I'm very apprehensive when it comes to getting my truck serviced. And don't know too much about vehicles. My brother is a mechanic and recommended this place and their great service. That being said I was pleasantly surprised that the service was as great as my brother said. Juan listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. He went over the products I asked for like what would be best and their longevity. He was friendly and informative. Ultimately I was able to make good decisions on my truck. I am completely happy with my experience and definitely will be returning with both vehicles to get some much needed work with Juan.

This is a great place for a quick oil change. Price is right. The guys working here have a great attitude. Super friendly. I know where my next oil change will be for sure

From the minute you pull in till the minute you pull out these guys are good. They go over what your car calls for and go over what they've done,never putting pressure on you to do anything you don't want or can't afford that day,they shout out what their checking as their checking it they go over everything they've do for you, always been a good experience for my wife and myself,keep up the good work !

Had a flat tire and a flat spare. My five-year-old and six month old were with me and the guys working here ended up filling the tire with air and putting it back on my car for me. Absolutely amazing customer service and will definitely come in for an oil change because of them

Had Wait Almost hour much Discomfort when Less smaller line please ! Senior handicap Lady a Jeep keep Askother places- for Oil they don't bother just charge me over $600 dollars Stinks & took me 3 trips he wanted it overnite drove it 30 miles!?

Went and paid $107 for oil change. They showed a filthy engine air filter but I declined. Bought one from Amazon and poped off the filter cover and the filter in the car looked like new. You have to stay in the car when service is being done so you cannot see if it is your filter. STAY AWAY we wil never be back.

In and out in about 20 minutes, the guys working there were all very friendly and knowledgeable, they explained everything. One you check in there is a monitor that starts a timer so you can keep track of how long it takes, they also have cameras aimed at your car, underneath too. Good prices, even better if you can find a coupon or Groupon.

I've been going to this location and others for many years before it turned into a Valvoline oil service facility and the service is still great and hopefully we'll see more personalized customer service offering water while you sit in your vechical especially in the summer months or coffee or hot chocolate in the winter months, but overall great wow customer service from Josh and his team there.

This may be an older oil place, but the service that I received today was unlike what I have ever seen. They were courteous, funny, and very professional, all wrapped up in a neat little package. I would highly recommend this Valvoline location.

The employees working there are very professional. I've been going there for years... Although I do miss the car wash and after they would detail. That is the only down point. Hopefully, bring it back.

VERY SAFE,fast, professional, and convenient. This place gave the best oil change experience I've ever had. Safety protocols were in place, and everything was done right in front of me with an explanation.They charge more than many places, but because of how it's done, I felt it was worth the premium.You may dislike this right now because you have to wait in the car, and it's summer time. Still, the whole thing took less than 15 minutes, from pulling up to driving off.

The manager at this place is awesome . I went there because my AC wasn't working at stops and my car started to overheat. He took a look and said I should take it to a mechanic because he didn't have the equipment to do what I needed. He didn't want to risk it. My radiator was full of antifreeze and I really appreciated his honesty. He didn't try to take advantage of me. I've had bad experiences with oil changes and tune ups where I was taken advantage of and jiffy lube in California stole my horn!

Horrible service! They cant even be bothered to get on the phone. My car was brought in for an oil change. With in 10 minutes the check engine light came on and the car will no longer start. Now stranded in a parking lot in almost 90 degrees with a small child. After multiple calls I was told the manager is too busy to get on the phone. After being transferred to customer services, they tried to contact the shop on my behalf. no response. There are countless other shops in the area I would avoid this one.Service: Oil change

Horrible service!! I sent my young daughter to get an oil change for my vehicle. I told the tech over the phone what I needed, witch was ONLY a synthetic blend oil change. The tech installed an air filter after my daughter said no. I called the manager who said he personally helped my daughter, and told me they don t anything else unless that customer approves. Isn t that funny if the manager was the one that serviced my vehicle he was the person who I told over the phone that I only wanted an oil change. It s not even about the extra money. It s about respecting what the customer asks for and having a little of work ethic!!

This place is awesome. You sit in your car and watch them service your car. The guys here are really cool and know what they re doing. They check everything to see if your vehicle is in shape.

Well they couldn't get the oil filter cap off so they refunded my money. They said the money would be back in my account almost instantly. Still not in so I called and we'll guess what corporate said it will take 5 to 7 business days. Manager Jesse said well we refunded it so it must be an issue with your bank releasing funds. I said well why then did Tyler say it would be in my account almost instantly. LIARS. Over-priced anyway almost $90 !!!

I had good experiences in the past, but not this time. Everything was an upsell, tried to sell me a new battery, a new air filter, a new cabin air filter. Then, the price, a synthetic blend oil change is now over $80 with tax. And what was suggested to be a 20 minute job took over 30. Lots of places to get an oil change, you lost a customer...Service: Oil change

Unfortunately they don t do batteries for Nissan Sentras, and I haven t used this company before. But I just spoke to Reagen (I hoped I spelled her name right) and she was super nice, helpful and good customer service.

Had to remove my good review. Previously 5 stars. Matthew was amazing until he left unless I haven t ran into him. Had some guy named Donald last time. Overcharged me even after saying he d discount it. Didn t appreciate my last few oil changes. Unfortunately I don t recommend any longer unless Matthew is working on your car. Don t trust Donald. He s a liar.

I've used other valvolines and been very happy. Last week I took my kids car over here for an oil change. After I pulled up to the service bays, I was the only person waiting, and no one spoke to me, acknowledged me, anything. I sat there waiting with my window down for 10 minutes while all 6 people I saw working stood and talked with each other, sat on a bucket drinking a soda and never came up to me. I left and I won't be back. Poor customer service.

Went to get a smog test on Wednesday afternoon, apparently the smog tech doesn't come in until 2:30, I was directed to there other location and same things, no smog tech. Parking lot is small and inefficient. The attitude seemed to be that neither location wanted to help, even for the oil change I needed. Don't think I will be returning.
