This is a great business. Victor is very nice, knowledgeable and approachable, and he is a straight shooter. It's wonderful to have dealer alternatives in the neighborhood who don't rip you off and actually provide a good place to service your BMW. I have a 2022 7-Series, and this is the only shop I would take it to. They use original BMW parts, follow all factory recommendations, and the pricing is better than the dealer. What's not to like?

Werkstatte: this place is awesome; I took my 7series there & they made it brand new car, I had replaced a new engine at the bmw dealership in so cal & they did not do half of the things that they should've done, but this place told me exactly what was wrong & how much (total transparency ) Fernando was my rep very knowledgeable & gave me regular updates. I am totally impressed with this place & will recommend to all of you who owns BMW. I will never take my car to a dealership again. I will always bring it at Werkstatte!!!! (If there were 10 *) I would give it to them.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! The same repairs that the BMW dealership quoted me to be +$7k ended up being less than half at Werkstatte, around $2,700. I felt valued as a customer and was very confident in the repairs being done immaculately. I worked with Andrew Perez from start to finish and he was always professional and pleasant to work with. Communication was top notch he always called me back promptly, quick to keep me updated, and was easy to get ahold of. I would 100% come back to Werkstatte if I need anything for my car in the future!

I had an amazing experience with Derrick. He was able to help me with my problems and also provided me with the best solutions. There was a certain level of trust he gained from me by explaining the issue my car had in dept but didn t make me feel less of based on my lack of knowledge of the car . I will Continue to return to this bmw site just based of my one experience with Derrick, he made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner along with good prices.

Friendly and helpful staff. I felt comfortable and at ease the 2 times I've been here to get my M3 maintenenced. Never felt like they were treating me like I was at a "stealership" just wanting to tell me I needed this and needed that. I was recommended here and will be recommending this place to everyone else that would benefit coming here.

If you own a BMW and live in Las Vegas, stop looking for a mechanic. Victor and his team, including Andrew and Dorma, are the best in this city. Hands down, no questions asked!!!! I am a 20yr+ BMW owner and have been ripped off by multiple BMW dealerships over the past 2 decades. Years ago, I found a private BMW mechanic in Palm Springs who ran circles around the dealership for 1/2 the price. He grew up in Bavaria and worked for BMW before moving to the States. This was 15 years ago, and it was then that I realized if you are going to own Bimmers, you MUST have an honest, private mechanic who is a BMW pro! The dealerships prey on you and are built to rip you off. Palm Springs BMW, Palm Desert BMW, Seattle BMW, Bellevue BMW, LA BMW, Calabasas BMW, Las Vegas BMW are all crooks and WILL lie to you and WILL rip you off! I know this because I have used all of them. Victor and his team are the only choice in Las Vegas if you are a BMW owner and enthusiast. Don't fall for the dealership lies! Victor's shop is built exactly like a state of the art BMW Dealer repair shop, if not better. The biggest difference is that Victor and his team are on your side and completely transparent. I own a classic E46 M3 SMG (#1 BMW ever made) and a newer 650i M sport. Both of these vehicles are in the BMW hall of fame. The reality is, if you want to own and drive a piece of art, you need to maintain it. The answer in Las Vegas is Werkstatte and nobody else, period!!! Victor and Andrew crushed it with my warranty, constantly kept me in the loop, and were always working for me and not for BMW's bottom line!! At BMW dealerships, they don't care about you at all! They only care about the Benjamins. Stop right now and take your BMW to Victor and his all-star team at Werkstatte!! You can thank me later! Tell your BMW dealership to pound sand. They are all crooks, and their business model is built to screw you over and make more $$ for BMW! Thank you, Victor, for providing Las Vegas the only real BMW mechanical option for us Bimmer lifers. You and your team are pro bimmer mechs, honest, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with.

Derick Perez with werkstate is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. They don t turn and burn their customers, they take their time going over everything your bmw needs. I ll definitely be taking my bimmer here for future needs and all BMW needs!!! Customer service is amazing !!

I own a 2003 BMW 530i, only owner, and the car is older than my first born. I love this car and through the years have had many repairs at many different shops. BMW Only by far and away has been the best. Absolutely. I had to have my ABS unit replaced and they jumped through so many hoops for me to get it fixed. First replacement we had failed (not their fault) and we had to turn to EBAY to get the part at a higher cost. Victor absorbed the cost difference because my car was in the shop so long because the first ABS unit failed. I trust these guys so much...Victor, Andrew, Sam, Dorma...they are all just so helpful and amazing. I had my breaks done some years ago, they didn't last over 2 years. BMW Only did them...they are better now than the first day I had the car. So smooth. My car qualifies for classic status next year. I have 200,000 miles on it now. I'm hoping for 300,000. Don't want a new car. BMW Only are simply amazing and will take care of you. It's hard to find good quality, trustworthy shops these days. I was in Vegas from LA for a few days for a work trip, and when i came out to my car, it had a massive oil leak, as well as a few other issues. I was recommended this place by someone whos been here before, and i was not disappointed. Breaking down unexpectedly in another state is never easy, but im glad i took it here to get fixed. Fernando was immensely helpful in communicating the problems, giving solutions, and expediting the process to get it done within 24 hours. Everyone here is knowledgeable and on point.Will be returning to vegas regularly, and i hope i dont need more work done soon, but if i do, i know where to go. Thank you guys!

I'm really vibin with this place.They are clean.They're professional.They're knowledgeable.They're reasonably-priced.And, They're not far.They have a nice sitting area with refreshments for customers.I'd recommend this place for anyone with a BMW.

Hands-down the best automotive repair experience I've ever had. I had an issue with my BMW and Victor's shop was recommended. Immediately he explained to me the options we had for repairs with all the trade-offs (mechanical, long-term/short-term, and financial) and a timeline for repairs. They only used OEM BMW parts in their repair and despite it being a large job, they completed it within a week (estimate was longer). Additionally, they identified another issue that they fixed free of charge (fuel injector). Throughout the entire repair process Victor and his team were helpful and communicative. They made sure I understood everything they did and even went so far as to physically show me in the shop.Victor joined me for my test drive after picking up the vehicle and I asked him about a longstanding strange sound which NO OTHER MECHANIC every acknowledged was an issue and he immediately knew what was wrong and offered to fix it. I intend on trading this vehicle in for a newer BMW and he lastly offered a free checkup on my new vehicle. He has also since the repair (2 weeks ago) done a couple of check-ins to see how everything is going.Excellent customer service and top notch expertise!

I have been going to BMW Only for about 2 1/2 years. In July 2020 I had an issue regarding undercarriage damage after hitting two HUGE potholes. BMW Only staff worked tirelessly with my insurance company to make sure that not only did I get my car repaired to my satisfaction, they looked after my concerns, needs, and wants as if my car were their own. They represented my interests very well. Additionally, they negotiated with the insurance company on a fair price to pay...based on their overall business prices and what my insurance company was willing to pay. I believe their efforts worked out in my favor.Victor, Sam, and the staff are an excellent team. I don't give 5 stars often when I conduct these kinds of survey reviews...but BMW Only more than deserves the accolades.RecommendedService: General repairs & maintenance

2011 X550i Transfer case experience.First experience, they worked on my 2011 BMW X550i I noticed how technical the knowledge they have in the BMW brand. BMW DEALERSHIPS only go by the book and will always quote over 5 times more on retail. BMW dealership gave me a quote, 4K to replace my whole Transfer case assembly. BMW ONLY diagnosed the problem in detail and find out that it just needed a transfer case oil flush that costed lil under $200. Now 130k miles later, transfer case still operating normally. ?I would highly recommend BMW ONLY, they get the JOB DONE RIGHT!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Took my vehicle in for a window regulator and parking lamp, They gave me a price that I agreed on and two days later they send me an invoice for double. To add to my frustration they broke my hood latch and called and said they were charging me for parts + labor The lack of clear communication lead to frustration, and broken parts indicate a lack of quality control. Being overcharged only adds to the disappointment. It s crucial for businesses to prioritize effective communication, quality products, and fair pricing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Victor and his team are amazing. He's been taking care of my BMWs for 11 years. Even working for the dealer he was still my go to and that hasn't changed. There is no place in town I can recommend more than BMW only for your bmw.

If your are a Faithful BMW Owner, I highly recommend you go to this shop. Trust me I've been to many different shops and Victor or Dorma will make sure you are taken care of. Please take my word, you will definitely be happy!!!!

So I had these guys troubleshoot my A/C that had stopped working and also replace my door armrest pad. They told me the fluid level was low in my A/C system so after pressurizing it to make sure it wasn t leaking, they topped the fluid level off. They also replaced my armrest which required the door panel to be removed. Upon picking my car up, they attempted to overcharge me for the two jobs they did on my car. I called them out on it and they charged me the correct price for their work in the end. I noticed some damage on my door handle that wasn t there before and after a few weeks, my door panel is now rattling. And to top all that off, my A/C problem still existed. I finally took my car to the BMW dealership and after they looked into my A/C issue, they told me it had been over serviced. Needless to say, I won t be going back to this shop again!

My car has made it to 251,000 miles now and it's only because of here for all my repairs. Victor has always been straight forward and have never been any excess charges for anything last visit Derrick took care of me if you want the car fixed right this is the place to go

These guys are not your typical mechanic shop. They are the undisputed BMW specialists in Las Vegas area. Have been going to them in last 10 years. Not only they are extremely good at what they do, they are honest and have your overall cost in mind. They love what they do and mostly they are honest about the work. They have repeat customers hence they dont need to hit you with unecessary charges just to make a buck. I rarely do any reviews but BMW Only definitely deserves it. Not only were they very accommodating but VERY friendly, respectful, and professional. Loved the waiting area btw! Immediately after leaving the shop my car ran into a few issues that caused it to go into limp mode. They took it back and worked diligently to get it back up and running. Couldn't be more thankful. Not to mention their prices. They will not BS you like every other place will. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PRICE ANYWHERE ELSE. If you need to make any repairs or simply need to do an oil change look no further. The staff at BMW Only will take good care of you and your ride. Thanks again Viktor! I ve been going to this shop for a year now for my BMW and I ve already given this place 5-stars previously. And I just have to give it another 5-star rating again because of how caring this team is to me, my car, and my safety.I came in for routine maintenance on my brakes and the team encountered an extra issue none of us could have foreseen. They knew my car very well and Andrew, Victor, and the mechanics worked diligently to diagnose and solve it. And they ve kept me informed along the way.This group are a virtuous, intelligent, honest, caring, and compassionate team of people purely unmatched by anyone else. I ve been a BMW owner for 11 years lived in three different states, and I ve never had this level of expertise and care before.This team blows me away. Bring your car here.

Bring your BMW here. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable, passionate, and care for you and your car. I received high quality service at a fair price. I had to move to NV from out of state and had to restart the dreaded search of finding a mechanic to entrust with my car. BMW ONLY fits the bill perfectly. Took my car in for the first time yesterday. I'll be honest and say I expected this place to be expensive since it looks so nice. After I agreed to an estimate, the actual bill came out to LESS than expected. Communication and updates were great, people were friendly and helpful, and the job was done very well.I will definitely be back to have my car worked on again! Highly recommended to all BMW owners.

I first came to BMW Only after becoming completely fed up with the dealership. Even under warranty, I couldn't trust the work being done there, so I was willing to pay BMW Only to provide honest, appropriate service on my car. The dealer is about 15 minutes from my home, and BMW Only is about 40 minutes, but worth the trip for my peace of mind! The prices are fair, and the communication is professional and provides the information needed. On my most recent visit, I believed that I simply needed an alignment as the car always pulled to the right. They performed the alignment, and when it was still pulling I asked them to recheck it. Victor was happy to oblige at no charge, but also discovered a problem with my shocks that was the real culprit. He gave me a couple of options on how to deal with it. When I took the lower cost option and postponed the replacement of the shocks for now, he didn't try to convince me to go with the pricy choice or make me feel like I don't know what I'm doing. He was understanding, respectful and professional, made the adjustments, and knows that I will be back when I'm ready for the new shocks.
