Oscar Velasquez took care of coordinating the repairs for our car. He provided great customer service and delivered great results. I wish I knew of his repair shop sooner, because I would have gone there instead of Gerber to do repairs on our other car. Going forward, if I ever need any car repairs I'll be visiting Unicar Collision.

I was on my way to work and was hit with a rock on the freeway. I brought my car in for an auto body repair, from a friend recommendation. Oscar and his team did and excellent job and I would highly recommend his auto body shop to anyone.

Oscar has now done 3 body repairs on 2 different vehicles for me and I won't take my car anywhere else. This is the best shop I've ever worked with. Always fast and professional and does a great job. Thank you Unicar!

Our teens car is good as new! After our teens car was hit while parked on the street it needed some body work. UNICAR did a fantastic job in the time they promised and came back with a price under the estimate. Today is my first time meeting them. I was recommended to come here by my mechanic. He said they do great auto body work. A deer hit my car and I'll follow up on this review. So far they've been very insightful walking me through the process. It probably helps that I had my insurance estimate ready and on hand to email to them. They said that this helps the process go much smoother and allowed me to hand my car over immediately to get started on

Couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond in fixing some scratches that had occurred to our vehicle. The hood had sun damage and also needed painting. The paint match was excellent and it was a hard paint to match as it had many different colored speckles in it. They went above and beyond we are absolutely thrilled. We will definitely be using them again for any future paint needs for vehicles.

First I would like to say that the work done on my son's 2001 Lexus IS 300 was top notch. The damage that was done to the vehicle was pretty significant, and the out of pocket price for repairs was extremely reasonable.The even bigger reason why I'm promoting this business, is Oscar's empathy and compassion, which I'm sure he shows for all his customers.When my son wrecked his vehicle, he was going through some significant issues. He had also lost his job and had to go to a rehabilitation facility. Oscar was willing to slowly work on the vehicle over the course of several months, while my son worked out his issues and our family healed. Even after the work was done, Oscar held the vehicle in his lot, and did not charge any storage fees. Again, understanding the significance and hard times that my son was going through. Once we were able to pay for and pick up the vehicle, Oscar charged the battery for us so the vehicle would start. He also test drove it one more time, to make sure it was running properly.No, this review is not some trumped feel good story. Absolutely best service ever! I was heart broken when I damaged my car parking in my garage at home. I scratched the front and rear drivers side bumper, quarter panels. I Took my car to several places and their quotes were ridiculous high and some wouldn't work on my car because I was not going through my insurance company and I was paying out of pocket. We spoke with the owner of Unicar, Oscar, and he looked at my car, explained how they would fix it and how many days he needed. Plus they not only worked with insurance but also people like me that were paying out of pocket. He took great car of my car, it looks better that it did when it was new from the dealership. I will now only ever come to Unicar for any body work I would ever need. I highly recommend Unicar for any body work you would need for your car. Was so upset when I accidentally backed up my brand new truck in one of the casino parking garage and got a dent, searched for a collision center and found this one. I m so glad I brought it here, the service and communication was amazing. My truck looks brand new like nothing ever happened to it. I will recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car dents fixed. Best place hands down!

I had such a great experience with Oscar at Unicar. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, despite my insurance company taking forever to get things situated. He was available by text and phone, which was very convenient. Definitely gave me a reasonable and fair quote, and my car looks amazing. Oscar was amazing from start to finish. He had a busy schedule when I called and thought it would be a week before he could accept my car, but then once he learned that insurance was involved and knew they only approve rentals for 30 days, he had me drop my car off the next day. He called and kept me updated on the status of my car. The vandalism repair is better than I expected. I dealt with Oscar and another employee who were both so professional and kind. Oscar and staff are BEYOND amazing!!!They got me in for a bumper issue within 2 days and had me back on the road within 72 hours!!I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for body work!BEST COLLISION SHOP IN VEGAS.. PERIOD!!!!

Unicar is hands down the best place to get your car fixed at. Oscar is the owner and he is amazing! He keeps you updated during the entire process from start to finish and is guaranteed to give you an amazing price. He also had my car fixed very fast and did an amazing job. This shop is TOP NOTCH!! 5+Stars! I had one of the worst nights of my life! 2 accidents back to back. I called Oscar, he was very professional and took care of me right away. He worked with my insurance company hand in hand and made everything extremely easy on my end. I dropped off my car to them and did not need to worry about anything until it was time to pick up my vehicle. There was extensive damage to the front, back and undercarriage off my brand new car, I was very nervous that it would come back with issues. To my delight, about ten days later, when I picked it up.. I picked up my vehicle in the same condition it was in prior the accidents.I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. They are honest, great communicator s, the shop is very clean. They are professional, ICAR certified. They do not cut corners and the paint match is spot on!They will work with you in every aspect!Finding honest, hard working businesses such as this one is rare these days! I even bought them lunch when I picked up my car. That says a whole lot about the service I received! I haven t done that for anyone in years!Thanks guys! Absolutely amazing. This is the second time I've brought my car in for two separate accidents. No worries, they took care of the insurance part and once they started on my car they were finished in less than a week. Car looks amazing and like nothing ever happened. Unicar Collision is where I'll be bring my car for any future accidents or dings.

I'm very happy that I brought my car here after an accident to get it fixed. The customer service and quality by Oscar (owner) was outstanding! I would highly recommend getting any body work done here. Any question I had was answered and Oscar really helped me thru the process. Great place!

I have a mazda 3 that recently got hit by someone without insurance. So i had to pay out of pocket to get my car fixed. Got in contact with Oscar at UniCar and he helped me out with the price saving me 700 bucks and still doing an amazing job on the car while in a timely manner. I wish I could give them MORE stars! One of my friends referred me to UniCar Collision and Repair and I cannot say enough good things! They re amazing! They got me in quick and got the work done quick. And the work was pristine. They re so friendly. I ll definitely return if i ever need more work done. I had a few dents and deep scratches on my BMW. I did alot of research on finding a great quality Auto Collision Body shop to fix my vehicle's damage.. I've had bad experiences at other Auto Body Shops in the past for not offering quality Auto Body work. UNICAR COLLISION are the top best.. I received an amazing paint job repair and quality Auto body work on my vehicle.. Great communication, very professional, and customer friendly... I would recommend this Auto body shop to everyone. I would definitely recommend UniCar Collision to anyone looking for a professional, easy process when getting your car fixed. Tony was so nice and took care of everything from beginning to end and my car looked perfect! He dealt with the insurance company, rental car, everything. He made sure I got all new parts for my Ford Edge and even took care of a few extras. Definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy!!-Steph P.

I am exceptionally proud of the service received. They addressed every issue with great tenacity. �I'm writing this months later and my car is holding together as though the accident never happened. �In addition, Tony was able to finance my deductible at 0%. �I definitely would refer or utilize their establishment again. �As a matter of fact, I sincerely believe that I'm going to become a client for life should I need collision repair services.

Picked up my car Saturday March 4, and couldn't be happier with the results! All the body lines, gaps, and orange peel match perfectly. They repaired scratches on the passenger side that wasn't related, and detailed my car which I didn't expect. They kept me informed and delivered my car in the same week. I highly recommend UniCar!

Got a big dent from backing into a tree on my nice new truck, needless to say I was upset, the first place I went to quoted me $3,100.00, then I went to Unicar collision and got a quote for $900, but even though they were cheaper they did a fantastic job, cant even tell it was damaged, looks better then before. I highly recommend Unicar collision center these guys know what they are doing. Everything was taken care of with my insurance company and my attorney soffice. They had a rental ready for me on site. I ran into a deep ditch with my 4runner and damaged the sub frame and radiator. I initially didn t think it was repairable, Tony reassured me that it could be repaired and that I would have lifetime warranty. It s been 2 months and 3,000 miles and so far, so good. I hope to not need the services of a body shop again. But in case I do, I will be calling Unicar collision center.

Driving 20 years in Vegas ; have dealt with different body shops. Their work is impeccable,I can honestly tell you this one is the best.Don t be fooled by big fancy shops. This one is not a big and fancy business with front office receptionists interweaving you in advance and make appointments ,the owner (Oscar)will deal you personally makes you feel you are getting special attention . I drive UBER and I specially recommend Unicar to all Uber drivers.Service: Body & Trim

What a blessing to have found these guys. I have never been treated so well by a body shop. If you don't know where to turn after a car accident, this is it. There is so much stress after a crash and these guys go out of there way to make sure you and your car will be taken care of.

Great work done on a 2018 4Runner. They fixed the front and rear quarter panels in a reasonable amount of time.
