipped away under the rear window of my SUV. I didn't want it to get any worse so I took it to the Wreck Center based on their great reviews. I'm a widow and my husband was a huge car guy. He handled all the car stuff. He would search for quality work at great prices. I think he would say I did good! Thanks again everyone at Wreck Center.Service: Painting

I was in An absolute rush on Saturday to get my passenger van door to shut properly (wasn t aligning properly). Bekah was incredible on the phone, so I booked it to their shop. Polo took a look at the problem and started cranking away! Job complete! Thank you so much Great price, great service. Will definitely be back.

I work closely with a business who hired this company to fix a work vehicle. They did not fix it and when they were contacted to inquire on reimbursement for no services being performed, after 6 months, they advised that they had contacted a lawyer and could no longer discuss the matter. Any business willing to do this to a customer should be ashamed. Although I am not the person who did business with this company, I felt compelled to leave a review to warn others. Be aware when doing business with this company and ensure no payment is made until the work is completed.

Hector and his crew have been nothing short of amazing! We did not make an appointment but they took us in anyway. He promised to have the car back to me in a day! I did not believe it was possible, by noon the following day I got the call that the car was ready! They came in on budget and ahead of schedule. The work was spotless and exactly what we were promised. I was so pleased I took my truck to them a few days later. Follow up is amazing! The shop mascot even greets you as you pull in. I highly recommend these guys, they are very reasonable with their pricing, great at working with the insurance companies for us, and most of all they do good work! My baby now looks as good as she did when she was brand new 14 years ago.

Our insurance company paid The Wreck Center in August to repair our vehicle. They have not been able to get the parts needed and we therefore asked for a refund. They refuse to return our money and we no longer trust them to repair the vehicle. Buyer beware*UPDATE - 6 months has passed and we have emailed and called to ask for the money back minus what work they supposedly put into it (we had it towed to Mercedes after picking it up from Wreck Center- they were the ones who actually got the vehicle running) - had no response until this review. We don't want them to repair the vehicle, we want the money back but they still refuse. Insurance has asked for breakdown of the work completed "to get the car running" so they can be paid for that and reimburse us the rest.Service: Body & Trim

They had my car for a little more than 2 months After the accident, but they had trouble getting parts. I have used them before and they've always been wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their car after an accident.
